Claims (10)
- Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1) mit einer zylindrischen Fläche einer Park-Bremse (2), welche dazu geeignet ist, mit Schuhen (3, 4) einer Park-Bremse zusammenzuwirken, wobei die Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe umfasst:- ein Bremsband (5), welches entgegengesetzte Brems-Flächen (6, 7) und einen geometrischen Verbindungsabschnitt eines Bandes (8) umfasst, welcher das Bremsband (5) mit einer Glocke (9) verbindet;- wobei die Glocke (9) eine Verbindungsplatte (10) mit einer Radnabe und einem ringförmigen geometrischen Verbindungsabschnitt einer Glocke (11) umfasst, welcher die Glocke (9) mit dem geometrischen Verbindungsabschnitt des Bandes (8) verbindet;- wobei das Bremsband (5) und die Glocke (9) voneinander getrennte Stücke sind und miteinander durch die geometrischen Verbindungsabschnitte des Bandes (8) und der Glocke (11) gekoppelt sind, um die Bremswirkung, welche durch einen Bremssattel an entgegengesetzten Bremsflächen (6, 7) ausgeübt wird, von dem Bremsband (5) an die Glocke (9) und daher an die Nabe zu übertragen;- wobei die Glocke (9) eine Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12), dem Bremsband (5) entgegengesetzt, umfasst;
wobei- die Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1) einen Park-Ring (13) umfasst, welcher radial innen einen Abschnitt eines inneren Rings (14) umfasst, welcher innen durch die zylindrische Fläche einer Park-Bremse (2) und radial außen durch einen Ring-Verbindungsabschnitt (15) begrenzt ist;- wobei der Ring-Verbindungsabschnitt (15) mit der Glocken-Verbindungsfläche gekoppelt ist, um die Park-Bremse-Wirkung, welche durch die Schuhe (3, 4) auf die zylindrischen Fläche einer Park-Bremse (2) ausgeübt wird, an die Glocke (9) und daher an die Nabe zu übertragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- das Bremsband (5) und die Glocke (9) geometrisch miteinander durch die geometrischen Verbindungsabschnitte des Bandes (8) und der Glocke (11) gekoppelt sind, und dadurch, dass- der Park-Ring (13) in einem getrennten Stück von der Glocke (9) und von dem Bremsband (5) ist. - Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei- die Glocke (9) eine geometrische Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12), dem Bremsband (5) entgegengesetzt, umfasst;- der Park-Ring (13) radial außen einen geometrischen Ring-Verbindungsabschnitt (15) umfasst;- der geometrische Ring-Verbindungsabschnitt (15) geometrisch mit der geometrischen Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12) gekoppelt ist, um die Park-Bremse-Wirkung, welche durch die Schuhe (3, 4) an der zylindrischen Fläche einer Park-Bremse (2) ausgeübt wird, an die Glocke (9) und daher an die Nabe zu übertragen; und/oder wobei- der Park-Ring (13) einen transversalen Abschnitt oder einen Querschnitt in einer Ebene aufweist, welcher eine radiale Richtung (R-R) und eine axiale Richtung (A-A) umfasst, "I"-förmig geformt, so dass der geometrische Ring-Verbindungsabschnitt (15) mit dem inneren Abschnitt des Rings (14) mittels eines Nacken-Abschnitts eines Rings (16) verbunden ist, welcher sich in der axialen Richtung (A-A) weniger als sowohl die Erstreckung in der axialen Richtung (A-A) des geometrischen Ring-Verbindungsabschnitts (15) und die Erstreckung in der axialen Richtung (A-A) des inneren Abschnitts des Rings (14) erstreckt; und/oder wobei- die Glocke (9) eine geometrische Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12), dem Bremsband (5) entgegengesetzt, umfasst, welche umfänglich eine im Wesentlichen einheitlich verteilte Kopplung bildet;- wobei der Park-Ring (13) radial außen einen geometrischen Ring-Verbindungsabschnitt (15) umfasst, welcher umfänglich eine im Wesentlichen einheitlich verteilte Kopplung bildet;- wobei der geometrische Ring-Verbindungsabschnitt (15) geometrisch mit der geometrischen Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12) gekoppelt ist, um die Park-Bremse-Wirkung, welche durch die Schuhe (3, 4) an der zylindrischen Fläche einer Park-Bremse (2) ausgeübt wird, an die Glocke (9) und daher an die Nabe zu übertragen.
- Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei- die geometrischen Verbindungsabschnitte des Bandes (8) und der Glocke (11) eine geometrische Form-Kopplung bilden, welche das Bremsband (5) an der Glocke (9) wenigstens in den radialen (R-R) und tangentialen (T-T) Richtungen an der Bremsscheibe (1) begrenzt; und wobei- der geometrische Ring-Verbindungsabschnitt (15) und die geometrische Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12) eine geometrische Form-Kopplung bilden, welche das Bremsband (13) an der Glocke (9) wenigstens in den radialen (R-R) und tangentialen (T-T) Richtungen an der Bremsscheibe (1) begrenzt; und wobei- die geometrischen Verbindungsabschnitte des Bandes (8) und der Glocke (11) ein Paar von radialen Verzahnungen bilden, welche miteinander kämmen; und wobei- die geometrischen Ring-Verbindungsabschnitte (15) und die geometrische Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12) ein Paar von radialen Verzahnungen bilden, welche miteinander kämmen.
- Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei- die Glocke (9) aus einem Metallblech einer konstanten Dicke hergestellt ist und wenigstens geformt ist, um den Glocken-Verbindungsabschnitt (11) und die Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12) auszubilden; und wobei- der Park-Ring (13) aus einem beliebigen der folgenden Materialien ist: Stahl oder Gusseisen oder Aluminium oder Kunststoff oder Zamak; und/oder wobei- der Park-Ring (13) durch Sintern oder Gießen oder Schmieden oder Stanzen oder eine additive Herstellung erhalten wird.
- Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei- der Park-Ring (13) an der Glocke (9) mittels einer Schweißung oder separaten Schweißpunkten oder Niet-Punkten des Ring-Verbindungsabschnitts (15) mit der Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12) oder durch Wechselwirkung durch radiales Deformieren des Ring-Verbindungsabschnitts (15) gegen die Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12) oder durch Kleben blockiert ist.
- Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei- die Glocke (9) durch Tiefziehen eines Metallblechs erhalten wird und wenigstens sein ringförmiger Glocken-Verbindungsabschnitt (11) durch radiales Deformieren hergestellt ist; und/oder wobei- das Bremsband (5) durch Gießen erhalten wird; und/oder wobei- der Park-Ring (13) durch Formen oder Sintern oder Schmieden und die zylindrische Fläche einer Park-Bremse (2) durch Chip-Entfernung hergestellt ist, um eine Fläche (2) zu bilden, welche im Wesentlichen koaxial zu der Rotationsachse der Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1) ist.
- Verfahren eines Anordnens einer Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1), umfassend die Schritte:- Bereitstellen eines Bremsbandes (5), einer Glocke (9) und eines Park-Rings (13), wie in Anspruch 1 definiert;- Koppeln der Glocke (9) mit dem Bremsband (5) durch Koppeln der Verbindungsabschnitte eines Bandes (8) und einer Glocke (11) miteinander;- Koppeln des Park-Rings (13) mit der Glocke (9) durch Koppeln des Ring-Verbindungsabschnitts (15) mit der Glocken-Verbindungsfläche (12).
- Verfahren eines Anordnens einer Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei:- der Kopplung-Schritt des Park-Rings (13) mit der Glocke (9) vor dem Kopplung-Schritt des Bremsbandes (5) mit der Glocke (9) stattfindet.
- Verfahren eines Anordnens einer Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei:- der Kopplung-Schritt des Bremsbandes (5) mit der Glocke (9) durch radiales Deformieren der Glocke (9) gegen das Bremsband (5) stattfindet, so dass der Glocken-Verbindungsabschnitt (11) zu dem Band-Verbindungsabschnitt (8) passt.
- Betriebs- und Park-Bremse, umfassend eine Scheibenbremsen-Scheibe (1), wie in Anspruch 1 definiert.
