Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shipping bag, in particular a plastic shipping bag, for the collection and shipping of, in particular moist, waste, particularly preferably used coffee capsules or coffee-aluminum capsules.
- the invention also relates to a method for collecting, in particular moist, waste, particularly preferably moist piece waste.
- the invention also relates to a method for recycling used coffee capsules, in particular used coffee-aluminum capsules.
- the invention is based on the use of the bags according to the invention for the collection and shipping of, in particular moist, waste, particularly preferably used coffee capsules or coffee-aluminum capsules.
- Coffee capsules are single-use products. They are used regularly in so-called portion coffee machines. In order to brew the coffee present in the capsules, the capsule present in the coffee machine is partially destroyed, with water heated at high pressure or heated water vapor being passed through the coffee powder for a predetermined period of time. The amount of coffee powder present in the coffee capsule is intended for brewing a single cup of coffee. It is therefore a portion packaging. Coffee capsules are still enjoying growing popularity due to their ease of use. An advantage of this type of coffee production is also that a wide range of different types of coffee are available, without larger quantities of corresponding ones for each coffee flavor note Having to stock up on types of coffee or beans. In order to be able to guarantee the freshness and integrity of the coffee powder used for this, the coffee capsules used are usually made of an aluminum body and an aluminum cover. After removing the used coffee capsule from the coffee machine, it regularly has residual water as well as moist coffee grounds.
- the used coffee capsules are, if they are not used in, for example, cafés or coffee shops, often disposed of with regular household waste and are therefore withdrawn from waste recycling. For Germany alone, the amount of waste due to used coffee capsules was estimated at 4,000 to 4,500 tons in 2014. While the inclusion of coffee aluminum capsules in the recycling process should easily be possible through separate collection, if these aluminum capsules are used in cafes and collected separately, this is more difficult with aluminum capsules that the end consumer takes home and uses there Due to the moisture and the pollution with coffee residues or damp coffee grounds, they cannot be collected with the remaining recycling waste without further processing, but must first be cleaned separately by the consumer. This individual cleaning is disadvantageous not least because of the water consumption. This also means that used coffee capsules are thrown into the regular household waste.
- coffee aluminum capsules apart from a regular plastic inner coating, as described above, essentially consist entirely of aluminum and are thus virtually pure, it would be desirable to make used coffee capsules made of aluminum accessible to a recycling process to the greatest possible extent. There is currently no adequate solution for this.
- the present invention was therefore based on the object of being able to feed used coffee capsules, in particular coffee-aluminum capsules, to a recycling process in a simple and reliable manner and to the greatest possible extent.
- a bag in particular a shipping bag, has been found with a substantially closed bottom end and an opposite opening, comprising a front wall with an inner and an outer side and a rear wall with an inner and an outer side, which in the region of their side edges and bottom edges are connected to one another at least in sections directly or via side walls and / or side gussets and / or a bottom gusset, and the opening edge the front wall is below the opening edge of the rear wall, so that the rear wall forms a protruding, foldable closure area, in particular a closure flap, and wherein the closure area has a first adhesive, in particular an adhesive strip, on the inside or on the outside, in particular on the inside, of the rear wall , and / or wherein the front wall on the outside in the overlapping area with the closing area folded down along the opening edge of the front wall comprises a second adhesive, in particular a second adhesive strip, and wherein the front wall on the outside beyond the overlapping area with the folded-down closing area has
- the bag according to the invention in particular the shipping bag, can be closed in such a way that water residues, moist coffee grounds and / or moist coffee grounds present therein cannot escape through the original filling opening during storage and transport. Accordingly, the bags according to the invention are manufactured in an expedient embodiment in such a way that neither water or water nor over the wall materials of the front and rear walls, if any, and also not over the connecting sections or seams of the wall sections connected to one another. Moisture can escape.
- the escape of moisture or residual water or of moist coffee grounds from the original filling opening can surprisingly already be achieved with the bags according to the invention by providing a first and / or second adhesive in the closure area for closing the bag in the overlap area and that one also provides beyond the Overlap area provides a third adhesive on the front side, so that after the closed closure area has been turned over once and in particular several times, this folded closure area is again glued to the third adhesive.
