Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for destroying a fragile, disk-shaped protective element by means of a destructive element for emergency devices protected by the protective element against unauthorized access, in particular hazard detectors, manual call points and storage boxes for emergencies, for example emergency key boxes, whereby this is destroyed by applying a shock pulse to the fragile protective element and the Access to a switching element or auxiliary means for opening doors, in particular emergency keys or electronic key cards, arranged behind the fragile protective element is made possible.
- Such a device is used, for example, on emergency devices which are designed as manual danger detectors, in particular manual fire detectors, in which the location of the alarm state is displayed on a danger detection control center within danger detection systems.
- a collective report is generally sent to an emergency call center, in particular the fire service or the police.
- This device is for emergency devices which are designed as storage boxes for emergencies, in particular emergency key boxes, and in which aids are stored in the form of emergency keys or electronic key cards so that, in the event of an emergency, these aids can be used to open otherwise secure escape doors, for example.
- Such emergency devices designed as hazard detectors in the form of manual fire detectors essentially consist of a housing that is composed of a lower housing part and a housing door that is generally pivotable and covers or releases the lower housing part, the lower housing part being formed from a rear wall with a peripheral side wall.
- a printed circuit board equipped with electronic components and a switching element located in a control panel and triggering an alarm by pressing are provided in the housing, and on the inside of the housing door facing the lower housing part there is a fragile, disk-shaped access to the switching element
- Temporary preventing fragile protective element is arranged, which covers the inside of a recess provided in the housing door and a destruction element is arranged on the hazard detector to remove the fragile protective element in order to allow free access to the switching element for triggering the alarm message.
- An emergency device in the form of a storage box for emergencies differs from the hazard detector described above only in that instead of the printed circuit board equipped with electronic components and the operating part with the switching element, means for suspension, e.g. Hooks, the emergency key or means for inserting or inserting the emergency key or the electronic key card are provided in the housing.
- means for suspension e.g. Hooks
- a device for destroying a fragile protective element by means of a destructing element on an emergency device which is designed as a danger detector in the form of a manual fire detector.
- This device is referred to there as an impact protection device for protection against splinters when the fragile protective element (impact glass made of impact glass) is impacted.
- an elastic actuating element for protection against splintering when the fragile, disk-shaped protective element located on the inside of a housing door is knocked in, which is arranged on the front of the hazard detector in the area above the fragile protective element in such a way that it at least partially covers the knock-in area and in a central raised area contains a switching element (pusher) to which the fragile protective element is assigned a destructive element in the form of a rigid destructive element consisting of a metallic ball or a metallic mandrel.
- the impact protection device is positioned outside the hazard detector above the impact area, whereby the elastic actuating element, in the event of an impact pulse directed at the actuating element with the impact element, on the one hand removes the fragile, disc-shaped protective element by destruction from the area of the recess in the housing door and on the other hand splinters shield the impact area.
- the alarm triggering required for the manual call point by means of the switching element or the free access to the emergency key box or the electronic key card required for the emergency key box cannot always optimally destroy the fragile element. That is, the fragile element is often only partially destroyed, so that its parts in the form of fragments and / or splinters, the recess in the housing door and the switching element or the emergency key or the electronic key card still completely or partially cover and therefore do not or do not actuate ... can only be carried out after manual destruction or if there is an increased risk of injury.
- the object of the invention is to propose a device for the destruction of a fragile, disc-shaped element by means of a destruction element, the destruction element of which is designed to be immovable, does not protrude above the front of the emergency device or the housing door and is therefore not positioned outside the emergency device above the fragile element , which further effectively prevents unwanted damage to the fragile element and also does not apparently stimulate vandalism activities relating to the fragile protective element.
- Unintentional damage to the fragile protective element due to shocks and / or vibrations during transport of the emergency device should also be ruled out, and an expedient, alarm-triggering destruction of the fragile protective element can be optimally realized by the fragile protective element being completely destructible, so that its parts neither completely nor the switching element partially cover and thus no additional manual destruction actions on the fragile protective element are required for the actuation of the switching element, which ultimately also largely excludes the risk of injury.
- the advantages of the invention consist in the fact that the fragile, disk-shaped protective element is destroyed and removed by means of a destructive element which is arranged firmly in the housing of the emergency device and which only has an inactive role since the protective element is deformed when a shock pulse is introduced in the form of a bulge can be used for the protective element to make active contact with the destructive element, so that an additional burst pressure is applied to it, ultimately causing the protective element to destroy the access to the alarm-triggering switching element, the emergency key or the electronic key card.
- the immovable destruction element does not protrude above the front of the emergency device or the housing door, nor is it located outside the emergency device above the fragile element.
