Claims (5)
- Buse de remplissage (1) pour machines de remplissage, en particulier les machines de classement pondéral, pour des récipients tels que des fûts, des bouteilles, des boites de conserve et/ou similaires, comprenant:un corps creux (2) définissant un canal intérieur (3) pour le passage d'un fluide (4), le corps creux (2) étant pourvu d'au moins un conduit d'alimentation (6) du fluide (4) relié à une source d'alimentation respective du fluide (4) et d'au moins une ouverture de distribution (7) du fluide (4) provenant du conduit d'alimentation (6);au moins un élément de soupape (8) associé de manière opérationnelle à l'ouverture de distribution (7) du corps creux (2), l'élément de soupape (8) pouvant être commuté entre un premier état, dans lequel il obstrue de manière étanche l'ouverture de distribution (7) du corps creux (2) afin d'empêcher l'écoulement du fluide (4) à travers cette dernière, et un second état, dans lequel il désengage l'ouverture de distribution (7) du corps creux (2) afin de permettre l'écoulement du fluide (4) à partir de cette dernière;au moins un piston (9) engagé de manière opérationnelle dans le canal intérieur (3) défini par le corps creux (2), le piston (9) étant contrôlable en termes de mouvement et/ou de commutation pour isoler l'ouverture de distribution (7) du corps creux (2) par rapport au conduit d'alimentation (6) du fluide (4) et pour déterminer l'écoulement contrôlé, à partir de l'ouverture de distribution (7) du corps creux (2), du fluide (4) présent entre ce dernier et le piston (9), dans lequel le piston (9) comprend:au moins un canal de passage (10) pour le passage du fluide (4);au moins une soupape (11) associée de manière opérationnelle au canal de passage (10), la soupape (11) étant commutable entre un premier état dans lequel elle ferme le canal de passage (10) du piston (9) et un second état, dans lequel elle ouvre le canal de passage (10) du piston (9) permettant le passage du fluide (4) à travers ce dernier, caractérisée en ce que le piston (9) est déplaçable entre une première position, dans laquelle le piston (9) est disposé au-dessus du conduit d'alimentation (6) connexe du fluide (4) de sorte que le conduit d'alimentation (6) du corps creux (2) est en communication fluidique avec l'ouverture de distribution (7) du corps creux (2) à travers le canal intérieur (3) de ce dernier, et une seconde position, dans laquelle le piston (9) est interposé entre le conduit d'alimentation (6) et l'ouverture de distribution (7) du corps creux (2).
- Buse de remplissage (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le piston (9) est engagé avec une extrémité (12) d'une tige (13) d'un actionneur (14) éventuellement électrique, la soupape (11) comprenant au moins un élément de capuchon (15) engagé avec une extrémité (16) d'un arbre (17) engagé de manière coulissante, de préférence coaxiale, avec la tige (13) de l'actionneur (14).
- Buse de remplissage (1) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle l'élément de capuchon (15) est positionné en butée contre le piston (9) pour fermer le canal de passage (10) de ce dernier lorsque la soupape (11) est dans le premier état et est espacée du piston (9) laissant le canal de passage (10) de ce dernier ouvert lorsque la soupape (11) est dans le second état.
- Buse de remplissage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications, dans laquelle une balance (la) est associée à la buse de remplissage (1) pour détecter l'atteinte d'un poids de remplissage prédéterminé indiquant le début d'une étape finale de remplissage du récipient relatif (5) en cours de remplissage.
- Buse de remplissage (1) selon la revendication 4 et la revendication 2 ou 3, dans laquelle le piston (9) avec le canal de passage (10) fermé par la soupape (11) commutée dans la première condition, est activé pour se déplacer par l'actionneur (14) de la première à la seconde position lorsque le poids indiquant le début d'une étape finale de remplissage, au niveau du récipient relatif (5) en cours de remplissage, est atteint.
