Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement with two furniture parts which are connected to one another in an articulated manner, in particular door leaves of a folding door, and with a guide system of the type to be described.
- the invention further relates to furniture with such an arrangement or with such a guide system.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a guidance system of the type mentioned at the outset with a more convenient operating option.
- the guide system has at least one second drive device, by means of which the guide device can be moved, starting from the first guide rail, into a position in which the first fitting part and the second fitting part are aligned with one another in such a way that, in the assembled state, the the furniture parts connected to the fitting parts are essentially coplanar to one another.
- the proposed guide system makes it possible for the furniture parts in the assembled state to be transferred from a first position, in which the furniture parts are aligned parallel to one another, to a second position, in which the furniture parts are aligned essentially coplanar with one another.
- the second drive device thus allows the furniture parts to be moved into a defined end position in the assembled state, namely to the one in which the furniture parts are essentially coplanar with one another.
- Fig. 1a shows a possible application of a guide system 2 for guiding a first furniture part 3a, preferably in the form of a first door leaf of a folding door, the first furniture part 3a being articulated in the installed position via a vertically extending axis 5a to a second furniture part 3b in the form of a second door leaf.
- at least two further furniture parts 4a, 4b can also be provided, which are also pivotally connected to one another via a vertically extending axis 5b.
- the furniture parts 3a, 3b and 4a, 4b are movably supported by the guide system 2 relative to a furniture body 36 of a piece of furniture 37 which is stationary during operation.
- the guidance system 2 can be used, for example, as a room division system, so that in a living space as in Fig. 1a shown furniture body 6 in the form of a kitchen block, an office niche, a storage room, a shelf, etc. by the furniture parts 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b can be completely concealed and can thus be optically separated from the rest of the living area.
- the guide system 2 can also be used for cupboard systems, such as a walk-in cupboard. The mode of operation is explained below with reference to furniture parts 3a and 3b, the same statements being valid for furniture parts 4a, 4b.
- the furniture parts 3a, 3b are guided by the guide system 2 between a first position in which the furniture parts 3a, 3b are aligned essentially parallel to one another ( Fig. 1a ) and a second position, in which the furniture parts 3a, 3b are essentially coplanar with each other, movably mounted.
- the furniture body 6 In the first position, the furniture body 6 is freely accessible for one person, the two furniture parts 3a, 3b being able to be accommodated in a space-saving manner in an insertion slot 7a provided laterally next to the side wall 8a.
- the two other furniture parts 4a, 4b can also be received in a further lateral insertion slot 7b in a position parallel to one another.
- the guide system 2 comprises a first guide rail 9 with a longitudinal direction (L) for guiding the furniture parts 3a, 3b.
- This guide rail 9 can, for example, be attached to a ceiling, a wall or also to the fixed furniture body 36.
- the guide system 2 further comprises at least one (not shown here) second guide rail 13a, which in the assembled state runs transversely to the longitudinal direction (L) of the first guide rail 9 and through which the furniture parts 3a, 3b in one direction (Z) or in one direction (Z) opposite direction are movable.
- a guide device 10 (which can be connected to the first furniture part 3a and is movable relative to the first and second guide rails 9, 13a) ( Fig. 2a ) intended.
- the two other furniture parts 4a, 4b are movably supported by a separate guide device 10a.
- the furniture parts 3a, 3b can be moved by mechanical force in direction (Z) into an overpressure position, whereby a (not visible here) first drive device 12 can be triggered.
- the furniture parts 3a, 3b are inserted into the in FIG Fig. 1b shown position movable, in which the furniture parts 3a, 3b are located outside the slot 7a and continue to assume a substantially parallel position to each other.
- Fig. 2a shows one too Fig. 1b continued movement of the furniture parts 3a, 3b to each other, the other two furniture parts 4a, 4b have already been moved into a position in which the furniture parts 4a, 4b are coplanar with each other and thereby cover the furniture body 6.
- the guide device 10 has at least one first fitting part 41 for fastening the first furniture part 3a.
- the guide system 2 comprises a carrier 11 ( Fig. 3b ), which is movably mounted transversely to the longitudinal direction (L) of the first guide rail 9 and which is connected to at least one second fitting part 18 for fastening the second furniture part 3b.
- the carrier 11 has a vertically running column 14 connected, which is mounted together with the carrier 11 in the direction transverse to the longitudinal direction (L) of the first guide rail 9 in the direction (Z).
- two or more fitting parts 18 for movably mounting the second furniture part 3b can be arranged on the vertical column 14, which are spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction of the column 14.
- the guide device 10 connected to the first furniture part 3a can be transferred back and forth between the first and second guide rails 9, 13a in an intersection area 45, seen in a top view of the first and second guide rails 9, 13a in the installed position.
