Claims (10)
- Strukturelement, das zumindest teilweise aus Holz gefertigt ist, zum Beispiel ein Pfahl (1, 2) oder eine Planke (3), wobei das Element im Boden (30) oder im Wasser platziert werden kann und anschließend über den Boden oder über das Wasser vorsteht, wobei das zuvor genannte Element mindestens zwei hölzerne Komponenten (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 16, 18, 22, 23, 24) umfasst, die über Keilzinken (11, 12, 13, 19, 21, 26) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zuvor genannten Komponenten aus derselben Hauptgruppe von Holz gefertigt sind, d. h. Hartholz oder Weichholz,
wobei die eine Komponente (5, 7, 9, 14, 16, 18) ein unbehandeltes Holz aus der zuvor genannten Hauptgruppe von Holz ist und die andere Komponente (4, 6, 8, 22, 23, 24) ein behandeltes Holz aus der zuvor genannten Hauptgruppe von Holz ist, wobei das zuvor genannte behandelte Holz ein chemisch modifiziertes Holz ist. - Strukturelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zuvor genannte Hauptgruppe von Holz die Gruppe der Weichhölzer umfasst.
- Strukturelement nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass keine der Komponenten chemisch konserviert ist.
- Strukturelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei den zuvor genannten zwei Komponenten aus derselben Hauptgruppe von Holz die maximal zulässige Knorrengröße maximal 50 mm beträgt, insbesondere durchgehende oder ununterbrochene Knorren.
- Strukturelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Bereich, in dem die eine Komponente aus derselben Hauptgruppe von Holz mit der anderen Komponente aus derselben Hauptgruppe von Holz verbunden ist, in einer Entfernung von weniger als 150 mm von dem zuvor genannten Bereich keine Knorren zulässig sind.
- Strukturelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass maximal zwei Knorren mit einem Durchmesser von maximal 30 mm in einer Linie, im rechten Winkel zur Faserrichtung der verwendeten Hauptgruppe von Holz, angeordnet sein dürfen.
- Spundwand, die aus einem oder mehreren Strukturelementen gefertigt ist, die in einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1-6 beschrieben sind.