- used coffee capsules can be collected and transported in a moisture-proof or moisture-proof manner, in which the moist coffee grounds are still completely present, as well as those in which this moist coffee grounds have been removed by simply tipping them out, for example after tearing open the aluminum foil so that only moist coffee grounds remains there.
- the bags according to the invention are also distinguished in particular by the fact that they can be made ready for dispatch in a simple manner.
- the materials forming the bag according to the invention are particularly expediently formed from a flexible material and accordingly deformable.
- the further statements should therefore be preceded by the fact that the description relates to an unfilled, non-deformed state of the bag according to the invention, this bag, in particular shipping bag, preferably being viewed as being essentially flat.
- the bag according to the invention is also expediently provided before it is filled with moist waste, in particular used coffee capsules.
- the use of the terms "front wall” and "rear wall” has been chosen as such to facilitate easier understanding.
- the bag wall whose opening edge ends above the opening edge of the opposite wall can also be designed in the sense of a front wall in actual use and, for example, have the relevant product name and / or logos, while the opposite wall does not contain any imprint.
- the shipping bag according to the invention is characterized in that the first or second adhesive, in particular adhesive strip, extends essentially from one side edge of the rear wall essentially to the opposite side edge of the rear wall, in particular continuously.
- the third adhesive, in particular adhesive strip can extend essentially from one side edge of the front wall essentially to the opposite side edge of the front wall, in particular continuously.
- first and / or the second adhesive in particular adhesive strips
- the third adhesive in particular adhesive strip
- the third adhesive can run essentially parallel to the opening-side edge of the front wall and / or the rear wall of the bag, in particular the front wall.
- the third adhesive and in particular the third adhesive strip are preferably in a section on the outside of the front wall beyond the overlap area and this side of the lower third, in particular on half of the front wall or this side of half of the front wall. Above all, this also ensures that the closed closure area can be turned over several times.
- such an embodiment of a bag according to the invention also contributes to this, in which the third adhesive, in particular the third adhesive strip, is present at a distance on the outside of the front wall beyond the overlap area, which is designed and set up around the folded and closed closure area, in particular the closure flap , at least one, two, three or four times, in particular at least two or at least three times, before this turned-over closure area comes into contact with the third adhesive, in particular adhesive strip, and can be or is glued.
- the third adhesive in particular the third adhesive strip
- the first adhesive in particular the first adhesive strip, essentially directly to the upper opening edge of the rear wall. In this way, a sufficient closure area can be created in a very space-saving manner.
- the first or second adhesive in particular the first or second adhesive strip, is spaced apart, preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, from the one side edge and / or preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, ends from the opposite side edge of the rear wall.
- the third adhesive in particular the third adhesive strip
- the third adhesive can be spaced, preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, from one side edge and / or spaced, preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, from the opposite End of the side edge of the front wall.
- the third adhesive, in particular the third adhesive strip extend, in particular continuously, from one side edge to the opposite side edge of the front wall.
- the bags according to the invention also include those which have first and / or second side wall elements between the opposite side edges of the front and rear walls.
- the side wall elements can also represent or contain side folds which extend in particular from the bottom end of the front and rear walls.
- the front wall and the rear wall and optionally the side walls of the bag according to the invention comprise or are preferably made of polyolefins, in particular polyethylene, and / or polyesters.
- the bags according to the invention can also be made from a paper material, in particular a laminated or hydrophobic paper material.
- the bags according to the invention are formed essentially in one piece. This can be achieved, for example, in that the film web is turned over at the bottom end to form a fold. Then only the adjacent side edges of the front and rear walls need to be glued or welded together. Alternatively, it is of course also possible to fold over the film web along a side edge. In this case, the respective remaining side edge of the front and rear wall and the adjacent edges at the bottom end would have to be glued or welded to one another.
- the bags according to the invention can be designed in a variety of ways in order to always achieve the object on which the invention is based.
- bags are particularly suitable in which the transverse extent of the rear wall and the front wall, measured from one side edge to the opposite side edge of the bag, is smaller than the longitudinal extent of the front wall or the rear wall, measured from the bottom end to the opening end.
- the transverse extent of the rear wall and the front wall, measured from one side edge to the opposite side edge of the bag is greater than the longitudinal extent of the front wall or the rear wall, measured from the bottom end to the opening end.
- bags according to the invention can also be used in which the longitudinal extension of the rear wall, measured from the bottom end to the opening end, is greater than the longitudinal extension of the front wall, measured from the bottom end to the opening end.