- the guide device 10 can be moved from the first guide rail 9 into a position in which the first fitting part 41 of the guide device 10 and the second fitting part 18 are aligned with one another in such a way that the furniture parts 3a, 3b connected to the fitting parts 41, 18 in the assembled state are substantially coplanar with each other, as in Fig. 2b is shown.
- Fig. 3a shows the furniture 37 in a perspective view, the first guide rail 9 and at least one second guide rail 13a for guiding the furniture parts 3a, 3b being visible.
- two second guide rails 13a, 13b are provided, which are spaced apart from one another in the height direction.
- the carrier 11 - together with the column 14 connected thereto - can be moved in the direction (Z) and in an opposite direction in the direction (Z).
- the first guide rail 9 and the second guide rail 13a can be designed as separate components, which in the assembled state can either have the same or a different height.
- the crossing area 45 results in a plan view through the area in which the guide rails 9, 13a or imaginary extensions of the guide rails 9, 13a intersect with one another.
- the guide system 2 comprises a first drive device 12, by means of which the guide device 10 can be drawn in at least in sections in the direction of the first guide rail 9 starting from the second guide rail 13a and / or at least in sections starting from the crossing region 45 along the second guide rail 13a.
- Fig. 3b shows the in Fig. 3a circled area in an enlarged view.
- the first furniture part 3a is connected to a guide device 10, by means of which the furniture parts 3a, 3b are movably mounted along the first and second guide rails 9, 13a.
- a carrier 11 separate from the guide rail 9 in the form of a movable carriage which, in a transfer position in the longitudinal direction (L), adjoins the first guide rail 9 in such a way that the guide device 10 connected to the first furniture part 3 a between the first guide rail 9 and the carrier 11 is transferable back and forth.
- the guide device 10 can have at least one first roller 15a with a vertical axis of rotation for absorbing lateral forces and at least one second roller 15b with a horizontal axis of rotation for absorbing vertical forces, the rollers 15a, 15b along a longitudinal section (L) of the profile section 9a Guide rail 9 are movably mounted.
- the carrier 11 also has a profile section 11a with a cross section, which corresponds to a shape and size of the profile section 9a in cross section, so that the guide device 10 can be transferred back and forth between the first guide rail 9 and the carrier 11.
- the carrier 11 can, for example, have at least two guide channels 16a, 16b running in the longitudinal direction (L) for guiding the rollers 15a, 15b.
- the guide device 10, which is displaceable along the first guide rail 9, is still located on the first guide rail 9 in the transfer position of the carrier 11 shown.
- the carrier 11 can be releasably locked in the transfer position with the first guide rail 9, this locking by retracting or opening the guide device 10 in or on the carrier 11 is detachable.
- the carrier 11 - together with the guide device 10 and the two furniture parts 3a, 3b - can be moved in a horizontal, transverse, preferably perpendicular, direction (Z) to the longitudinal direction (L) of the first guide rail 9.
- the carrier 11 is connected to the vertically extending column 14, which can be driven by the first drive device 12 at least in sections in the direction (Z) and / or in a direction opposite to the direction (Z).
- the column 14 is movably mounted relative to second guide rails 13a and 13b, which are spaced apart in height from the first guide rail 9.
- Fig. 4a shows the furniture parts 3a and 3b after this starting from Fig. 3a were pivoted about the vertical axis 5a to one another and now assume a substantially parallel position to one another.
- Fig. 4b shows the in Fig. 4a circled area in an enlarged view, the guide device 10 being located on the carrier 11 in the transfer position. It can be provided that a length of the carrier 11 measured in the longitudinal direction (L) is greater than a width of the guide device 10 measured in the longitudinal direction (L).
- the profile section 9a of the guide rail 9 and the profile section 11a of the carrier 11 are preferably of identical design in cross section and aligned in alignment in the transfer position, so that the rollers 15a, 15b of the guide device 10 without a disturbing abutting edge between the first guide rail 9 and the carrier 11 and can be moved here.
- the carrier 11 together with the guide device 10 and thus the furniture parts 3a, 3b
- Fig. 5a shows a side view of the carrier 11 in the transfer position, which is connected to the vertically extending column 14.
- the column 14 - together with the carrier 11 - can be moved in the direction (Z), for example, via support rollers 17a, 17b along second guide rails 13a, 13b fastened to the side wall 8a.
- At least one fitting part 18 for movably mounting the furniture part 3b is arranged on the column 14, it preferably being provided that the fitting part 18 forms part of the second drive device 53 ( 15a, 15b ) through which the furniture parts 3a, 3b can be moved from one another in a parallel position to a coplanar position.
