Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a diode short-curcuit pattern and to make fitting of a diode element easy. CONSTITUTION:A strip line 10 is a metallic thin film pattern formed on the surface, a metallic thin film is formed entirely at the back side for grounding, but this metallic thin film is not present for the part of a slot line 20. This slot line 20 is coupled to the strip line 10 via a base, the entire circumference forms a circle of lambdag/2 and a T-branch line 21 of the slot line 20 partly. The line 21 is shortcircuited to a ground conductor by inserting a conductor to a throughhole 30 performing slot strip conversion. The strip line 10 is coupled near the both sides of T-branch of the slot line 20 and on the extension of a T-brance line via the base 10 for strip slot conversion. Ports 11-13 are connected to the strip lines 10. A strip line 10' making slot strip conversion is coupled to a branch line 21 branched from the slot line 20.
