Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of watchmaking. More specifically, it relates to a watch assembly with a removable watch case, a watch, as well as a part of such a watch assembly.
- a watch is a portable device and it is light enough that a user can wear it for a long time, at least from morning until night.
- a watch is able to measure the passage of time and to provide time information to a user.
- a watch in which the watch case provided with a clock movement and with display members is removable in that it can be dissociated from a bezel provided with means for attaching a bracelet.
- a leaf spring surrounding the watchcase has raised portions which are intended to fit into an interior groove of the bezel so that the watchcase and the bezel are held together.
- the Swiss patent CH 650 085 describes another type of assembly which allows the watch case to be removable with respect to a bracelet.
- the watch case described in this document CH 650 085 is provided with a retractable locking member intended to penetrate into a hollow of a support, under the action of a return spring, and thus to lock the watch case with respect to this support in a predefined angular position. In this predefined angular position, fins fitted to the watchcase are engaged in an annular groove of the support so as to prevent the watchcase and the support from being separated from each other.
- the documents CN 205880522 , CN 107632512 And CN 206946204 U give other examples of removable watch cases whose locking in an angular position predefined with respect to a support results from the insertion of a retractable element, under the action of a spring, in a complementary hollow.
- springs clipping onto rods can be provided as means for locking the removable watch case, relative to the support, in an angular position where this removable watch case cannot be dissociated from the support.
- springs clipping onto rods can be provided as means for locking the removable watch case, relative to the support, in an angular position where this removable watch case cannot be dissociated from the support.

The watch assembly according to the preamble of appended claim 1 comprises a support, a watch case removable with respect to this support and provided to receive a counting and time display device, as well as an assembly device of two bodies which are the support and the watch case. This assembly device comprises at least one lug hooking and at least one retaining part of the hooking lug, the hooking lug and the retaining part being each carried by one of the two bodies and being configured to be able to hook onto one to each other so as to prevent the watch case and the stand from being far apart. In addition, the hooking lug and the retaining part are configured to be able to penetrate one into the other so as to achieve locking preventing the hooking lug and the retaining part from unhooking one on the other without bringing the watch case and the support towards each other in a locking/unlocking direction. In addition, the assembly device comprises at least one elastic member mounted in a first of the two bodies so as to be able to produce a thrust which must be countered in order to bring the watch case and the support closer together. into a relative position where the locking between the hooking lug and the retaining part is undone.
In the watch assembly according to the preamble of appended claim 1, the hooking lug and the retaining part lock when they are engaged one inside the other. When the watch case is only moved towards the support, this unlocking can be undone, but it is restored by the action of the elastic member if the movement of the watch case towards the support is not followed by a another movement, namely a movement which shifts the attachment lug with respect to the retaining part and which may be a pivoting of the watch case with respect to the support or a translation of the watch case with respect to the support according to a direction orthogonal to the locking/unlocking direction. In this way, when the hooking lug is hooked to the locking part, accidental unlocking of the watch case relative to the support is very unlikely if not impossible.
During the installation of the watch case of the watch assembly according to the invention on the support, the elastic member is elastically deformed and produces in return a thrust tending to move the watch case and the support away from one another. the other. This thrust is applied via the rolling element. However, the rolling element can roll on the surface on which it applies the thrust tending to move the watchcase and the support away from each other. The friction occurring during assembly of the watch case on the support can therefore be reduced thanks to the invention, for example until it is practically no longer perceptible by a person carrying out this assembly manually. This also applies to friction occurring when removing the watch case from the stand.
The watch assembly according to the invention may incorporate one or more other advantageous characteristics, individually or in combination, in particular among those defined below.
Advantageously, the rolling element is one of at least three rolling elements that the assembly device comprises, each rolling element being rotatable on itself and mounted in one of the two bodies so as to be able to be moved outwards, into a protruding position, under the thrust coming from the elastic member or from one of several elastic members, and to be able to apply this thrust to the other body.
When this is the case, the three rolling elements can be arranged so as to exert three substantially parallel thrusts but distributed so as to avoid a concentration of thrust on a point or on a line. In particular, the three rolling elements can be arranged at the three vertices of a triangle arranged substantially in a plane parallel to a plane passing between the support and the watch case when the watch case and the support are assembled.
Advantageously, the elastic member is one of at least three elastic members that the assembly device comprises, each elastic member being mounted in one of the two bodies so as to be able to produce a thrust that must be countered to bring the watch case and the support closer to each other until they reach the relative position where the locking between the hooking lug and the retaining part is undone, each elastic member recalling one of the rolling elements to a protruding position.
