Claims (9)

  1. Electrical connection device (2) for connecting at least one electric cable (C), comprising a base (4) and at least one connection terminal (6) mounted in the base (4), the connection terminal (6) comprising a conductive part (10), a body (14) and at least one spring (12) adapted to maintain at least one electric cable (C) in contact with the conductive part (10),
    characterised in that the body (14) of the terminal (6) is divided into two half-cases (16a, 16b) which are fitted together, and in that the base (4) defines a housing (40) which receives the body (14) of each terminal (6), the conductive part (10) being fixed in the housing (40), and the conductive part (10) comprises an attachment member (104) which holds the body (14) in its housing (40) of the base (4) by resilient cooperation with a portion (140) of the body (14).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that each terminal (6) is to connect two electric cables (C) and comprises:
    - a module (16) formed by the two half-cases (16a, 16b) and by two spring leaves (12), each of the two half-cases (16a, 16b) being assembled with a spring leaf (12);
    - the conductive part (10) ensuring electrical contact with the two electric cables (C) and holding the module (16) in the base (4).
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that:
    - the half-cases (16a, 16b) of each module (16) comprise a lateral wall (160a, 160b) delimiting an internal space (V),
    - the half-cases (16a, 16b) of the same module (16) are assembled so as to form a single internal space (V) delimited by the lateral walls (160a, 160b) of the half-cases (16a, 16b),
    - the modules (16) are positioned adjacently to one another by cooperation of the respective outside faces (S160a, S160b) of a lateral wall (160a) of a half-case (16a) of a first module (16) and of a lateral wall (160b) of a half-case (16b) of a second module (16).
  4. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the conductive part (10) is fixed against a fixed contact (42) of the base (4) by a screw (18).
  5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the portion of the body (14) that cooperates with the attachment member (104) is formed by a deformable tab (140), the free end of which has a protuberance (142) which is received in an orifice (104a) of the attachment member (104) in order to hold the body (14) in the base (4).
  6. Device according to claim 5, characterised in that the deformable tab (140) is deformed on insertion of the connection terminal (6) into the base (4) until the protuberance (142) is received in the orifice (104a).
  7. Device according to either claim 5 or claim 6, characterised in that the protuberance (142) of the deformable tab (140) is maintained housed in the orifice (104a) of the conductive part (10) by a spring leaf (12).
  8. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the terminal (6) comprises a manoeuvrable element (20) for deforming the spring leaf (12) which moves the spring leaf (12) from a deployed position, in which the cable (C) is maintained against the conductive part (10), to a retracted position, in which the cable (C) can be freed from the conductive part (10) and withdrawn from the connection terminal (6).
  9. Device according to claim 8, characterised in that the manoeuvrable element is a pusher (20) which exerts a force (F3) against the spring leaf (12) so as to move the spring leaf (12) away from the conductive part (10).