- a bottom gusset can be arranged between the bottom edges of the front and rear walls.
- the first and / or second and / or third adhesives comprise or represent, in a very practicable embodiment, double-sided adhesives, in particular double-sided adhesive strips. It can also be provided that at least one, preferably each comprising adhesive, in particular adhesive strips, at least one detachable protective film, the protective film in particular preventing the front wall from being connected to the rear wall.
- a particularly high level of moisture and / or transport security can also be obtained by designing the front wall and / or the rear wall and, if appropriate, the side walls, preferably the front and rear walls, in multiple layers, in particular double or triple layers, for example in Form of an, in particular double or multi-layer, bubble wrap.
- the front wall has a first outer layer essentially consisting of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene, and an opposing first inner layer essentially consisting of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene
- the rear wall has a second outer layer essentially consisting of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene, and an opposite second inner layer essentially consisting of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene
- first cavities delimited from one another by first walls, preferably consisting essentially of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene, as well as between In the second outer layer and the second inner layer there are numerous second cavities which are delimited from one another by second walls, preferably consisting essentially of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene.
- the first cavities have at least one parallel to the first outer layer and the second cavities parallel to
- the cavities have a mean longitudinal extension and, in particular orthogonally thereto, a mean transverse extension, the mean longitudinal extension being greater than the mean transverse extension and the mean longitudinal extension being at a maximum is five times the mean transverse extent.

- the bags according to the invention expediently represent an, in particular liquid-tight, shipping bag for, in particular, moist, waste, in particular piece waste.
- the moist piece of waste is preferably used coffee capsules, especially used coffee-aluminum capsules.
- the present invention is accompanied by the surprising finding that bags, in particular shipping bags, can be obtained in a relatively practicable manner, which can be easily and reliably sealed in a liquid-tight manner in such a way that they are particularly used for collecting or transporting moist waste Coffee capsules and particularly preferably used coffee-aluminum capsules can be used. It has also been found, surprisingly, that the bags according to the invention, in particular shipping bags, achieve very efficient metal recycling. In one possible embodiment, it is provided that the amount of bag material is negligibly small compared to the amount of recyclable metal, so that it does not interfere with the melting process and does not have to be separated beforehand. Here you can consequently the bags together with the used aluminum coffee capsules contained therein are fed to the metal melt.
- closure area in particular the closure flap
- this third adhesive extends in an expedient embodiment essentially from one side edge of the front wall to the opposite side edge of the front wall, in particular continuously.

- protective films or protective strips can be attached to the adhesive or adhesive strips which extend laterally beyond these adhesive or adhesive strip areas and are therefore not connected to them, but which do not protrude beyond the side edge (s) and, for example, are flush with these side edges to lock. In this way, the protective film or the protective strip can easily be gripped and peeled from the adhesive or the adhesive strip.
- the moist waste in particular the used coffee capsules
- the moist waste is in the portion of the bag that has not been turned over or rolled up. In this way, a very reliable complete closure of the bags according to the invention can be ensured.
- the bags according to the invention are preferably filled with used coffee capsules, in particular used coffee-aluminum capsules.
- this also includes the dispatch of the bags closed according to step f) to a collection point.
- the used coffee-aluminum capsules together with the bag are subjected to the melting process.
- the present invention found the use of the bags according to the invention for collecting, in particular moist, waste, in particular used coffee-aluminum capsules.
- the use of the bags according to the invention has also been found for sending, in particular moist, waste, in particular used coffee-aluminum capsules, to a collection point for this waste.
- FIG. 1 A shipping bag 1 according to the invention is shown with a closed bottom end 15 and an opposite opening 17.
- the bag according to the invention is formed from a front wall 5 with an inner and an outer side and a rear wall 3, also with an inner and an outer side. Front wall 5 and rear wall 3 are connected to one another along their opposing side edges 7, 7 'and along their bottom edges.
- the opening edge 16 of the front wall 5 is located below the opening edge 16 ′ of the rear wall 3. This results in a protruding, foldable closure flap 9. In the embodiment shown, this is an integral part of the rear wall 3.
- the shipping bag shown has an adhesive strip 11 on the inside. This extends along the opening edge 16 'of the rear wall 3.
