Description

The invention relates to an arrangement for controlling the opening and / or closing of a sliding door of a vehicle. The invention also relates to a method of opening a sliding door of such an arrangement. The invention also relates to a method of closing an opening of such an arrangement. The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising such an arrangement.

A motor vehicle of the van or “minivan” type generally comprises at least one sliding side door. The movement of such a door is between a closed position in which the door obstructs an opening and an open position in which the door extends rearwardly parallel to the rear body side of the corresponding side to allow free access. at the opening. Thus, the vehicle generally comprises a system for supporting and / or guiding the sliding door. This system generally comprises an upper guide disposed in the door opening near a roof, a lower guide disposed in the door opening near a floor and a central guide disposed on the side of the body, behind the 'opening.

In the case of a motor vehicle equipped with a hybrid or electric powertrain, at least one battery, which is also bulky, is generally placed at floor level. The presence of such a battery clutters the floor, so much so that it becomes complicated to integrate the aforementioned lower guide.

The aim of the invention is to provide an arrangement which overcomes the above drawbacks and improves the arrangements of the state of the art. In particular, the invention makes it possible to produce an arrangement simple and reliable allowing a rear wheel arch with a pronounced curve and / or an interior armrest attached to the sliding door.

To achieve this objective, the invention relates to an arrangement for controlling the opening and / or closing of a sliding door, in particular of a motor vehicle, the arrangement comprising the characteristics of claim 1.

The locking means can act so that the driving means of the movable support is at the level of the first stop of the receiving means in the event of a sliding door in the closed position, and so that that the drive means moves between the first stop and the second stop when the sliding leaf moves between the closed position and the intermediate open position, and so that the drive means moves between the second stop and the first stop when the sliding leaf moves between the intermediate open position and the closed position, and so that the drive means remains at the second stop when the sliding leaf moves between the position d 'intermediate opening and full open position.

The invention also relates to a method of opening from a closed position of a sliding door of an arrangement as defined above, the method comprising the following steps:
  • a step of locking the movable carriage on the guide rail by the locking means and movement of the movable support relative to the movable carriage, causing the sliding door to move from the closed position to an intermediate open position,
  • a step of unlocking the movable carriage on the guide rail and movement of the movable carriage on the guide rail, causing the sliding leaf to move from the open position intermediate to a fully open position, - a step of passing from the closed position of the sliding leaf to the intermediate opening position or substantially to the intermediate opening position of the sliding leaf by displacement of the means of driving of the movable support from the first stop towards the second stop of the mobile carriage receiving means, the movable carriage being able to be locked on the guide rail by the locking means,
  • a step of unlocking the movable carriage on the guide rail, the drive means possibly being at or substantially at the level of the second stop of the receiving means of the movable carriage, by cooperation of the locking means with the movable support, by interlocking of the drive means and the notch of the latch, which can cause the latch to pivot releasing the latch, in particular the end piece, from the retaining means fixed to the guide rail,
  • a step of moving the movable carriage on the guide rail between the intermediate open position or substantially the intermediate open position of the sliding leaf and the fully open position of the sliding leaf, the locking means, in particular the notch of the latch, capable of retaining the driving means of the movable support at the level of the second stop of the receiving means of the movable carriage.

The opening process may include the following step:
  • during the step of moving the movable carriage on the guide rail between the intermediate open position or substantially the intermediate open position of the sliding leaf and the fully open position of the sliding leaf, the movable support and the movable carriage can be linked to one another, the driving means of the movable support being able to be maintained at the level of the second stop of the receiving means of the movable carriage by the latch, in particular the notch of the latch, the latch resting against the retaining means fixed to the guide rail, in particular at the level of the end piece.

