Claims (10)
- Segment de guidage de barre (1) d'une installation de coulée continue, qui comprend une entretoise supérieure (2) et une entretoise inférieure (3) ; dans lequel, entre l'entretoise supérieure (2) et l'entretoise inférieure (3), sont disposées des unités (4) faisant office de cylindres hydrauliques destinées au réglage de la distance entre l'entretoise supérieure (2) et l'entretoise inférieure (3) ; dans lequel une partie de l'unité (4) faisant office de cylindre hydraulique est reliée à l'entretoise supérieure (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un premier point d'appui (5) et une partie de l'unité (4) faisant office de cylindre hydraulique est reliée à l'entretoise inférieure (3) par l'intermédiaire d'un deuxième point d'appui (6) ;
caractérisé
en ce qu'au moins un des points d'appui (5) comprend :- un palier (7) qui comprend au moins un anneau interne (8, 9) et au moins un anneau externe ; dans lequel une partie de l'unité (4) faisant office de cylindre hydraulique est reliée audit au moins un anneau interne (8, 9) ;- un élément (12) faisant office de logement, dans lequel est disposé ledit au moins un anneau externe (10, 11) ; dans lequel une bride (13) élargie en direction radiale est disposée contre l'élément (12) faisant office de logement ;dans lequel l'élément (12) faisant office de logement est fixé au moyen de la bride (13) contre l'entretoise supérieure (2) ou contre l'entretoise inférieure (3). - Segment de guidage de barre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (12) faisant office de logement est fixé au moyen de la bride (13) contre l'entretoise supérieure (2).
- Segment de guidage de barre selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le palier (7) présente deux anneaux internes (8, 9) et deux anneaux externes (10, 11) ; dans lequel un tronçon (14) élargi en direction radiale de la partie de l'unité (4) faisant office de cylindre hydraulique est disposé entre les deux anneaux internes (8, 9).
- Segment de guidage de barre selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux anneaux externes (10, 11) sont disposés à l'écart l'un de l'autre en direction axiale dans l'élément (12) faisant office de logement et, de préférence, sont fixés en direction axiale par des tronçons de l'élément (12) faisant office de logement faisant saillie vers l'intérieur en direction radiale.
- Segment de guidage de barre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le palier (7) est réalisé sous la forme d'un palier du type à glissement axial.
- Segment de guidage de barre selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface d'appui convexe de l'anneau interne (8, 9) vient se disposer contre une surface d'appui concave de l'anneau externe (10, 11).
- Segment de guidage de barre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (12) faisant office de logement est réalisé sous la forme d'une unité encapsulée avec les anneaux de palier (8, 9, 10, 11) qui se trouvent dans l'élément en question.
- Segment de guidage de barre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur (15) destiné à l'enregistrement du déplacement entre le piston et le cylindre de l'unité (4) faisant office de cylindre hydraulique est disposé contre l'élément (12) faisant office de logement ou dans l'élément en question.
- Segment de guidage de barre selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (15) est disposé dans la zone de l'axe longitudinal de l'unité (4) faisant office de cylindre hydraulique contre l'élément (12) faisant office de logement ou dans l'élément en question.
- Segment de guidage de barre selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (15) est réalisé à des fins d'enregistrement de mouvement d'une barre de mesure rigide (16) qui est reliée au piston de l'unité (4) faisant office de cylindre hydraulique.