- the front and rear walls 5 and 3 are shown in the shipping bag Figure 1 made of a flexible plastic material, for example a single or multi-layer polyethylene film.
- this shipping bag can also be made in one piece from a single layer of plastic material.
- the closure flap 9 can easily be folded over along the opening edge 16 of the front wall 5 onto the outside of the front wall 5 and forms the overlap area 19 together with the corresponding section of the front wall.
- the adhesive strip 11 is regularly provided with a protective film (not shown), which is peeled off shortly before use can. By folding over the closing flap 9 along the opening edge 16 onto the overlapping area 19, the bag opening 17 is closed for the first time.
- the shipping bag 1 is equipped with a third adhesive strip 21 on the outside of the front wall 5 beyond the overlap area 19, ie in the direction of the bottom end 15.
- This adhesive strip 21, like the adhesive strip 11, extends from the first side edge 7 to the opposite side edge 7 ', preferably essentially parallel to the first adhesive strip 11.
- the adhesive strip 21 is initially provided with a protective film (not shown). The shipping bag closed as described above is then preferably rolled up or turned over several times in the direction of the third adhesive strip 21 until the third adhesive strip 21 is reached. There, this folded over section is adhesively connected to the adhesive strip 21 essentially over its entire extent.
- the first and third adhesive strips 11, 21 each do not extend all the way to the opposing side edges 7, 7 ', but rather at a distance therefrom.
- the protective films (not shown) extending up to the opposite side edges can be particularly easily grasped and pulled off.
- the used coffee capsules previously collected in the shipping bag are located in the shipping bags according to the invention Figure 1 as well as according to Figure 2 in the section between the third adhesive strip 21 and the bottom end 15. It was surprisingly found that moisture-proof transport and shipping is possible with the shipping bag according to the invention described above.
- the shipping bags according to the invention already have all the address data and other information required for shipping on the front and / or back, and possibly also sufficient franking to be able to be transported to a collection point after delivery by the user.

Coffee capsules are single-use products.
The used coffee capsules are, if they are not used in, for example, cafés or coffee shops, often disposed of with regular household waste and are therefore withdrawn from waste recycling. Since coffee aluminum capsules, apart from a regular plastic inner coating, as described above, essentially consist entirely of aluminum and are thus virtually pure, it would be desirable to make used coffee capsules made of aluminum accessible to a recycling process to the greatest possible extent. There is currently no adequate solution for this.
The present invention was therefore based on the object of being able to feed used coffee capsules, in particular coffee-aluminum capsules, to a recycling process in a simple and reliable manner and to the greatest possible extent.
Accordingly, with the present invention, a bag, in particular a shipping bag, has been found with a substantially closed bottom end and an opposite opening, comprising a front wall with an inner and an outer side and a rear wall with an inner and an outer side, which in the region of their side edges and bottom edges are connected to one another at least in sections directly or via side walls and / or side gussets and / or a bottom gusset, and the opening edge the front wall is below the opening edge of the rear wall, so that the rear wall forms a protruding, foldable closure area, in particular a closure flap, and wherein the closure area has a first adhesive, in particular an adhesive strip, on the inside or on the outside, in particular on the inside, of the rear wall , and / or wherein the front wall on the outside in the overlapping area with the closing area folded down along the opening edge of the front wall comprises a second adhesive, in particular a second adhesive strip, and wherein the front wall on the outside beyond the overlapping area with the folded-down closing area has a third adhesive, in particular third adhesive strip.
The bag according to the invention, in particular the shipping bag, can be closed in such a way that water residues, moist coffee grounds and / or moist coffee grounds present therein cannot escape through the original filling opening during storage and transport. Accordingly, the bags according to the invention are manufactured in an expedient embodiment in such a way that neither water or water nor over the wall materials of the front and rear walls, if any, and also not over the connecting sections or seams of the wall sections connected to one another. Moisture can escape. The escape of moisture or residual water or of moist coffee grounds from the original filling opening can surprisingly already be achieved with the bags according to the invention by providing a first and / or second adhesive in the closure area for closing the bag in the overlap area and that one also provides beyond the Overlap area provides a third adhesive on the front side, so that after the closed closure area has been turned over once and in particular several times, this folded closure area is again glued to the third adhesive. With the bags according to the invention, used coffee capsules can be collected and transported in a moisture-proof or moisture-proof manner, in which the moist coffee grounds are still completely present, as well as those in which this moist coffee grounds have been removed by simply tipping them out, for example after tearing open the aluminum foil so that only moist coffee grounds remains there.