The invention also relates to a method of closing from a fully open position of a sliding door of an arrangement as defined above, the method comprising:
  • a step of moving the movable carriage on the guide rail between the fully open position of the sliding leaf and the intermediate opening position or substantially the intermediate opening position of the sliding leaf, the locking means, namely the notch of the latch, retaining the driving means of the movable support at the level of the second stop of the receiving means of the movable carriage,
  • a step of locking the movable carriage on the guide rail, the drive means being at or substantially at the level of the second stop of the receiving means of the movable carriage, by cooperation of the locking means with the retaining means, in particular the end of the latch with an orifice formed in the retaining means and / or the guide rail, in particular under the action of a return spring tending to cause the end to pivot against the retaining means,
  • a step of passing from the intermediate opening position or substantially from the intermediate opening position of the sliding leaf to the closed position of the sliding leaf, by displacement of the driving means of the movable support from the second stop towards the first stop of the mobile carriage receiving means, the mobile carriage being locked on the guide rail by the locking means.

The invention also relates to a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, comprising at least one arrangement as defined above.

The direction in which the vehicle is traveling in a straight line is defined as being the longitudinal direction X. By convention, the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X, located in a plane parallel to the ground, is called the transverse direction Y. The third direction, perpendicular to the other two, is called the vertical direction Z.

The figure 1 illustrates a motor vehicle 1, for example of the van or “minivan” type. The motor vehicle 1 is for example of the hybrid or electric type, in other words the vehicle comprises at least one fairly large battery. The motor vehicle 1 comprises a body 2. The body 2 is for example provided with a rear wheel arch 3 projecting laterally from a corresponding body side 4. By this is meant that the curve of the wheel arch 3 is pronounced. The motor vehicle 1 comprises a sliding leaf of the rear side door 11 type, on the driver's side and / or on the passenger side. Preferably, the rear side door 11 comprises an interior armrest 5. Obviously, the motor vehicle 1 can include more sliding side doors, driver side and / or passenger side.

The motor vehicle 1 according to the embodiment further comprises an arrangement 10 at the level of the sliding rear side door 11 intended to control the opening and / or closing. Note that such an arrangement can be implemented at any other sliding door of the motor vehicle 1. For convenience, in the following, the rear sliding side door 11 is called door 11.

Thus, the arrangement 10 relating to the door 11 comprises the body 2 and the door 11. The door 11 slides relative to the body 2 towards the rear to open, longitudinally or substantially longitudinally. The door 11 slides with respect to the body 2 forwards to close.

As illustrated in particular on the figures 2A , 3A and 4 , the arrangement 10 further comprises a guide rail 20 fixed to the body 2, for example a lower rail under or at the level of a rear floor of the body 2. The guide rail 20 is curved. Indeed, the guide rail 20 has at the front a curvature extending transversely towards the interior of the motor vehicle 1 and at the rear has a rectilinear or substantially rectilinear part, parallel or substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction.

The arrangement 10 further comprises a movable support 40 fixed on the door 11. The movable support 40 comprises a drive means fixed on the movable support 40. The drive means is a guide pin 41, preferably shouldered, or a rod, or a shouldered screw, with a vertical or substantially vertical axis.

The arrangement 10 further comprises a movable carriage 30 movably mounted on the guide rail 20. The movable carriage 30 is provided with means for receiving the drive means of the movable support 40 so as to allow movement between the movable support. 40 and the movable carriage 30. The receiving means comprises a rectilinear or substantially rectilinear slot 31 of axis L. Thus the slot 31 preferably has the shape of an oblong hole. The width of the slot 31 is such that a functional clearance allows the movement or sliding of the guide pin 41 within the slot 31.

The slot 31 extends between a first stop PB for the guide pin 41 and a second stop DB for the guide pin 41. By first and second stop PB, DB, is meant for example a first and a second end of the slot 31. These ends preferably have a semicircular shape, with a diameter equal or substantially equal to the width of the slot 31, in the case of slot 31 of the oblong hole type.

In addition, as shown on the figures 2A, 2B , 3A, 3B , 4 and 7 , the arrangement 10 further comprises a locking means 50.

