  5. Vapour extraction apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that the fixing of the collecting container (30) is released when the collecting container (30) is filled with liquid.
  6. Vapour extraction apparatus according to one of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the fastening element (31) is a threaded ring with an internal thread.
  7. Combination appliance with at least one hob (6) and at least one vapour extraction apparatus (1), characterised in that the vapour extraction apparatus (1) represents a vapour extraction apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6.
  8. Combination appliance according to claim 7, characterised in that the suction opening (202) of the vapour extraction apparatus (1) lies adjacent to the at least one hob (6) or lies in the hob (6).