The bags according to the invention are also distinguished in particular by the fact that they can be made ready for dispatch in a simple manner. The materials forming the bag according to the invention are particularly expediently formed from a flexible material and accordingly deformable. The further statements should therefore be preceded by the fact that the description relates to an unfilled, non-deformed state of the bag according to the invention, this bag, in particular shipping bag, preferably being viewed as being essentially flat. In this form, the bag according to the invention is also expediently provided before it is filled with moist waste, in particular used coffee capsules. The use of the terms "front wall" and "rear wall" has been chosen as such to facilitate easier understanding. Of course, the bag wall whose opening edge ends above the opening edge of the opposite wall can also be designed in the sense of a front wall in actual use and, for example, have the relevant product name and / or logos, while the opposite wall does not contain any imprint.
In a preferred embodiment, the shipping bag according to the invention is characterized in that the first or second adhesive, in particular adhesive strip, extends essentially from one side edge of the rear wall essentially to the opposite side edge of the rear wall, in particular continuously. Alternatively and preferably in addition, the third adhesive, in particular adhesive strip, can extend essentially from one side edge of the front wall essentially to the opposite side edge of the front wall, in particular continuously. The measures described above give particularly moisture-proof bags according to the invention which are very permissibly suitable for dry transport of the moist waste collected with the bags according to the invention, in particular used coffee capsules.
Furthermore, in a further very useful embodiment it is provided that the first and / or the second adhesive, in particular adhesive strips, run essentially parallel to the opening-side edge of the front wall and / or the rear wall of the bag, in particular the front wall. Alternatively and in particular additionally, the third adhesive, in particular adhesive strip, can run essentially parallel to the opening-side edge of the front wall and / or the rear wall of the bag, in particular the front wall. With the arrangement of the adhesive or adhesive strips shown above, a very efficient and reliable production of the bags according to the invention is generally achieved.
The third adhesive and in particular the third adhesive strip are preferably in a section on the outside of the front wall beyond the overlap area and this side of the lower third, in particular on half of the front wall or this side of half of the front wall. Above all, this also ensures that the closed closure area can be turned over several times. In particular, such an embodiment of a bag according to the invention also contributes to this, in which the third adhesive, in particular the third adhesive strip, is present at a distance on the outside of the front wall beyond the overlap area, which is designed and set up around the folded and closed closure area, in particular the closure flap , at least one, two, three or four times, in particular at least two or at least three times, before this turned-over closure area comes into contact with the third adhesive, in particular adhesive strip, and can be or is glued.
In many cases it has proven to be particularly expedient to apply the first adhesive, in particular the first adhesive strip, essentially directly to the upper opening edge of the rear wall. In this way, a sufficient closure area can be created in a very space-saving manner.
For example, in a further alternative embodiment of a bag according to the invention it can be provided that the first or second adhesive, in particular the first or second adhesive strip, is spaced apart, preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, from the one side edge and / or preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, ends from the opposite side edge of the rear wall. Alternatively and especially in addition, the third adhesive, in particular the third adhesive strip, can be spaced, preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, from one side edge and / or spaced, preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, from the opposite End of the side edge of the front wall. In this way, too, particularly liquid-tight bags are obtained which can be used for dry transport of moist waste, in particular used coffee capsules. Furthermore, it can be provided that the third adhesive, in particular the third adhesive strip, extend, in particular continuously, from one side edge to the opposite side edge of the front wall.
The bags according to the invention also include those which have first and / or second side wall elements between the opposite side edges of the front and rear walls. Here, the side wall elements can also represent or contain side folds which extend in particular from the bottom end of the front and rear walls.
The front wall and the rear wall and optionally the side walls of the bag according to the invention, in particular the shipping bag, comprise or are preferably made of polyolefins, in particular polyethylene, and / or polyesters. Alternatively, the bags according to the invention can also be made from a paper material, in particular a laminated or hydrophobic paper material.
In a particularly expedient embodiment, the bags according to the invention are formed essentially in one piece.