La position d'ouverture totale POT de la porte 11 est illustrée sur la figure 4.On the one hand, the locking means 50 makes it possible to lock the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20. Thus, the movable carriage 30 is preferably locked on the guide rail 20 between a closed position PF of the door 11 and a closed position. intermediate opening position POI of door 11. The closed position PF of door 11 is illustrated on figure 2A . The intermediate POI opening position of door 11 is shown on figure 3A . The movable carriage 30 is then preferably unlocked on the guide rail 20 between the intermediate open position POI and a fully open position POT of the door 11. The fully open position POT of the door 11 is illustrated on the figure 4 .

Thus, the mobile carriage 30 is locked relative to the mobile support 40 between the intermediate open position POI and the position d. total opening POT of the door 11.

Cela correspond à l'entrouverture, ou début d'ouverture, de la porte 11.More precisely, the guide pin 41 of the movable support 40 is at the level of the first stop PB of the light 31 when the door 11 in the closed position PF. The guide pin 41 moves between the first stop PB and the second stop DB when the door 11 moves between the closed position PF and the intermediate open position POI. This corresponds to the half-opening, or beginning of opening, of the door 11.

When the door 11 is opened further, in particular when the door 11 moves from the intermediate open position POI to the fully open position POT, the guide pin 41 remains at the level of the second stop DB. Indeed, as mentioned above, the locking means 50 blocks the movable carriage 30 relative to the support. mobile 40. Note that at the start of closing, in particular when the door 11 moves from the fully open position POT to the intermediate open position POI, the guide pin 41 also remains at the level of the second stop DB .

De préférence, lors de la fin de fermeture de la porte 11, le pion de guidage 41 se déplace alors de la deuxième butée DB à la première butée PB lorsque la porte 11 se referme, c'est-à-dire se déplace entre la position d'ouverture intermédiaire POI et la position fermée PF.Preferably, at the end of closing of the door 11, the guide pin 41 then moves from the second stop DB to the first stop PB when the door 11 closes, that is to say moves between the intermediate open position POI and closed position PF.

The latch 51 pivots relative to the movable carriage 30. The pivoting of the latch 51 relative to the movable carriage 30 takes place around an axis 55. The axis 55 is parallel or substantially parallel. parallel to the axis of the guide pin 41. The latch 51 comprises a tip 52 at a first end extending in the direction of the guide rail 20.

The locking means 50 also comprises a retaining means fixed on or integrated with the guide rail 20. Preferably, this retaining means is a track 53 provided with a hole 56 passing through the guide rail. The track 53 is for example provided with a tongue 53 ′ extending transversely towards the interior of the vehicle, preferably at the level of a curvature 20 ′ of the guide rail 20, as illustrated more precisely in the figures. figures 5 and 6 .

A noter qu'un ressort de rappel (non illustré), par exemple un ressort de torsion ménagé autour de l'axe 55, tend à maintenir le contact entre le loquet 51, en particulier son embout 52, contre la piste 53 et/ou sa languette 53', suivant l'emplacement du loquet 51 par rapport au rail de guidage 20.Note that a return spring (not illustrated), for example a torsion spring arranged around the axis 55, tends to maintain contact between the latch 51, in particular its end piece 52, against the track 53 and / or its tongue 53 ', depending on the location of the latch 51 relative to the guide rail 20.

The latch 51 thus cooperates with the track 53 and / or its tongue 53 'so as to lock and / or unlock the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20. In fact, as long as the door 11 is in the closed position PF or at near the intermediate opening position POI, or even between these two positions, the end piece 52 of the latch 51 is stopped against the tongue 53 '. The mobile carriage 30 is locked with respect to the guide rail 20. From the intermediate opening position POI of the door 11, and this up to the total opening position POT of the door 11, the end piece 52 of the latch 51 is no longer stopped by the tongue 53 'as will be explained below. The movable carriage 30 is then free to move along the guide rail 20 between the intermediate open position POI and the full open position POT of the door 11 and vice versa. When the door 11 is closed, when the end piece 52 of the latch 51 swings into the orifice 56 under the effect of the return spring (not shown), the end piece 52 also swings against the tongue 53 which has the effect of effect of locking the movable carriage 30 in position. Indeed, the movable carriage 30 cannot then move rearward without pivoting of the latch 51 generated by the movement of the movable support 40 as will be explained below. In addition, the movable carriage 30 cannot move forwards because it comes into contact with a front stop (not shown). This front stop is for example formed between the door 11 and the body 2, or else between the guide rail 20 and a rolling or sliding means of the movable carriage 30 relative to the guide rail 20.

