Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Spulen (23) aus aufgewickelten Bändern (22), umfassend Mittel zum kontinuierlichen Auftragen eines Schutzfilms (3) auf eine Haftfläche einer Bahn (21), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum kontinuierlichen Auftragen eines Schutzfilms (3) mit Mitteln zum Längsschneiden der Bahn (21) und ihres Schutzfilms (3) in mehrere längliche Bänder (22) verbunden sind, wobei die Mittel zum Längsschneiden mit Mitteln zum Aufwickeln verbunden sind, die ausgestaltet sind, jedes Band (22) in Form einer Spule (23) aufzuwickeln, wobei die Mittel zum kontinuierlichen Auftragen eines Schutzfilms (3) eine automatische Zuführeinrichtung (4) des Schutzfilms (3) umfassen, die ausgestaltet ist, das kontinuierliche Auftragen des Schutzfilms (3) zu ermöglichen.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die automatische Zuführeinrichtung (4) eine Trommel (41) umfasst, auf der mindestens zwei Spindeln (42) des Schutzfilms (3) positioniert sind, die Trommel (41) ausgestaltet ist, jeder Spindel (42) des Schutzfilms (3) zu ermöglichen, zwischen einer Abwickelposition, in der der Schutzfilm (3) von der Spindel (42) auf die Bahn (21) aufgetragen werden kann, und einer Warteposition beweglich zu sein.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum kontinuierlichen Auftragen eines Schutzfilms (3) mindestens eine Gegendruckwalze (5) umfassen, auf welcher der Schutzfilm (3) auf die Bahn (21) gedrückt wird, um an der Bahn (21) anzuhaften.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Bewegungsmittel umfasst, umfassend mindestens eine motorisierte Rolle (9), die ermöglicht, die Bahn (21) und jedes Band (22) in der Herstellungsvorrichtung (1) zu bewegen.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungsmittel mindestens eine Akkumulationsrolle (91) umfassen, die ermöglicht, eine Länge der Bahn (21) zu lagern.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Aufwickeln Aufwickeltrommeln (7) umfassen, die übereinander liegen, wobei jede Aufwickeltrommel (7) ermöglicht, ein Band (22) aufzuwickeln.
  7.   8. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zum Sammeln und Tauschen der Spulen (23) einer Aufwickelachse in Warteposition umfasst.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Sammeln und Tauschen eine bewegliche Zange (8) umfassen.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Sammeln und Tauschen einen Roboter (30) umfassen.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Längsschneiden mindestens eine Klinge (6) umfassen, die angepasst ist, um die Bahn (21) der Länge nach zu schneiden.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder jede Klinge (6) zwischen einer Schnittposition, in der die mindestens eine Klinge (6) die Bahn (21) längs schneidet, und einer zurückgezogenen Position beweglich ist, in der die mindestens eine Klinge (6) von der Bahn (21) beabstandet ist.