In principle, the bags according to the invention can be designed in a variety of ways in order to always achieve the object on which the invention is based. For example, bags are particularly suitable in which the transverse extent of the rear wall and the front wall, measured from one side edge to the opposite side edge of the bag, is smaller than the longitudinal extent of the front wall or the rear wall, measured from the bottom end to the opening end. Alternatively, it can be provided that the transverse extent of the rear wall and the front wall, measured from one side edge to the opposite side edge of the bag, is greater than the longitudinal extent of the front wall or the rear wall, measured from the bottom end to the opening end.
Furthermore, those bags according to the invention can also be used in which the longitudinal extension of the rear wall, measured from the bottom end to the opening end, is greater than the longitudinal extension of the front wall, measured from the bottom end to the opening end.
In order to obtain bags according to the invention with a larger delivery volume, as an alternative or in addition to the provision of side walls or side gussets, a bottom gusset can be arranged between the bottom edges of the front and rear walls.
The first and / or second and / or third adhesives, in particular the first and / or second and third adhesives, comprise or represent, in a very practicable embodiment, double-sided adhesives, in particular double-sided adhesive strips. It can also be provided that at least one, preferably each comprising adhesive, in particular adhesive strips, at least one detachable protective film, the protective film in particular preventing the front wall from being connected to the rear wall.
A particularly high level of moisture and / or transport security can also be obtained by designing the front wall and / or the rear wall and, if appropriate, the side walls, preferably the front and rear walls, in multiple layers, in particular double or triple layers, for example in Form of an, in particular double or multi-layer, bubble wrap.
Particularly advantageous here are those embodiments in which the front wall has a first outer layer essentially consisting of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene, and an opposing first inner layer essentially consisting of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene, and in which the rear wall has a second outer layer essentially consisting of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene, and an opposite second inner layer essentially consisting of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene, wherein in a preferred embodiment between the first outer layer and First inner layer there are numerous first cavities delimited from one another by first walls, preferably consisting essentially of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene, as well as between In the second outer layer and the second inner layer there are numerous second cavities which are delimited from one another by second walls, preferably consisting essentially of or comprising at least one polymer material, in particular polyethylene. In a particularly expedient embodiment, the first cavities have at least one parallel to the first outer layer and the second cavities parallel to the second outer layer a cross section in which the walls of the cavities each describe an oval, in particular are circular.
Alternativ sowie vorzugsweise zusätzlich liegt die mittlere Quererstreckung zweckmäßigerweise im Bereich von 0,005 mm bis 30 mm, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 0,5 bis 10 mm, insbesondere bevorzugt von 1 bis 5 mm.The above-described embodiment of a bag according to the invention is also characterized in an advantageous further development in that the cavities have a mean longitudinal extension and, in particular orthogonally thereto, a mean transverse extension, the mean longitudinal extension being greater than the mean transverse extension and the mean longitudinal extension being at a maximum is five times the mean transverse extent. The mean longitudinal extension is expediently in the range from 0.01 mm to 50 mm, preferably in the range from 0.1 to 25 mm, particularly preferably from 3 to 15 mm. Alternatively and preferably in addition, the mean transverse extension is expediently in the range from 0.005 mm to 30 mm, preferably in the range from 0.5 to 10 mm, particularly preferably from 1 to 5 mm.
In an alternative embodiment of a particularly advantageous multi-layer bag according to the invention, it is provided that the front wall and / or the rear wall have at least three layers, the at least three-layer front wall and / or the at least three-layer rear wall having a first layer (inner layer), at least one second layer (intermediate layer ) and a third layer (outer layer), the first layer facing the inside of the bag with respect to the second layer and / or forming the inside, the at least one second layer being arranged between the first and third layer and a plastic film, in particular a polyolefin film , comprises or consists of this, wherein the third layer faces the outside of the bag with respect to the second layer and / or forms the outside, the at least one second layer having a plurality of ruffled or folded strip-shaped elongated regions, in particular strips, which run at a distance from one another , and where the at least one second layer is connected to the first and / or third layer by means of welded and / or glued seams which run transversely, in particular essentially orthogonally, to the gathered or folded strip-shaped elongated regions.
For the embodiment of a bag according to the invention described above, it is preferably provided that the first layer (inner layer) of the front and / or rear wall, in particular the first and second layer of the front and / or rear wall, each comprise at least one plastic film, in particular polyolefin film or consist of and / or that the third layer (outer layer) of the front and / or rear wall comprises or consists of at least one plastic film, in particular a polyolefin film.
