Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shelf unit for a shelf system with a shelf and a support frame carrying the shelf, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention further relates to a shelf system with at least one such shelf unit.
  • a shelf unit for a shelving system with a shelf and a support frame supporting the shelf is from the WO 2016/008476 A1 known.
  • the support frame is formed there by a front frame part, a rear frame part and two side frame parts, which are assembled to form an interior space.
  • the front frame part and the rear frame part each have a large number of slot-shaped openings, which serve as insertion receptacles for the ends of product dividers.
  • the shelf which is formed by a flat sheet metal part, rests on the front frame part and the rear frame part and extends to the side frame parts, so that the interior of the support frame is completely covered.
  • the shelf is therefore relatively bulky and heavy, which is a hindrance when transporting the shelving system or its individual components as well as when setting up, converting or dismantling the shelving system.
  • a generic shelf unit is from the DE 196 09 432 A1 known. Additional shelf units are available from the EP 0 858 272 A1 , the DE 35 40 735 A1 , the DE 36 44 692 A1 , the US 4955486 A and the US 5279430 A known.
  • a basic shelf unit for a shelving system for example a sliding shelving system, has a shelf and a support frame that supports the shelf.
  • the support frame has a front frame part, a rear frame part and two side frame parts, which are connected to one another to form a through opening or an interior space.
  • the shelf comprises a plurality of elongated floor elements, each of which rests with its longitudinal ends on the front frame part and the rear frame part.
  • the shelf is created by many individual elements, namely the floor elements. A single large shelf is therefore avoided.
  • the individual floor elements result in advantages in terms of transport, construction, conversion and/or dismantling of the shelving system, since each individual floor element has a relatively small area. This also makes cleaning the shelf easier, since, depending on requirements, only at least some of the floor elements, which are dirty, for example, can be cleaned.
  • At least two adjacent floor elements of the floor elements are arranged at a distance from one another to form an intermediate space, for example at an equal distance, in particular at a constant distance from one another.
  • the gap also promotes ventilation of goods located on the shelf, for example if the shelf unit is provided as part of a shelf system in a cold room or cooled room.
  • the floor elements can also be arranged in such a way that a closed surface is created, which forms the shelf.
  • the size of the gap can be flexibly designed.
  • the adjacent floor elements can be arranged at such a distance from one another that a drainage area is specifically formed in order to drain liquid, which can come from defective goods on the shelf, for example.
  • the contact area between goods placed on the shelf is reduced via the gap and thus Slipping is encouraged if the shelf unit is used as a sliding unit in a sliding shelf.
  • front frame part and the rear frame part each have a plurality of openings, in particular through openings, which serve as insert receptacles. This makes it easy to attach by plugging it in.
  • the openings of the front frame part and/or the openings of the rear frame part are arranged at an equal distance or at a substantially equal distance from one another.
  • the openings of the front frame part and the openings of the rear frame part are each arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the respective frame part, in particular lying in a row, for example arranged in a row aligned with one another.
  • the openings are designed as slots or similar elongated holes, the longitudinal extent of which extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the front frame part or the rear frame part.
  • the openings in the front frame part and the rear frame part are used to attach product dividers.
  • a goods separator is arranged between adjacent floor elements, for example in the gap, which is inserted with its longitudinal ends into one of the insertion receptacles of the front frame part and on the other hand into one of the insertion receptacles of the rear frame part.
  • the product dividers can be easily attached to the support frame attach.
  • the shelf has no function, since the structure of the shelf over the several floor elements means that the product dividers can be specifically fastened in the area of the support frame that is free of the floor elements.
  • the openings of the front frame part and/or the rear frame part are used for fastening at least one of the floor elements.
  • the openings have a multiple function, since in addition to fastening product dividers, they are also designed to fasten the at least one floor element.
  • a floor element for a shelf of a shelving system which is used as a floor element in the shelf unit described above, comprises an elongated, for example plate-shaped, base body with an upper side having a goods support surface and with a lower side, each of which has a web in the area of the longitudinal ends of the base body or the like has an outwardly projecting projection which extends in the longitudinal direction of the base body in order to be inserted into an insertion receptacle of the support frame at each end.

  • the insertion receptacles are formed by the above-described openings on the front frame part and/or the above-described openings on the rear frame part.
  • the web provided in the area of the respective longitudinal end is provided as a section of a common, continuous web. This results in a reinforcement of the floor element against forces or transverse forces acting transversely to the longitudinal direction of the floor element.
  • Such a floor element is used in the shelf unit described above in such a way that the floor element rests with its longitudinal ends on the front frame part and the rear frame part and with the respective web in one of the insertion receptacles of the front frame part and in one of the insertion receptacles of the rear frame part is plugged in.
  • All floor elements of the shelf unit or individual floor elements of the shelf unit or only a single floor element of the shelf unit can be formed by such a floor element and thus be fastened to the support frame by inserting it into one of the openings of the front frame part and/or into one of the openings of the rear frame part .
  • the goods support surface extends over the extent of the top side, in particular extends completely, in order to place goods with a lateral overhang over the top onto the goods support surface.
  • goods can be placed on the goods support surface, which protrude laterally over the top, for example on both sides.
  • the top side is free of any outwardly projecting material sections against which the goods hit could. In this way, flexible use of the floor element for a range of goods is encouraged, regardless of their dimensions.
  • the base body and the at least one web form a profile with a T-shaped cross section.
  • the floor element can be implemented in a technically simple manner.
  • the T-profile is an isosceles T-profile. This is to be understood in particular as meaning that the at least one web divides the area of the base body with the goods support surface into two legs of the same size or essentially the same size.
