Claims (21)

- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux dispositifs de déplacement (10, 11) sont reliés ensemble de manière verrouillée en rotation au moyen d'un élément de transmission de couple (12), celui-ci étant réalisé par exemple sous forme de tige ou de tube (13) et étant guidé à travers le rouleau d'enroulement (3) et les supports de rouleau d'enroulement (4, 5) réalisés sous forme de tourillons creux (16, 17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de déplacement (10, 11) déplacent le rouleau d'enroulement (3) par roulement, glissement, mouvement pendulaire ou basculement jusqu'à la position respective.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux dispositifs de déplacement (10, 11) présentent des moyens de transmission (22, 23) quia) présentent à une extrémité un tourillon (18, 19) qui relie de manière verrouillée en rotation les dispositifs de déplacement (10, 11) à l'élément de transmission de couple (12),b) présentent dans leur zone centrale des logements (20, 21) pour les supports de rouleau d'enroulement (4, 5), sur lesquels les supports de rouleau d'enroulement (4, 5) sont montés rotatifs, etc) présentent à l'autre extrémité des éléments (24, 25) permettant de réaliser le transfert du rouleau d'enroulement (3) équipé des supports de rouleau d'enroulement (4, 5) et du rideau (2) d'une position de rotation à une position active ou de maintien, qui coopèrent avec des éléments complémentaires (26, 27), qui sont disposés au niveau des éléments intermédiaires (6, 7).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de déplacement (10, 11) sont composés d'une bascule qui reçoit le rouleau d'enroulement (3) et qui est déplacée au moyen d'un actionneur (9) dans l'un des éléments intermédiaires (6, 7), le moyen de transmission de couple (13) se trouvant à l'extérieur du rouleau d'enroulement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraînement (8) coopère avec un élément de verrouillage (28) disposé sur le moyen de transmission (23) de telle sorte qu'un élément d'arrêt (29) disposé sur l'actionneur (9), lorsqu'il atteint l'élément de verrouillage (28), bloque la rotation du rouleau d'enroulement (3), et dans le cas d'un autre actionnement de l'actionneur (9), provoque le transfert du rouleau d'enroulement (3) équipé des supports de rouleaux d'enroulement (4, 5) et du rideau (2) d'une position de rotation à une position active ou de maintien au moyen des dispositifs de déplacement (10, 11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraînement (8) est réalisé sous la forme d'une roue à billes (30) et l'actionneur (9) est réalisé sous la forme d'une chaîne à billes (31), l'élément de verrouillage (28) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un recouvrement (32) pour la roue à billes (30) qui présente une ouverture de passage (33) pour les billes de la chaîne à billes (31), et le moyen d'arrêt (29) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un élément sphérique (51) à deux coques, pouvant être enclenchées ensemble, qui peut être disposé sur une bille de la chaîne à billes et présente un diamètre qui est supérieur à ceux des billes de la chaîne à billes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le recouvrement (32) présente une branche élastique (44) et une saillie (45) orientée vers l'élément intermédiaire (7) et qui vient en prise dans une saillie complémentaire (46) des éléments intermédiaires (7) de telle sorte que lors de l'enroulement et du déroulement du rideau (2) au moyen de l'actionneur (9), un actionnement du dispositif de déplacement (10, 11) est empêché ou bloqué, alors que l'élément sphérique (51) à deux coques, disposé sur la chaîne à billes (31), lorsqu'il atteint l'ouverture de passage (33) pour les billes de la chaîne à billes (31) et dans le cas d'un autre actionnement de la chaîne à billes (31), annule cet empêchement ou ce blocage d'un actionnement des dispositifs de déplacement (10, 11) puisque la branche commandée par ressort (44) est sollicitée et la saillie (45) est alors désengagée de la saillie complémentaire (46).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la saillie complémentaire (46) de l'élément intermédiaire (7) est également réalisée de manière élastique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de verrouillage élastiques et les éléments complémentaires sont respectivement réalisés d'une seule pièce.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de verrouillage ou les éléments complémentaires sont entièrement ou partiellement en métal à ressort.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (24, 25) sont réalisés sous la forme de bras pendulaires (34, 35) et présentent des logements pour les éléments complémentaires (26, 27) des éléments intermédiaires (6, 7) sur lesquels ils sont montés pivotants entre une première butée (40, 41) et une deuxième butée (42, 43) des éléments intermédiaires (6, 7), les logements des bras pendulaires (34, 35) étant de préférence réalisés sous la forme de logements de boulon (36, 37) et les éléments complémentaires (26, 27) étant réalisés sous la forme de boulons (38, 39).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (24, 25) sont réalisés sous la forme de roues dentées ou de roues dentées à cercle primitif (47, 48), et coopèrent avec des éléments complémentaires (26, 27), réalisés sous la forme de crémaillères (49, 50), des éléments intermédiaires (6, 7), sur lesquels ils peuvent être déplacés entre deux positions d'extrémité.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (9) peut être entraîné manuellement ou par moteur, en particulier par moteur électrique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 et selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transmission de couple (13) est réalisé au moins comme une partie d'un dispositif d'entraînement électromoteur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rideau (2) est muni au niveau de ses zones d'extrémité latérales d'une structure qui coopère avec une structure complémentaire disposée sur le mur ou sur la surface d'appui.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la structure est appliquée par estampage, soudage ou similaires de telle sorte qu'aucun épaississement du rideau (2) n'apparaît sur les bords latéraux.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément supplémentaire est fixé latéralement à la bande par collage, soudage ou similaires sans pour autant provoquer une surépaisseur du rideau.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la structure et la structure complémentaire sont réalisées sous la forme d'une structure à crochets et boucles pour réaliser une liaison agrippante.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la structure et la structure complémentaire sont réalisées de telle sorte que l'une d'elles est chargée de manière électrostatique ou électromagnétique et que de ce fait une attraction a lieu entre les structures et les structures complémentaires qui fait que l'interstice existant se referme.
