Claims (5)
- Mikrowellenbehandlungsvorrichtung (20) mit:Einer Erwärmungskammer (1), die konfiguriert ist, um ein zu erwärmendes Objekt aufzunehmen;einer ersten Antenne (8a) und einer zweiten Antenne (8b), die konfiguriert sind, um eine Mikrowelle zur Erwärmungskammer (1) abzustrahlen;einer Übertragungsleitungsgruppe (7) mit mehreren Übertragungsleitungen (7a - 7f), die konfiguriert sind, um die erste Antenne (8a) und die zweite Antenne (8b) mit der Mikrowelle zu versorgen; undmehreren Versorgungsteilen (9a, 9b), die konfiguriert sind, um die Übertragungsleitungsgruppe (7) mit der Mikrowelle zu versorgen,wobei die Vielzahl von Übertragungsleitungen (7a - 7f) eine erste Übertragungsleitung (7a), eine zweite Übertragungsleitung (7b), eine dritte Übertragungsleitung (7c) und eine vierte Übertragungsleitung (7d) umfasst, die alle in einer Ringform gekoppelt sind,wobei die Übertragungsleitungsgruppe (7) ferner einen ersten Zweigteil (10a) zwischen der ersten Übertragungsleitung (7a) und der dritten Übertragungsleitung (7c) und einen zweiten Zweigteil (10b) zwischen der zweiten Übertragungsleitung (7b) und der vierten Übertragungsleitung (7d) umfasst,wobei die Vielzahl von Versorgungsteilen (9a, 9b) einen ersten Versorgungsteil (9a) zwischen der ersten Übertragungsleitung (7a) und der zweiten Übertragungsleitung (7b) und einen zweiten Versorgungsteil (9b) zwischen der dritten Übertragungsleitung (7c)) und der vierten Übertragungsleitung (7d) umfasst,wobei die erste Übertragungsleitung (7a) eine Phasenlänge hat, die mit einer Phasenlänge jeder der zweiten Übertragungsleitung (7b) und der vierten Übertragungsleitung (7d) identisch ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie dritte Übertragungsleitung (7c) eine Phasenlänge hat, die sich von jeder Phasenlänge der ersten Übertragungsleitung (7a), der zweiten Übertragungsleitung (7b) und der vierten Übertragungsleitung (7d) unterscheidet.
- Mikrowellenbehandlungsvorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die dritte Übertragungsleitung (7c) eine Phasenlänge aufweist, die sich um 180 Grad ± 10% von der Phasenlänge der ersten Übertragungsleitung (7a) unterscheidet.
- Mikrowellenbehandlungsvorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Übertragungsleitungsgruppe (7) ferner eine fünfte Übertragungsleitung (7e) umfasst, die den ersten Zweigteil (10a) mit der ersten Antenne (8a) verbindet, und eine sechste Übertragungsleitung (7f), die den zweiten Zweigteil (10b) mit der zweiten Antenne (8b) verbindet.
- Mikrowellenbehandlungsvorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Übertragungsleitungsgruppe (7) aus einer Mikrostreifenleitung gebildet ist.
- Mikrowellenbehandlungsvorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Übertragungsleitungsgruppe (7) aus einem Wellenleiter gebildet ist.