- the development of the invention according to claim 2 has the effect that the destruction element can be easily arranged on the lower housing part.
- the embodiment of the invention according to claim 3 enables this shape of the destruction element to effectively generate a burst pressure on the protective element.
- the embodiment of the invention according to claim 8 has the effect that a further possibility for the configuration of the destruction element and its arrangement can be made available.
- an additional solution variant for the destruction element is proposed in that it is arranged on the housing door.
- the configuration of the invention according to claim 11 makes it possible for the destruction element to be arranged in such a way that there is no potential for conflict with further built-in components.
- the development of the invention according to claim 14 provides materials for the protective element by which the intended destruction of the protective element can be ensured.
- the embodiment of the invention according to claim 15 has the effect that this arrangement and fixing of the destruction element in relation to the protective element ensures the functioning of the destruction element.
- the embodiment of the invention according to claim 17 ensures that the protective element can be provided in simple geometric shapes.
- the embodiment of the invention according to claim 18 enables the protective element to be sealed off from the housing door without the operation of the protective element in connection with the destruction element being adversely affected.
- the embodiment of the invention according to claim 20 provides a further possibility for the arrangement of the destruction element.
- An emergency device 1 designed as a manual fire alarm is shown in the vertical installation position, which consists of a housing 2 with a lower housing part 3 and a closable housing door 4 covering the lower housing part 3.
- the lower housing part 3 is formed from a rear wall 5 with a circumferential side wall 6 and contains a printed circuit board 7 equipped with electronic components and a switching element 9 located in an operating part 8, by actuating, for example pressing, an alarm message can be issued.

- a vertically protruding destruction element 20 is rigidly arranged, which consists of a shaft 21 which, at its free end 22 facing the protective element 17, advantageously has a frustoconical head 23 ( Fig. 5 in conjunction with Fig. 4 ), spherical segment-shaped head 24 ( Fig. 6 ), ellipsoid segment-shaped head 25 ( Fig. 7 ), frustum-shaped head 26 ( Fig.
- the respective head 23 to 27 with its end 22 when the emergency device 1 is ready for operation extends in this way to the lower edge 16 on the side surface 15 of the protective element 17 and a slight one which does not touch the lower edge 16 of the destruction element 20 Maintains distance.
- the frustoconical head 23 of the destruction element 20 the detailed illustration according to Fig. 11 referred.
- the in the 2 to 4 exemplary embodiment of the invention includes the arrangement of the destruction element 20 on the inside 19 of the rear wall 5 of the lower housing part 3 and preferably with respect to the side surface 15 of the protective element 17 and its preferred configuration with the frustoconical head 23 Fig. 5 , wherein the fragile, disk-shaped protective element 17 is in its rest position.
- the destruction element 20 can be positioned on the side surfaces 15 both centrally ( 2 to 4 ) or be arranged off-center (not shown).
- the destruction of the fragile protective element 17 is similar if the destruction element 20 has a head 26 which is truncated pyramid-shaped ( Fig. 8 ) and, in the idle state, one of the trapezoidal lateral surfaces is arranged parallel to the edge 16 on the side surface 15 of the fragile protective element 17 or the head 27 has an ascending ramp surface ( 9 and 10 ) and this run-up surface is designed to run parallel to the peripheral edge 16 of the fragile protective element 17 facing the lower housing part 3.
- a line contact occurs through the arching produced on the protective element 17 with the head 26 or 27 of the respective destructing element 20, this arching 28 being essentially analogous to that Fig. 11 represents.
- the destruction element 20 is made with respect to the truncated pyramid-shaped head 26 ( Fig. 8 ) with its rising edges 29 located between two adjacent lateral surfaces, one of these edges 29 facing the lower edge 16 on the side surface 15 of the fragile protective element 17 and contacted by the arching of the protective element 17, point contact with the destructive element 20 again occurs , which in turn creates an additional burst pressure on the protective element 17.

Description
The invention relates to a device for destroying a fragile, disk-shaped protective element by means of a destructive element for emergency devices protected by the protective element against unauthorized access, in particular hazard detectors, manual call points and storage boxes for emergencies, for example emergency key boxes, whereby this is destroyed by applying a shock pulse to the fragile protective element and the Access to a switching element or auxiliary means for opening doors, in particular emergency keys or electronic key cards, arranged behind the fragile protective element is made possible.
Such a device is used, for example, on emergency devices which are designed as manual danger detectors, in particular manual fire detectors, in which the location of the alarm state is displayed on a danger detection control center within danger detection systems. As a result, a collective report is generally sent to an emergency call center, in particular the fire service or the police.