In the embodiment described above, such bags according to the invention are particularly suitable in which the front wall and the rear wall have at least three layers and each comprise the first, second and third layer, in particular the first and second layer and possibly also the third layer of front or Rear wall each include or consist of at least one plastic film, in particular polyethylene film.
It can alternatively and in particular also additionally be provided that the gathered, strip-shaped elongated areas in cross section, in particular essentially channel-shaped, protuberances, comprising opening and depression, represent areas of the second layer or that the folded strip-shaped elongated areas in cross section are essentially Z represent shaped folds of areas of the second layer. A particularly suitable further development of this embodiment provides that the depression of the protuberances of the gathered strip-shaped elongated areas faces the first layer and that the opening of the gathered strip-shaped elongated areas faces the third layer.
The bags according to the invention expediently represent an, in particular liquid-tight, shipping bag for, in particular, moist, waste, in particular piece waste. The moist piece of waste is preferably used coffee capsules, especially used coffee-aluminum capsules.
The present invention is accompanied by the surprising finding that bags, in particular shipping bags, can be obtained in a relatively practicable manner, which can be easily and reliably sealed in a liquid-tight manner in such a way that they are particularly used for collecting or transporting moist waste Coffee capsules and particularly preferably used coffee-aluminum capsules can be used.
- a) Zurverfügungstellung mindestens eines erfindungsgemäßen Beutels,
- a) Provision of at least one bag according to the invention,
- b) filling the bag with, especially moist, waste through the bag opening,
- c) Folding the closure area, in particular the closure flap, onto the outside of the front wall,
- d) gluing the closure area to the outside of the front wall by means of the first or second adhesive, in particular adhesive strips,
- e) repeatedly turning over or rolling up the glued closure area until at least the third adhesive, in particular adhesive strip, is reached, and
- f) gluing the several times folded or rolled glued closure area with the third adhesive.
In a particularly expedient embodiment, it can be provided that the closure area, in particular the closure flap, is folded over onto the outside of the front wall at the level of the opening edge of the front wall and is then glued there. Here, for gluing the glued-over or rolled-up glued closure area with the third adhesive, this third adhesive, in particular adhesive strip, extends in an expedient embodiment essentially from one side edge of the front wall to the opposite side edge of the front wall, in particular continuously. For many applications, however, it has proven to be required that not only the first or second adhesive, in particular the first or second adhesive strip, be spaced apart, preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, from and / or spaced from one side edge a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, ends from the opposite side edge of the rear wall, but that also the third adhesive, in particular the third adhesive strip, spaced apart, preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, from one side edge and / or a distance, preferably a maximum of 20 mm and particularly preferably a maximum of 10 mm, from the opposite side edge of the front wall ends. In this way, protective films or protective strips can be attached to the adhesive or adhesive strips which extend laterally beyond these adhesive or adhesive strip areas and are therefore not connected to them, but which do not protrude beyond the side edge (s) and, for example, are flush with these side edges to lock. In this way, the protective film or the protective strip can easily be gripped and peeled from the adhesive or the adhesive strip.
With the method according to the invention, it is also very reliably possible that the moist waste, in particular the used coffee capsules, is in the portion of the bag that has not been turned over or rolled up. In this way, a very reliable complete closure of the bags according to the invention can be ensured.
With the method according to the invention, the bags according to the invention are preferably filled with used coffee capsules, in particular used coffee-aluminum capsules.
In a further development of the method according to the invention, this also includes the dispatch of the bags closed according to step f) to a collection point.
- i) collecting a large number of bags filled with the previously described method according to the invention for filling bags according to the invention, in particular shipping bags, with used coffee-aluminum capsules,
- ii) subjecting the plurality of collected bags containing used coffee aluminum capsules to a melting process,
- iii) isolating the molten aluminum and
- iv) solidifying the isolated molten aluminum.
In an expedient embodiment, the used coffee-aluminum capsules together with the bag are subjected to the melting process.
Finally, the present invention found the use of the bags according to the invention for collecting, in particular moist, waste, in particular used coffee-aluminum capsules. The use of the bags according to the invention has also been found for sending, in particular moist, waste, in particular used coffee-aluminum capsules, to a collection point for this waste.