Ainsi le diamètre de l'encoche 54 est supérieur au diamètre de la partie du pion de guidage 41 venant s'imbriquer dans l'encoche 54.In addition, the latch 51 in pivot connection with respect to the movable carriage 30 also cooperates with the guide pin 41 of the movable support 40 so as to associate or dissociate the movable carriage 30 from the movable support 40. To do this, a notch 54 is formed on the latch 51 opposite the end piece 52 relative to the pivot axis 55. The notch 54, for example of circular or substantially circular shape, has a diameter such that it offers a functional clearance allowing the guide pin 41 to come to fit into the notch 54 while being able to generate a pivoting of the latch 51 around the axis 55. Thus the diameter of the notch 54 is greater than the diameter of the part of the guide pin 41 which fits into the notch 54.

This occurs when moving the door 11 from the closed position PF to the intermediate open position POI. The pivoting of the latch 51 in the first direction generates a displacement of the notch 54 relative to the axis 55 which results in a locking of the guide pin 41 within the notch 54, at the level of the second stop DB or substantially at the level of the second stop DB of the light 31. Thanks to this pivoting in the first direction, the tongue 53 'is moved away from the notch in which it was previously located, as can be seen on the figures. figures 2A and 2B . Due to the curved end of the nozzle 52, the latter is positioned against an outer face of the tongue 53 ', as illustrated in the figures. figures 3A and 3B . The tongue 53 'is thus positioned substantially tangential to the latch 51. The guide pin 41 being held within the notch 54 and at the level of the second stop DB of the slot 31, the movement of the door 11 between the intermediate opening position POI and total opening position POT, and vice versa, causes the movement of the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20. Indeed, the movable support 40, fixed on the door 11, is linked to the movable carriage 30 by the connection between the guide pin 41 and the notch 54 at the level of the second stop DB of the light 31.

When the door 11 is closed, at the intermediate opening position POI or substantially at the level of the intermediate opening position POI, the separation of the guide pin 41 from the notch 54 is generated by a pivoting of the latch 51. This pivoting, relative to the axis 55, in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, takes place during the arrival of the door 11 then coming from the total open position POT for example. This release of the guide pin 41 by the notch 54 is due to the tilting of the end piece 52 of the latch 51 in the opening 56 made in the guide rail 20 when arriving at the intermediate opening position POI of door 11, as shown on figure 2B for example. As mentioned above, this pivoting or rocking in the second direction is generated by the return spring (not shown) tending to make the latch 51 pivot around its axis 55 in the second direction permanently.

Alternatively, in an example not covered by the claims, the mobile carriage may comprise a drive means cooperating with a receiving means provided on the mobile support, a locking means then pivoting relative to the mobile support and not relative to the carriage. mobile.

An embodiment of a process for opening the door 11 from the closed position PF is described below.

A noter qu'un tel mode d'exécution comprend une étape de verrouillage du chariot mobile 30 sur le rail de guidage 20 par le moyen de verrouillage 50 et de déplacement du support mobile 40 relativement au chariot mobile 30, entraînant le déplacement de la porte 11 de la position fermée PF à la position d'ouverture intermédiaire POI.Note that such an embodiment comprises a step of locking the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20 by the locking means 50 and moving the movable support 40 relative to the movable carriage 30, causing the door to move. 11 from the closed position PF to the intermediate open position POI.

If there is a desire to further open the door 11, there follows a step of unlocking the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20 and of moving the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20, causing the movement of the door 11. from the intermediate open position POI to the full open position POT.

