  • advance of the mobile carriage 6 of the attachment system 5 supporting the piston 2 towards the first face 3a, advantageously by action of an operator on the first flywheel 9, and
  • introduction of the piston 2 into the molding machine 3 by action of the operator and movement of the mobile carriage 6 towards the molding machine 3 until the end 2a of the injection piston 2 is secured to the attachment system 5 flush with the inlet opening 22 on the first face 3a of the molding machine 3, the injection piston 2 being guided and supported by resting on its outer profile during this advance of the carriage 6, advantageously by guide supports 18 previously described adjustable by action of the operator on the second handwheel 19,
  • separation of the injection piston 2 from the device 1, where appropriate by unscrewing the fixing means passing through the lifting ring 16 and, optionally, separation of the device 1 from the molding machine 3.

  • extraction du piston 2 de la machine 3 à mouler, avantageusement par action d'un opérateur sur le premier volant 9, jusqu'à ce que tout le piston 2 d'injection soit retiré de la machine 3, le piston 2 d'injection étant guidé par appui sur son profil extérieur pendant cette extraction, avantageusement par des supports guides 18 précédemment décrits réglables par action de l'opérateur sur le deuxième volant 19,
  • déplacement du dispositif 1 et du piston 2 d'injection toujours solidarisé au système d'accrochage 5, avantageusement après désolidarisation du dispositif 1 de la machine 3 à mouler,
  • le cas échéant, blocage en position du piston 2 d'injection sur le dispositif 1 par des moyens de verrouillage tels que l'association d'un cadenas et d'une chaîne.

  • displacement of the device 1 and of the injection piston 2 still secured to the attachment system 5, advantageously after separation of the device 1 from the molding machine 3,
  • where appropriate, locking in position of the injection piston 2 on the device 1 by locking means such as the association of a padlock and a chain.

Claims (10)

  1. Device (1) for fitting or removing an injection piston (2) respectively in or out of a molding machine (3), characterized in that the device (1) comprises a lifting table (4) supporting a hooking system (5) of one end (2a) of the injection piston (2), the hooking system (5) being mounted on a carriage (6) movable in translation on the table (4) elevator in two opposite directions, the mobile carriage (6) having drive means (7) cooperating with complementary drive means (8) carried by the lifting table (4), the drive means (7) of the mobile carriage (6) being effective by action of an operator on actuation means (9) of said drive means (7).
  2. Device (1) according to claim 1, wherein the drive means (7) of the carriage (6) are in the form of a toothed pinion (7) meshing with a rack (8) as drive means complementary (8) carried by the lifting table (4), the actuating means (9) being in the form of a first flywheel (9) actuating a rotation of the toothed pinion (7), a reduction member being operational between the first flywheel (9) and the toothed pinion (7).
  3. Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the lifting table (4) comprises a work surface (11) carrying the complementary drive means (8), the carriage (6) being movable in a length of the work plan (11).
  4. Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the lifting table (4) is a height adjustable table (4) with, on each of two opposite sides of the table (4), two arms (12) articulated crossing at least once in X and bringing together an upper portion (4a) and a lower portion (4b) of the lifting table (4), a maneuvering jack associated with the articulated arms (12) bringing the upper portion (4a) of the lower portion (4b), the lower portion (4b) of the height-adjustable table (4) being supported by a frame (14) mounted on casters, an actuation of the operating cylinder being effected by the action of a operator on a lever.
  5. Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the carriage (6) is in the form of a square with two branches (6a, 6b) inclined with respect to one another, a first branch (6a) of the square extending parallel to the lifting table (4) carrying the drive means (7) and the actuating means (9) and a second branch (6b) of the bearing square, towards a free end opposite to the first branch (6a), the hooking system (5) comprising a hooking member of the injection piston (2) provided with a body (15) in which is inserted a tail a lifting ring (16) delimiting an internal opening receiving a fastening means adapted to fit into the injection piston (2), the tail of the lifting ring (16) being locked in position in the body (15) by a locking means (17) in position of the tail of the lifting ring (16).
  6. An assembly of an injection piston (2) and a device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which one end (2a) of the piston (2) facing the device (1) has a threaded recess (20) into which is inserted a fastening means integral with the attachment system (5) of the device (1).
  7. Assembly according to the preceding claim, in which the device (1) comprises at least two guide supports (18), inclined towards each other and arranged symmetrically with respect to a longitudinal axis of the injection piston (2), the guide supports (18) having free ends (18a) pointing towards the injection piston (2) with means (19) for adjusting a spacing between the two guide supports (18) so that the free ends (18a) guide supports (18) abut a respective portion of the outer periphery of the piston (2).
  8. Assembly according to any one of claims 6 or 7, in which the piston (2) is of elongated shape and has at an end opposite (2b) to the end (2a) secured with the attachment system (5) of the device (1) a removable guide cone (21) pointing in a direction opposite to the device (1).
  9. Molding machine (3) housing an injection piston (2) having been part of the assembly according to the preceding claim, the device (1) having been detached from the injection piston (2) and the end (2a) of the injection piston (2) having the threaded recess (20) flush with a first face (3a) of the machine (3) via an inlet opening (22) made in this first face (3a), characterized in that the guide cone (21) projects outside the injection machine (3) through an outlet opening (23) on a second face (3b) of the machine (3) opposite the first face (3a).
  10. A method of fitting or removing an injection piston (2) respectively in or out of a molding machine (3) by a device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the machine (3) to be molded having a first face (3a) provided with an inlet opening (22) through which the injection piston (2) is to be introduced or extracted, characterized in that it comprises the following steps for a pose :
    - positioning of the device (1) vis-à-vis the first face (3a) of the machine (3) having the inlet opening (22), the injection piston (2) resting on a table (4) lifting device and having been secured to a hooking system (5) mounted on a carriage (6) movable in translation on the lifting table (4),
    - adjustment of a height of the lifting table (4) so that the hooking system (5) and the piston (2) that it supports is opposite the inlet opening (22) of the machine (3),
    - advance of the mobile carriage (6) of the hooking system (5) supporting the piston (2) towards the first face (3a) and introduction of the piston (2) into the molding machine (3) by action of the operator until the end (2a) of the injection piston (2) secured to the attachment system (5) is flush with the inlet opening (22), the injection piston (2) being guided by pressing on its external profile during this advance,
    - separation of the injection piston (2) from the device (1),
    or in that it comprises the following steps for a removal :
    - positioning of the device (1) vis-à-vis the first face (3a) of the machine (3) having the inlet opening (22), the injection piston (2) then being inserted into the machine (3) to be molded with one end (2a) of the piston (2) flush with the first face (3a),
    - adjustment of a height of the lifting table (4) so that the attachment system (5) of the device (1) is opposite the inlet opening (22),
    - securing of the attachment system (5) with the flush end of the piston (2) and extraction of the piston (2) from the molding machine (3) by action of the operator until the entire piston (2) injection is withdrawn from the machine (3), the injection piston (2) being guided by pressing on its outer profile during this extraction,
    - displacement of the device (1) and of the injection piston (2) still secured to the attachment system (5).
