Description

    DOMAINE TECHNIQUE
  • La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de la fixation d'un poteau, tel qu'un poteau d'un panneau de signalisation ou un poteau d'un garde-corps de sécurité, et concerne plus particulièrement un dispositif de fixation d'un tel poteau sur un grillage.
  • Une application avantageuse de la présente invention se trouve dans la fixation d'un garde-corps de sécurité sur un grillage en acier, présentant une partie inférieure repliée destinée à être enterrée dans un sol, tel qu'illustré notamment dans le document WO 98/51869 , voir référence 2, et utilisé pour la stabilisation des abords et banquettes des chemins de fer et des routes.
  • Une autre application consiste à fixer un tel poteau sur un grillage constituant un gabion.
    • ART ANTERIEUR
  • Dans l'état actuel de la technique, il n'est connu aucune solution permettant de fixer un garde-corps directement sur un grillage.
  • En effet, il est plutôt connu de fixer un garde-corps par l'intermédiaire de plots en béton enterrés et reliés aux poteaux verticaux que présente le garde-corps.
  • Cette solution est longue et fastidieuse à mettre en œuvre.
  • Le document EP 2 664 732 décrit une douille destinée à être fixée à une barre d'armature d'une grille d'un béton armé, et n'est pas adaptée pour la fixation d'un garde garde-corps directement sur un grillage. Par ailleurs, la fixation s'effectue par des moyens d'actionnement difficile d'accès.
    • EXPOSE DE L'INVENTION
  • L'un des buts de l'invention est donc de remédier aux inconvénients de l'art antérieur en proposant un dispositif permettant une fixation simple et rapide d'un poteau, tel qu'un poteau d'un panneau signalisation ou un poteau d'un garde-corps sur un grillage.
  • À cet effet, et conformément à l'invention, il est proposé un dispositif de fixation d'un poteau sur un grillage, remarquable en ce qu'il comprend une pièce comprenant des moyens de fixation à une partie inférieure du poteau, et au moins une première pince de serrage destinée à enserrer et se fixer autour d'un brin du grillage, avec ladite pince de serrage étant assujettie à des moyens d'actionnement pour sa fermeture.
  • Ainsi, l'invention fournit un dispositif, de conception simple, permettant la fixation rapide d'un poteau sur un grillage. Pour ce faire, il suffit simplement de positionner le poteau, auquel est fixé en partie inférieure le dispositif selon l'invention, et de fixer ledit dispositif au grillage par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'actionnement.
  • De préférence, et pour faciliter le positionnement de la pièce constituant le dispositif de fixation, celle-ci comprend au moins une encoche transversale destinée à venir coiffer un brin horizontal du grillage.
  • De cette manière, le positionnement de la pièce du dispositif est facilité, et repéré à l'aide des encoches transversales.
  • Selon l'invention, les moyens d'actionnement de la pince de serrage comprennent une tige filetée fixée en partie arrière de ladite pince et traversant un orifice ménagé dans la pièce, ainsi qu'un écrou positionné autour de la tige de l'autre côté de la pièce par rapport à la pince. La pièce comprend deux éléments en saillie en direction et de part et d'autre de la pince de serrage, lesdits éléments étant espacés l'un de l'autre de sorte que le serrage de l'écrou permet de faire pénétrer la pince entre les deux éléments de manière à provoquer la fermeture de la pince.
  • La fixation du poteau s'en trouve facilitée, il suffit simplement de serrer l'écrou pour que la pince se fixe autour du brin du grillage.
  • Bien entendu, en fonction du positionnement des éléments en saillie, c'est-à-dire soit espacés l'un de l'autre selon un plan horizontal, soit espacés l'un de l'autre selon un plan vertical, il est possible d'entraîner la fermeture d'une pince orientée pour enserrer un brin vertical du grillage, ou bien orientée pour enserrer un brin horizontal du grillage.
  • Selon une forme de réalisation particulière de conception simple, la pince de serrage est orientée pour venir se fixer sur un brin vertical du grillage, et la pièce se présente sous la forme d'un profilé allongé en forme de « U », dont les branches forment les éléments en saillie permettant de provoquer la fermeture de la pince.
  • De préférence, la pièce comprend au moins une deuxième pince, similaire à la première et alignée verticalement sous la première pince.
  • Selon une forme de réalisation particulière, la pince de serrage est formée à partir d'une seule pièce de tôle découpée et profilée en forme de « U », dont les branches sont inclinées vers l'extérieur, avec les extrémités libres des branches en forme de crochets. Dans cette configuration, la tige filetée est fixée à la base de la forme en « U », à l'opposé des branches.
  • Avantageusement, et pour éviter la présence d'un jeu entre les mors de la pince et le brin du grillage, et afin de fixer fermement le dispositif de fixation au grillage, les mors de la pince présentent chacun une encoche ménagée selon une direction orthogonale par rapport à la direction de rapprochement des mors de la pince, et destinée à recevoir le brin du grillage.
  • L'invention concerne également un garde-corps, de tout type approprié, remarquable en ce qu'il comprend au moins un poteau et dispositif de fixation comprenant les caractéristiques précitées, fixé en partie inférieure du poteau.
  • L'invention couvre également un tel garde-corps remarquable en ce que le dispositif est fixé, d'autre part, à un grillage présentant une partie inférieure repliée destinée à être enterrée dans un sol.
  • Selon une forme de réalisation particulière, le poteau du garde-corps comprend une section parallélépipédique, et présente au moins deux orifices latéraux traversant, et le dispositif de fixation comprend deux ailettes d'extrémité en saillie pour venir enserrer latéralement le poteau, les deux ailettes étant pourvues de deux orifices traversant, en correspondance avec les orifices du poteau pour le passage de vis de fixation.

    DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION
  • En référence aux figures 1 à 8, la présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) de permettant la fixation d'un garde-corps (2) sur un grillage (3), ainsi qu'un garde-corps (2) équipé d'un tel dispositif (1) de fixation.
  • La présente invention permet de fixer, d'une manière simple et rapide, un poteau sur un grillage (3), par exemple un poteau d'un panneau de signalisation, ou un poteau d'un garde-corps utilisé pour sécuriser les abords et banquettes des voies de chemin de fer ou des routes ou des terre-pleins.
  • Le dispositif (1) de fixation comprend une pièce (4) comprenant des moyens (5) de fixation à une partie inférieure du poteau.
  • Selon la forme de réalisation illustrée aux figures 1 à 7, le garde-corps (2) comprend des barreaux horizontaux (6) et des poteaux verticaux (7), et le dispositif (1) de fixation est destiné à se fixer sur un poteau vertical (7) du garde-corps (2). Bien entendu, l'homme du métier saura adapter la forme de réalisation des moyens (5) de fixation pour se fixer sur tout type de poteau existant, qu'ils soient de section parallélépipédique, circulaire, ou autre. À cet effet, et en référence à la figure 4, les moyens (5) de fixation se présentent, par exemple, sous la forme de deux ailettes (8) d'extrémité en saillie, notamment verticalement, pour venir enserrer latéralement le poteau (7). Le poteau (7) présent au moins deux orifices latéraux traversant, et les ailettes (8) sont pourvues, chacune, de deux orifices (9) traversant, en correspondance avec les orifices du poteau (7), pour le passage de vis de fixation. De préférence, les orifices (9) des ailettes (8) sont oblongs pour permettre le réglage en hauteur du garde-corps (2).
  • Bien entendu, d'autres moyens (5) de fixation peuvent être envisagés, sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention.
  • En référence aux figures 4, 5, 7 et 8, la pièce (4) du dispositif (1) de fixation comprend également au moins une première pince (10) de serrage laquelle est destinée à venir enserrer et se fixer autour d'un brin (11) du grillage (3).

  • Notamment, dans cette forme de réalisation, la pièce (4) se présente par exemple sous la forme d'un profilé allongé en forme de « U », dont les branches forment les éléments (15) en saillie permettant de provoquer la fermeture de la pince (10).
  • En effet, lors du serrage de l'écrou (14), la pince (10) pénètre à l'intérieur du profilé en forme de « U », et les deux mors de la pince (10) se retrouvent rapprochés l'un de l'autre, forcés par les branches de la forme en « U » du profilé, pour le serrage et la fixation autour du brin (11) vertical du grillage (3).
  • Afin de positionner parfaitement la pièce (4) du dispositif (1) selon l'invention, celui-ci comprend au moins une encoche transversale (16) destinée à venir éventuellement coiffer un brin (11) horizontal du grillage (3).
  • Selon une forme de réalisation particulière, et pour faciliter la conception de la pince (10) de serrage, celle-ci est formée à partir d'une pièce profilée en forme de « U », par exemple à partir d'une seule pièce de tôle découpée. Les branches (17) de cette forme en « U », formant les mors de serrage, sont inclinées vers l'extérieur, et les extrémités libres des branches (17) sont en forme de crochets, avec la tige (13) filetée fixée à la base de la forme en « U », à l'opposé des branches (17).
  • Afin d'assurer une fixation ferme et sans jeu, les mors de la pince (10) présentent chacun une encoche (18), ménagée selon une direction orthogonale par rapport à la direction de rapprochement des mors, destinée à recevoir le brin (11) du grillage (3).
  • Avantageusement, la pièce (4) du dispositif (1) de fixation selon l'invention comprend au moins une deuxième pince (19), similaire à la première pince (10), et alignée verticalement sous celle-ci, pour venir se fixer autour du même brin (11) vertical du grillage (3).

  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (4) comprend au moins une encoche transversale (16) destinée à venir coiffer un brin (11) horizontal du grillage (3).
  3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pince (10) de serrage est orientée de sorte à venir se fixer sur un brin (11) vertical du grillage (3), et la pièce (4) se présente sous la forme d'un profilé allongé en forme de « U », dont les branches forment les éléments (15) en saillie permettant de provoquer la fermeture de la pince (10).
  4. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (4) comprend au moins une deuxième pince (19), similaire à la première pince (10) et alignée verticalement sous la première pince (10).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pince (10, 19) de serrage est formée à partir d'une seule pièce de tôle découpée et profilée en forme de « U », dont les branches (17) sont inclinées vers l'extérieur, les extrémités libres des branches (17) sont en forme de crochets, et la tige (13) filetée est fixée à la base de la forme en « U », à l'opposé des branches (17).
  6. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les mors de la pince (10) présentent chacun une encoche (18) ménagée selon une direction orthogonale par rapport à la direction de rapprochement des mors de la pince (10), et destinée à recevoir le brin (11) du grillage (3).
  7. Garde-corps (2) caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un poteau (7) et un dispositif (1) de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, fixé en partie inférieure du poteau (7).
  8. Garde-corps (2) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (1) est fixé, d'autre part, à un grillage (3) présentant une partie inférieure repliée destinée à être enterrée dans un sol.
  9. Garde-corps (2) selon l'une des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le poteau vertical (7) est de section parallélépipédique et présente au moins deux orifices latéraux traversant, et le dispositif (1) de fixation comprend deux ailettes (8) d'extrémité, en saillie pour venir enserrer latéralement le poteau (7), les deux ailettes (8) étant pourvues de deux orifices (9) traversant, en correspondance avec les orifices du poteau (7) pour le passage de vis de fixation.