- a bearing part 24 is arranged on the column 14, on which at least one, preferably several, energy accumulators 21 of the first drive device 12 for anchoring the furniture parts 3a, 3b are anchored in the direction (Z).
- the force accumulators 21 are each designed as tension springs which engage a driver 20 which is pivotably mounted on the column 14 about an axis of rotation 19.
- a pressure roller 22 is rotatably mounted, which can be pressed by the force of the energy accumulator 21 against a concave cam 23 of the first drive device 12 and which can be moved along this cam 23 when the column 14 moves in the direction (Z).
- the control curve 23 comprises a pull-in section 23a for the partial pull-in of the carrier 11 in the direction (Z) and a tensioning section 23b adjoining the pull-in section 23a for charging the energy stores 21.
- the energy accumulators 21 are in a tensioned state, so that the column 14 (and thus the carrier 11) after the carrier 11 has been unlocked from the first guide rail 9 by the force of the relaxing energy accumulators 21 along the pull-in section 23a to the deepest region of the Control curve 23 is retractable.
- the furniture parts 3a, 3b are also partially drawn into the insertion slot 7a, as a result of which they are advantageously pre-positioned in the direction (Z) for continued movement in the insertion slot 7a.
- a movably mounted switch 25, preferably tiltable about an axis of rotation 25a, is provided with an actuating contour 25c, the pressure roller 22, starting from said inserted position, being movable along the actuating contour 25c of the switch 25 during a movement in the opposite direction (Z). It is thereby achieved that the pressure roller 22, which is biased by the energy accumulators 21, does not have to overcome the obstructing pull-in section 23a of the control cam 23 during a movement in the direction (Z), so that the pull-in section 23a can be bypassed by the pressure roll 22 and the force of the force accumulators 21 a longer distance remains.
- Fig. 5b shows the in Fig. 5a circled area in an enlarged view.
- Fig. 6a shows a continued movement of the column 14 (and thus the support 11) in the direction (Z). Due to the decreasing distance of the control curve 23 in the feed section 23a ( Fig. 3a ) in relation to the bearing part 24, the energy storage devices 21 are relaxed and pull the column 14 or the support 11 in the direction (Z).
- Fig. 6b shows the in Fig. 6a circled area in an enlarged view. Has the Pressure roller 22 reaches the deepest area of the control curve 23, the pressure roller 22 is moved by manual application of force on the movable furniture parts 3a, 3b onto the tensioning section 23b of the control curve 23, so that the energy stores 21 can be recharged.
- the switch 25 which can be tilted about the axis of rotation 25a is raised by the pressure roller 22 ( Fig. 6c ), so that the pressure roller 22 moves freely in the direction (Z) past the switch 25 and can be moved further along the tensioning section 23b. Due to the eccentric articulation of the switch 25 about the axis of rotation 25a, a two-armed lever with lever arms of different lengths is formed, so that the switch 25 with the longer lever arm, preferably exclusively under the force of gravity, lies loosely against the tensioning section 23b of the control cam 23. If appropriate, the switch 25 can also be pressed against the cam 23 by a spring element.
- Fig. 6d shows the in Fig. 6c circled area in an enlarged view.
- Fig. 7a shows the position of the column 14 shortly before reaching the end position fully inserted into the slot 7a.
- the pressure roller 22 has been moved along the tensioning section 23b of the control cam 23 and is located shortly before the horizontally running end region 23c of the control cam 23, so that the column 14 is neither accelerated in the direction (Z) nor counter to the direction (Z).
- the energy stores 21 are fully charged.
- a housing 29 is arranged on the column 14, in which a damping device 27 for damping a closing movement of the column 14 or the carrier 11 is arranged.
- the damping device 27 comprises two, preferably hydraulic, linear dampers connected in parallel, each with a piston-cylinder unit.
- two ejection devices 28, each with a lockable energy store are arranged in the housing 29, the two plungers of the ejection devices 28 interacting with the stop 26 during the closing movement of the column 14, so that the energy stores of the ejection devices 28 can be charged and locked in a charged state.
- Fig. 7b shows the in Fig. 7a circled area in an enlarged view.
- Fig. 7c shows the end position of the column 14, the last closing movement of the column 14 being braked by the damping device 27 and the lockable energy stores of the ejection devices 28 being charged.
- the ejection devices 28 can be moved into an unlocking position, whereupon the column 14 can be moved against the direction again by the force of the ejection devices 28 and then by the force of the charged energy accumulator 21 (Z ) can be driven.
- Fig. 7d shows the in Fig. 7c circled area in an enlarged view.
- Fig. 8a shows a position of the column 14 after ejection by the ejection devices 28 against the direction (Z).