Avantageusement, le mode d'exécution comprend une étape de passage de la position fermée PF de la porte 11 à la position d'ouverture intermédiaire POI ou sensiblement à la position d'ouverture intermédiaire POI de la porte 11 par déplacement du pion de guidage 41 du support mobile 40 depuis la première butée PB vers la deuxième butée DB de la lumière 31 du chariot mobile 30, le chariot mobile 30 étant verrouillé sur le rail de guidage 20 par le moyen de verrouillage 50.Advantageously, the embodiment comprises a step of passing from the closed position PF of the door 11 to the open position. intermediate POI or substantially to the intermediate opening position POI of the door 11 by displacement of the guide pin 41 of the movable support 40 from the first stop PB towards the second stop DB of the light 31 of the movable carriage 30, the movable carriage 30 being locked on the guide rail 20 by the locking means 50.

Cette coopération se fait notamment entre le pion de guidage 41 et le loquet 51, en particulier avec l'encoche 54 du loquet 51, engendrant un pivotement du loquet 51 libérant le loquet 51, en particulier l'embout 52 du loquet 51, du trou 56 de la piste 53 du rail de guidage 20.Follows after, or immediately after, a step of unlocking the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20, the guide pin 41 being at or substantially at the level of the second stop DB of the light 31 of the movable carriage 30, by cooperation of the locking means 50 with the movable support 40. This cooperation takes place in particular between the guide pin 41 and the latch 51, in particular with the notch 54 of the latch 51, causing the latch 51 to pivot releasing the latch 51 , in particular the end piece 52 of the latch 51, of the hole 56 of the track 53 of the guide rail 20.

There follows after, or immediately after, a step of moving the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20 between the intermediate open position POI or substantially the intermediate open position POI of the door 11 and the open position total POT of the door 11, the locking means 50, in particular the notch 54 of the latch 51, retaining the guide pin 41 of the movable support 40 at the level of the second stop DB of the light 31 of the movable carriage 30.

Avantageusement, au cours de l'étape de déplacement du chariot mobile 30 sur le rail de guidage 20 entre la position d'ouverture intermédiaire POI ou sensiblement la position d'ouverture intermédiaire POI de la porte 11 et la position d'ouverture totale POT de la porte 11, le support mobile 40 et le chariot mobile 30 sont liés l'un à l'autre, le pion de guidage 41 du support mobile 40 étant maintenu au niveau de la deuxième butée DB de la lumière 31 du chariot mobile 30 par le loquet 51, en particulier l'encoche 54 du loquet 51, le loquet 51 étant en appui contre la piste 53 du rail de guidage 20, en particulier au niveau de l'embout 52.Advantageously, during the step of moving the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20 between the intermediate opening position POI or substantially the intermediate opening position POI of the door 11 and the total opening position POT of the door 11, the movable support 40 and the movable carriage 30 are linked to one another, the guide pin 41 of the movable support 40 being held at the level of the second stop DB of the light 31 of the movable carriage 30 by the latch 51, in particular the notch 54 of the latch 51, the latch 51 resting against the track 53 of the guide rail 20, in particular at the level of the end piece 52.

An embodiment of a method for closing the door 11 from the fully open position POT is described below.

The embodiment comprises a step of moving the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20 between the fully open position POT of the door 11 and the intermediate open position POI or substantially the intermediate open position POI of the door 11, the locking means 50, in particular the notch 54 of the latch 51, retaining the guide pin 41 of the movable support 40 at the level of the second stop DB of the light 31 of the movable carriage 30.

