Claims (7)
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät (2) mit trennbaren Kontakten, umfassend eine Schaltvorrichtung (4) umfassend:einen feststehenden elektrischen Kontakt (6) und einen beweglichen elektrischen Kontakt (8), der zwischen einer Schließposition und einer Öffnungsposition verstellbar ist;einen Steuerhebel (18), der mechanisch mit dem beweglichen elektrischen Kontakt (8) gekoppelt ist, wobei der Steuerhebel um eine erste Drehachse (X18) zwischen einer ersten Position und einer zweiten Position in Drehung beweglich ist, wobei das Verstellen des Steuerhebels (18) von der ersten Position in die zweite Position ein Verstellen des beweglichen Kontakts (8) von der Schließposition in die Öffnungsposition bewirkt;einen Rückschlaghebel (26), der über eine Schwenkverbindung an dem Steuerhebel (18) montiert ist und dank der Schwenkverbindung um eine zweite Drehachse (X26), die parallel zu der ersten Drehachse (X18) ist, zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer ausgefahrenen Position in Drehung verstellt werden kann;wobei der Rückschlaghebel (26) angeordnet ist, dass er um sich aus der Ruheposition in die ausgefahrene Position bewegt, wenn der Steuerhebel (18) die zweite Position erreicht;der Rückschlaghebel (26) angeordnet ist, um mit einem Anschlag (24) der Schaltvorrichtung (4) zusammenzuwirken, wenn sich der Rückschlaghebel (26) in seiner ausgefahrenen Position ist und der Steuerhebel (18) in der zweiten Position ist, um zu verhindern, dass der Steuerhebel (18) die zweite Position verlässt;der Steuerhebel (18) umfassend einen ersten Arm (32), an dem die Schwenkverbindung mit dem Rückschlaghebel (26) gebildet ist, und einen zweiten Arm (30), an dem eine weitere Schwenkverbindung mit einem Verbindungsstück (22) gebildet ist, das mit dem beweglichen Kontakt (8) verbunden ist, um eine Kopplung zwischen dem Steuerhebel (18) und dem beweglichen Kontakt (8) herzustellen, wobei der erste Arm (32) und der zweite Arm (30) senkrecht zu der ersten Drehachse (X18) sind und fest mit einer Steuerwelle (34) des Geräts verbunden sind, die sich entlang der ersten Drehachse (X18) erstreckt;wobei der erste Arm (30) und der zweite Arm (32) durch einen abgerundeten Abschnitt in Form eines Kreisbogens verbunden sind, der auf der Drehachse (X18) zentriert ist;wobei der Rückschlaghebel (26) in der zusammengeklappten Ruheposition den abgerundeten Abschnitt überdeckt und die Oberkante des Rückschlaghebels (26) mit der Außenkante des abgerundeten Abschnitts ausgerichtet ist, sodass der Rückschlaghebel (26) nicht über den abgerundeten Abschnitt hervorsteht, um die Bewegung des Steuerhebels (18) und der Steuerwelle (34) nicht zu behindern;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwerpunkt (G26) des Rückschlaghebels (26) in Bezug auf die Schwenkverbindung (X26) in Richtung der Außenseite des Steuerhebels in Bezug auf die Bahn (02) versetzt ist, der die Schwenkverbindung (X26) folgt, wenn sich der Steuerhebel (18) von der ersten Position in seine zweite Position bewegt;und dass der Schwerpunkt (G26) mit einer ersten Geraden (L1) ausgerichtet ist, die durch die erste Drehachse (X18) verläuft und senkrecht zu einer zweiten 30 Geraden (L2) ist, die koplanar ist und durch die Schwenkverbindung (X26) verläuft, wobei der Schwerpunkt (G26) in Bezug auf die zweite Gerade (L2) von dem Steuerhebel nach außen versetzt ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Rückschlaghebel (26) im Wesentlichen in einer geometrischen Ebene erstreckt, die senkrecht zu der ersten und der zweiten Drehachse (X18, X26) ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückschlaghebel (26) eine oder mehrere Aussparungen (44, 46) umfasst.
- Gerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückschlaghebel (26) einen ersten Lappen (40) und einen zweiten Lappen (42) aufweist, die durch ein mittleres Teil miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Schwenkverbindung zwischen dem Rückschlaghebel und dem Steuerhebel in einem der Lappen des Rückschlaghebels gebildet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (24) angeordnet ist, um die Auslenkung des Steuerhebels (18) zwischen der ersten Position und der zweiten Position zu begrenzen.
- Gerät nach den Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (24) in Kontakt mit dem zweiten Arm (30) ist, wenn der Steuerhebel (18) in der zweiten Position und in Kontakt mit dem ersten Arm (32) ist, wenn der Steuerhebel (18) in der ersten Position ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerät (2) ein mehrpoliges Gerät ist, umfassend eine oder mehrere zusätzliche Schaltvorrichtungen ähnlich der Schaltvorrichtung (4), das Gerät auch umfassend eine den Schaltvorrichtungen gemeinsame Steuerwelle (34), um das Verstellen der jeweiligen Steuerhebel (18) der Schaltvorrichtungen (4) gleichzeitig zu steuern.