Another possible use of this device is for emergency devices which are designed as storage boxes for emergencies, in particular emergency key boxes, and in which aids are stored in the form of emergency keys or electronic key cards so that, in the event of an emergency, these aids can be used to open otherwise secure escape doors, for example.
Such emergency devices designed as hazard detectors in the form of manual fire detectors essentially consist of a housing that is composed of a lower housing part and a housing door that is generally pivotable and covers or releases the lower housing part, the lower housing part being formed from a rear wall with a peripheral side wall. Furthermore, a printed circuit board equipped with electronic components and a switching element located in a control panel and triggering an alarm by pressing are provided in the housing, and on the inside of the housing door facing the lower housing part there is a fragile, disk-shaped access to the switching element Temporary preventing fragile protective element is arranged, which covers the inside of a recess provided in the housing door and a destruction element is arranged on the hazard detector to remove the fragile protective element in order to allow free access to the switching element for triggering the alarm message.
An emergency device in the form of a storage box for emergencies, for example an emergency key box, differs from the hazard detector described above only in that instead of the printed circuit board equipped with electronic components and the operating part with the switching element, means for suspension, e.g. Hooks, the emergency key or means for inserting or inserting the emergency key or the electronic key card are provided in the housing.
For this purpose, an elastic actuating element is provided for protection against splintering when the fragile, disk-shaped protective element located on the inside of a housing door is knocked in, which is arranged on the front of the hazard detector in the area above the fragile protective element in such a way that it at least partially covers the knock-in area and in a central raised area contains a switching element (pusher) to which the fragile protective element is assigned a destructive element in the form of a rigid destructive element consisting of a metallic ball or a metallic mandrel. The impact protection device is positioned outside the hazard detector above the impact area, whereby the elastic actuating element, in the event of an impact pulse directed at the actuating element with the impact element, on the one hand removes the fragile, disc-shaped protective element by destruction from the area of the recess in the housing door and on the other hand splinters shield the impact area.
The disadvantage of this solution is to be seen in the fact that the impact disk protection device with its movable, provided over the fragile element Impact element, the actuating element of which protrudes over the front of the emergency device or the housing door and thus positioned outside the emergency device above the fragile protective element and thus, in conjunction with the actuating element coupled to the impact element, there is a risk of unwanted damage to the fragile protective element, or also from the point of view of vandalism that the fragile element is animated. Unintentional damage to the fragile element can also be caused if the emergency device is exposed to shocks and / or vibrations during transport. Ultimately, the alarm triggering required for the manual call point by means of the switching element or the free access to the emergency key box or the electronic key card required for the emergency key box, cannot always optimally destroy the fragile element.
The object of the invention is to propose a device for the destruction of a fragile, disc-shaped element by means of a destruction element, the destruction element of which is designed to be immovable, does not protrude above the front of the emergency device or the housing door and is therefore not positioned outside the emergency device above the fragile element , which further effectively prevents unwanted damage to the fragile element and also does not apparently stimulate vandalism activities relating to the fragile protective element. Unintentional damage to the fragile protective element due to shocks and / or vibrations during transport of the emergency device should also be ruled out, and an expedient, alarm-triggering destruction of the fragile protective element can be optimally realized by the fragile protective element being completely destructible, so that its parts neither completely nor the switching element partially cover and thus no additional manual destruction actions on the fragile protective element are required for the actuation of the switching element, which ultimately also largely excludes the risk of injury.
This object is achieved in a generic emergency device with the features indicated in the characterizing part of
The advantages of the invention consist in the fact that the fragile, disk-shaped protective element is destroyed and removed by means of a destructive element which is arranged firmly in the housing of the emergency device and which only has an inactive role since the protective element is deformed when a shock pulse is introduced in the form of a bulge can be used for the protective element to make active contact with the destructive element, so that an additional burst pressure is applied to it, ultimately causing the protective element to destroy the access to the alarm-triggering switching element, the emergency key or the electronic key card. The immovable destruction element does not protrude above the front of the emergency device or the housing door, nor is it located outside the emergency device above the fragile element. In this way, unwanted damage to the fragile element can also be effectively prevented and an incitement to vandalism activities to maliciously destroy the fragile protective element can be largely prevented. In addition, unintentional damage to the fragile protective element by shocks and / or vibrations during transport of the emergency device is excluded. Furthermore, a required destruction of the fragile protective element, which ensures free access to the switching element, the emergency key or the electronic key card, is carried out optimally by the fragile protective element being able to be completely destroyed, so that its parts neither completely the switching element, the emergency key or the electronic key card still partially cover and thus no additional manual destruction actions on the fragile protective element are required for the actuation of the switching element or access to the emergency key or the electronic key card, which ultimately also largely excludes the risk of injury.
