Definitions
- the invention relates to a prefabricated building element for realizing corners in drywall construction according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to propose a new prefabricated component with which the problems of the known prefabricated components described above can be avoided.
- the prefabricated component according to the invention is based on the basic idea that the two stabilizing strips are connected to an elastically deformable connecting element.
- This elastically deformable connecting element ensures that shifts in the substructure do not lead to tearing of the paper cover layer. Instead, the two stabilizing strips are connected to one another in an elastically deformable manner by the connecting element, and optically undesirable cracks between the two building board sections attached in a dry construction corner can thus be largely avoided or reduced.
- the two stabilizing strips with which the two building board sections of the prefabricated component are connected to one another, are arranged on the building board within the cutout of the building board.
- the right stabilizing bar is symmetrical to the left stabilization bar.
- the right stabilization bar and the left stabilization bar can also be designed as identical parts, with either the right stabilization bar or the left stabilization bar being formed by correspondingly reversing the stabilization bar designed as an identical part.
- the prefabricated component according to the invention is attached is basically arbitrary.
- the prefabricated component according to the invention offers particularly great advantages if it is to be used to form an inside corner of the drywall. In this respect, it is particularly advantageous if the building board sections on the deformable connecting element can be folded to form an inner corner.
- the manner in which the two stabilizing strips of the prefabricated component are attached to the two building board sections is basically arbitrary. It is particularly advantageous if the cross section of the two stabilizing strips extends at an angle of incidence to the rear of the building board sections. As a result, a sufficient installation space is formed between the two stabilizing strips, which enables the two construction panel sections to be folded over without any problems in order to form internal corners or external corners.
- the stabilizing strips are attached to the two building board sections at an angle of attack, this leads to an acute angle of the gypsum material, which can lead to the gypsum material breaking off in the area of the tip of the gypsum material.
- the cross section of the stabilizing strips each has an end section which faces the visible side of the building board sections and which runs at right angles to the visible side. This end section, which runs perpendicular to the visible side of the extended plane of the building board, prevents the formation of acute-angled gypsum cross-sections which tend to break out.
- the connecting element is attached between the two end sections of the two stabilizing strips. Due to the perpendicular course of the two end sections to the elongated building board level, a largely stress-free attachment of the connecting element material to the surface of the stabilizing strips is ensured.
- the material from which the stabilizing strips are made is basically arbitrary.
- a hard plastic is preferably used to produce the stabilizing strips.
- Elastomers in particular thermoplastic elastomers, can be used to form the elastically deformable connecting element.
- the stabilizing strips are incorporated in the building board sections parallel to the respective plane of the building board section.
- the stabilizing strips each have an insertion leg, which can be inserted into the insertion grooves of the respective building board section and thereby fastened.
- the insertion grooves for receiving the insertion legs on the stabilizing strips should preferably have a depth between 1 mm and 50 mm, in particular between 20 mm and 30 mm.
- the distance between the insertion leg and the base of the insertion grooves should preferably be between 0.5 mm and 10 mm.
- the insertion legs do not come into contact with the base of the insertion grooves, but rather a free space remains.
- this free space should be chosen to be as small as possible in order not to cause unnecessary weakening of the building board sections. Therefore, it is advantageous if a distance between 0.5 mm and 10 mm, in particular a distance between 1.5 mm and 4 mm, remains between the insertion leg and the base of the insertion groove.
- Fig. 1 shows two stabilizing strips 01 and 02 to form a prefabricated component 03 (see Fig. 2 ) in cross section.
- the two stabilizing strips 01 and 02 are connected by means of an elastically deformable connecting element 04, which consists of a thermoplastic elastomer. Due to its elasticity, the connecting element 04 allows the two stabilizing bars 01 and 02 to pivot relative to one another.
- Fig. 2 shows a prefabricated component 03, which is formed by fastening the two stabilizing strips 01 and 02 to a building board 05 made of plasterboard.
- the paper cover layer 07 of the building board 05 is interrupted.
- a recess 09 facing the rear 08 is made in the building board 05, which divides the building board 05 into two building board sections 10 and 11.
- the two stabilizing strips 01 and 02 connected to the connecting element 04 are fastened between the two building board sections 10 and 11.
- the two stabilizing strips 01 and 02 are fastened to the two building board sections 10 and 11 by attaching two insertion grooves 12 and 13 into the two building board sections 10 and 11, insertion legs 14 and 15 attached to the two stabilizing strips 01 and 02 into these insertion grooves 12 and 13 are inserted and fixed in a positive and non-positive manner.
- the two building board sections 10 and 11 are hingedly connected to one another after the two stabilizing strips 01 and 02 have been fastened by inserting the insertion legs 14 and 15 into the insertion grooves 12 and 13 through the connecting element 04.
- Fig. 3 shows the prefabricated component 03 after pivoting the building board section 11 relative to the building board section 10 by approximately 90 °.
- an inner corner 16 is formed with which, for example, the throat of a roof truss can be clad on the inside.
- the connecting element 04 is integrally attached to two end sections 17 and 18, the two end sections 17 and 18 not running at an angle of inclination of approximately 45 ° to the central plane of the two building board sections 10 and 11, but approximately perpendicular to the elongated central plane.
- the two end sections 17 and 18 prevent the plaster layer of the two building board sections 10 and 11 from breaking out in the chamfer area.
- Also offer the two mutually opposite side surfaces of the end sections 17 and 18 provide a very good fastening surface for attaching the side edges of the connecting element 04.
- Fig. 4 shows the two stabilizing strips 01 and 02 with the connecting element 04 attached between them in plan view.
- the recesses 19 and 20 preferably have a diameter of 4 to 6 mm and have one Distance of 15 to 25 mm.

Abstract
Description

Fig. 1 in Ansicht von oben. -