S'ensuit après, ou immédiatement après, une étape de verrouillage du chariot mobile 30 sur le rail de guidage 20, le pion de guidage 41 étant au niveau ou sensiblement au niveau de la deuxième butée DB de la lumière 31 du chariot mobile 30, par coopération du moyen de verrouillage 50 avec la piste 53, en particulier de l'embout 52 du loquet 51 et/ou le trou 56 ménagé dans la piste 53 du rail de guidage 20, notamment sous l'action du ressort de rappel tendant à faire pivoter l'embout 52 contre la piste 53.Following, or immediately after, a step of locking the movable carriage 30 on the guide rail 20, the guide pin 41 being at or substantially at the level of the second stop DB of the light 31 of the movable carriage 30, by cooperation of the locking means 50 with the track 53, in particular of the end piece 52 of the latch 51 and / or the hole 56 formed in the track 53 of the guide rail 20, in particular under the action of the return spring tending to rotate the nozzle 52 against the track 53.

If there is a desire to further close the door 11, there follows a step of passing from the intermediate opening position POI or substantially from the intermediate opening position POI of the door 11 to the closed position PF of the door 11, by moving the guide pin 41 of the movable support 40 from the second stop DB to the first stop PB of the slot 31 of the movable carriage 30, the movable carriage 30 being locked on the guide rail 20 by the locking means 50.

In summary, the door 11 moves relative to the guide rail 20. The movable carriage 30 is movable relative to the guide rail 20. The movable support 40 is fixed to the door 11 and the movable support 40 is slidably mounted relative to the door. to the mobile carriage 30. As seen above, the sliding of the movable support 40 relative to the movable carriage 30 is controlled by means of the locking means 50. The locking means 50 ensure, on the one hand, the immobilization of the movable carriage 30 relative to the guide rail 20, in particular at the start of opening of the door 11, and on the other hand the immobilization of the movable support 40, and therefore of the door 11, on the movable carriage 30, in particular during the remainder of the opening stroke of the door 11.

On obtient alors un dégagement latéral supérieur, particulièrement utile entre la porte 11 et le passage de roue 3, notamment en cas de présence d'accoudoir 5.Thus, in the case of a hybrid or electric motor vehicle 1, the bulky battery or batteries can be placed “under the body”, at floor level without interfering with the lower guide rail 20. Indeed, thanks to this solution, the length of the guide rail 20 towards the front and / or the interior of the vehicle can be reduced. Even in the event of the presence of an armrest 5 on an interior panel of the door 11 and / or of consequent “checkout shoulders”, the door 11 can open and close without interfering. Indeed, despite a contained guide rail length, the Y-movement of the door between its closed and intermediate or total opening positions is sufficient to allow the interior door trim to bypass the outside "the". checkout shoulder ”. The term “body shoulder” is understood to mean the difference between the transverse dimension at the level of the wheel arch 3 and the transverse dimension at the level of a quarter panel window or of the body side 4. In other words, the thickness in the transverse direction the curve of the wheel arch 3 defines the body shoulder. The solution thus makes it possible to bypass the curve formed by the wheel arch 3 from the outside, the door 11 shifting further transversely. Advantageously, it is possible to influence the shoulder dimension of the rear wheel arch by orienting the axis L of the slot 31 towards the outside of the vehicle, at an angle α with respect to the longitudinal direction as illustrated in the figure 4 . An upper lateral clearance is then obtained, which is particularly useful between the door 11 and the wheel arch 3, in particular in the case of the presence of an armrest 5.

Although it has mainly been mentioned the intermediate opening position POI between two extreme positions, namely the closed position PF and the fully open position POT, the door 11 can preferably be stopped, as well during an opening than a closing, at other positions between the two extreme positions.

  • elle comprend peu de pièces ;
  • elle permet d'utiliser un rail de guidage inférieur de longueur, selon la direction longitudinale, bien inférieure à la longueur d'ouverture de la porte coulissante correspondante ;
As a note, the solution according to the invention therefore achieves the desired object of allowing control of the opening and / or closing of a sliding side door, in particular control of the sliding between the mobile support fixed to the door and the carriage movable relative to the guide rail, and has the following advantages:
  • it has few parts;
  • it makes it possible to use a lower guide rail of length, in the longitudinal direction, much less than the opening length of the corresponding sliding door;
  • it can be adapted to any type of vehicle equipped with at least one sliding side door, such as, for example, heavy goods vehicles, buses, trains, or even airplanes.