Advantageously, the hooking lug is one of several hooking lugs that the assembly device has, the retaining part being one of several retaining parts that the assembly device has, each lug of hooking being carried by one of the two bodies. For each hooking lug carried by one of the two bodies, one of the retaining parts is carried by the other body. The hooking lugs and the retaining parts are configured both to be able to hook to each other so as to prevent the watch case and the support from being separated from each other and to be able to penetrate into each other so as to achieve locking preventing the hooking lugs and the retaining parts from unhooking from each other without bringing the watch case and the support towards each other in the direction locking/unlocking.
When this is so, the hooking lugs must all be unhooked at the same time to effect unlocking. This can be done manually by a user holding the watch case and stand firmly. On the other hand, an accidental thrust on the watch case is normally localized and can most often unhook only one latching lug at most, in which case the other latching lug(s) remain latched and maintain locking. Once the accidental thrust has ceased, the action of the elastic member or of the elastic members correctly replaces the watch case in relation to the support and all the attachment lugs are each again attached to one of the parts of retained. The risk of the watch case separating from the support accidentally is therefore even lower and almost non-existent.
Advantageously, the hooking lug comprises a rod and a hooking head, a distance in the locking/unlocking direction existing between the hooking head and a body to which the rod connects the hooking head and which is one of the first and second bodies, the retaining part comprising a hollow configured to at least partially receive the hooking head, the hooking head being able to come out of this hollow only by being moved in the locking/unlocking direction.
Advantageously, the assembly device comprises a slot for the passage of the rod of the attachment lug, this slot passing through the retaining part at the level of the hollow and which cannot be crossed by the attachment head.
Advantageously, the watch assembly comprises a guidance system designed to guide a maneuver of the watch case relative to the support, between a state in which the watch case can be dissociated from the support without being hindered by an interaction between the hooking lug and the retaining part, and a state in which the hooking lug can penetrate the retaining part by distancing the support and the watch case from each other, according to the locking/unlocking direction, under the action of the thrust coming from the elastic member.
Advantageously, the guidance system is separate from the attachment lug or attachment lugs and the retaining part or retaining parts.
When this is the case, the guidance system facilitates one or more positionings of the watchcase relative to the support, prior to assembly.
Advantageously, the guidance system is adapted to guide a pivoting of the watch case relative to the support, around a pivot axis.
Advantageously, the rolling elements are angularly offset from each other around the pivot axis.
Advantageously, the guide system comprises a first guide surface and a second guide surface which can slide one over the other to guide the pivoting of the watch case relative to the support, around the pivot axis, the second guide surface being the side surface of a protrusion projecting in the direction of pivoting.
Advantageously, the guide system comprises a first guide surface and a second guide surface which can slide one over the other to guide the pivoting of the watch case relative to the support, around the pivot axis, the first guiding surface defining an opening, the second guiding surface being the surface side of a projection capable of penetrating into the opening, while the support carries the first guide surface, the opening delimited by this first guide surface passing through the support and emerging both on a front side of the support and on a rear side of the support.
When this is the case, one or more sensors can equip the projection in order to be in contact with the skin of a user.
Advantageously, the guide system comprises a first guide surface and a second guide surface which can slide one over the other to guide the pivoting of the watch case relative to the support, around the pivot axis, the watch assembly comprising an insert defining one of the first and second guide surfaces.
Advantageously, the attachment lugs are angularly offset from each other around the pivot axis, the retaining parts being angularly offset from each other around the pivot axis.
Advantageously, the second body comprises at least one insert forming a path for the rolling of the rolling element.
Advantageously, one of the rolling elements, a track for sliding one of the attachment heads, an entry/exit passage for one of the attachment heads and a slot connecting this entry/exit passage to the recesses of one of the retaining parts follow one another along a circular line around the pivot axis and together form one of several identical successions which follow one another, in a closed loop, along the circular line.
When this is the case, when positioning the watch case relative to the support, each attachment head may touch a rolling element, a track or a slot of one of the successions, but there is no risk or that weakly to damage the surface where these successions are located.
Avantageusement, la garniture est faite de carbone.Advantageously, the trim is made of carbon.
Advantageously, the rolling element is a spherical ball.
Advantageously, the support comprises a device for attaching a wristband.
Advantageously, the watch assembly includes a bracelet attached to the support.
The invention also relates to a watch, comprising a watch assembly as defined above, as well as a time counting and display device which is mounted in the watch case.

When each hooking
