Claims (8)

  1. Eine Vorrichtung (S) zum Aufwickeln eines Bandes, bestehend aus:
    - eine erste Spule (1) und eine zweite Spule (2), die drehbeweglich sind, um das Band (7) nacheinander auf die erste Spule (1) und dann auf die zweite Spule (2) zu wickeln;
    - Mittel (8) zum Schneiden des Bandes (7), wenn die erste Spule (1) voll ist, um ein freies Ende des Bandes (7) auf die zweite Spule (2) zu übertragen und dann wieder anzubringen; und
    - Mittel (18) zum automatischen Befestigen des freien Endes des Streifens (7) an der zweiten Spule (2);
    wobei die Vorrichtung (S) einen Arm (4) umfasst, der um eine Schwenkachse zwischen den Spulen (1, 2) beweglich schwenkt und automatisch in Abhängigkeit von einem Vorgang zur Übertragung eines freien Endes des Bandes (7) von der ersten Spule (1) auf die zweite Spule (2) gesteuert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkarm (4) Mittel (5) zur Führung des Bandes (7) während seines Aufwickelns um die erste Spule (1) und während seines Aufwickelns um die zweite Spule (2) umfasst, und Mittel (20) zum Blockieren des freien Endes des Streifens (7), wenn er durch das Schneidemittel (8) geschnitten wird, dann, wenn er auf die zweite Spule (2) übertragen und wieder befestigt wird, der Schwenkarm (4) einen Schlitten (6) aufweist, der radial zur Schwenkachse zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer Schneidposition beweglich ist, in der der Schlitten (6) das Band (7) gegenüber den Schneidmitteln (8) verschiebt und in der Schneidposition der Schlitten (6) über die Führungs- und Verriegelungsmittel (5) entlang des Arms (4) hinausragt und das Band (7) radial zur Schwenkachse verschiebt.
  2. Aufwickelvorrichtung (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (5) zur Führung des Bandes (7) durch zwei Rollen (5a, 5b) gebildet werden.
  3. Wickelvorrichtung (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (20) zwei pneumatische oder mechanische Klemmfinger umfassen, deren Abstand variabel ist.
  4. Aufwickelvorrichtung (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (6) zwei Finger (6a, 6b) zum Anheben des Bandes beim Gleiten des Schlittens (6) aufweist, deren Abstand variabel ist, um das Band im Hinblick auf den Schneidvorgang einzuklemmen.
  5. Aufwickelvorrichtung (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidmittel (8) und der Schwenkarm (4) relativ zueinander beweglich sind, um das durch den Schlitten (6) versetzte Band (7) zu schneiden.
  6. Aufwickelvorrichtung (S) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur automatischen Befestigung eine Nut (18) zur Aufnahme des freien Endes des Bandes (7) aufweisen, wobei die Nut (18) eine einstellbare Breite hat, um das freie Ende zu ergreifen oder freizugeben.
  7. Aufwickelvorrichtung (S) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die automatischen Befestigungsmittel ein festes Element (11) und ein bewegliches Element (12) umfassen, das die Nut (18) einstellbarer Breite begrenzt.
  8. Aufwickelvorrichtung (S) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkarm (4) parallel zur Schwenkachse beweglich ist, um einen Vorgang der Transversalbewegung des Bandes (7) auf den Spulen durchzuführen.