- the pressure roller 22 is in this case in a position moving onto the switch 25, the pressure roller 22 no longer being able to be moved along the feed section 23a during a movement against the direction (Z), but along the adjusting contour 25c arranged or formed on the switch 25.
- Fig. 8b shows the in Fig. 8a circled area in an enlarged view, the pressure roller 22 moving against the direction (Z) on the adjusting contour 25c of the switch 25 when the column 14 moves, without the pressure roller 22 having to be moved along the trough of the feed section 23a.
- Fig. 8c shows a continued movement of the column 14 in the opposite direction (Z), the pressure roller 22 having been moved along the positioning contour 25c of the switch 25 and the switch 25 being pivoted about the axis of rotation 25a in the counterclockwise direction. Due to this pivoting movement of the switch 25 about the axis of rotation 25a, the pressure roller 22 is returned to the initial region of the tensioning section 23a. After the pressure roller 22 has left the actuating contour 25c of the switch 25, the switch 25 tilts back about the axis of rotation 25a back to the starting position, ie into the position in which the longer lever arm of the switch 25 due to its higher weight again on the control cam 23 is present.
- FIGS. 9a and 9b show a possible embodiment of a locking device 30, by means of which the carrier 11 can be locked with the first guide rail 9 in the transfer position or a parking position and which can be unlocked by moving the guide device 10 into or onto the carrier 11.
- the first furniture part 3a is connected to the guide device 10, which can be moved in the longitudinal direction (L) along the first guide rail 9.
- a sliding piece 33 is coupled to the guide device 10 so that it moves, so that when the guide device 10 moves along the first guide rail 9, the sliding piece 33 also moves.
- the sliding piece 33 has a projection 33a, which cooperates with a counter stop 35a of a coupling lever 35 when entering or onto the carrier 11 ( Fig. 9b ).
- the coupling lever 35 is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation 31, a locking element 35c being movable through the coupling lever 35, which engages in the locking position in a corresponding recess 34 of the first guide rail 9 and thereby locks the carrier 11 relative to the first guide rail 9. It can be provided that the coupling lever 35 is formed in one piece with the locking element 35c.
- the coupling lever 35 can be biased in the direction of the locking position by a spring (not shown) so that the carrier 11 can be automatically locked again with the guide rail 9 by the force of this spring during a movement against the direction (Z) and the guide device 10 starting from the carrier 11 is transferable back to the guide rail 9.
- 10a and 10b show a continued movement of the sliding piece 33 which is motion-coupled to the guide device 10 in the longitudinal direction (L), the projection 33a of the sliding piece 33 interacting with the counter-stop 35a of the coupling lever 35 and thus pivoting the coupling lever 35 about the axis of rotation 31, so that the latching element 35c out of the Recess 34 of the guide rail 9 is moved out, thereby releasing the carrier 11 relative to the guide rail 9 for movement in the (Z) direction.
- the carrier 11 can - together with the column 14 - be pulled in at least in sections in the direction (Z) by the force of the energy accumulator 21 of the first drive device 12 described above, the spacer roller 32 rotatably mounted on the sliding piece 33 for lateral guidance of the carrier 11 can be rolled in the direction (Z) on the side wall 8a.
- Fig. 11a shows the guide system 2, wherein the carrier 11 can be locked by the described locking device 30 with the first guide rail 9 and, starting from the transfer position, can be moved in a direction (Z) transverse to the longitudinal axis (L).
- the side wall 8a which can partially form the insertion shaft 7a, second guide rails 13a and 13b for the displaceable mounting of the column 14 connected to the support 11 and the first drive device 12 with the switch 25 which can be tilted about the axis of rotation 25a are fastened.
- Fig.11b shows the in Fig. 11a circled area in an enlarged view, the carrier 11 has already been moved out of the transfer position and has been moved slightly in the direction (Z).
- at least one stop element 38 is provided on the carrier 11, which can abut against a counter stop 39 of the first guide rail 9 and thus prevent further movement of the carrier 11 against the direction (Z) .
- At least one support roller 17a can be provided for the displaceable guidance of the carrier 11 or the column 14, which can be rolled on a catwalk arranged or formed on the second guide rail 13a.
- the damping device 27 mounted on the column 14 can be seen, which is provided for damping a movement of the column 14 within an end position area remote from the transfer position.
- Fig. 12a shows the carrier 11 in a position removed from the first guide rail 9, which corresponds to a position of the furniture parts 3a, 3b fully inserted into the insertion shaft 7a.
- the furniture parts 3a, 3b can be ejected against the direction (Z) by the ejection devices 28 (not shown here).
- Fig. 12b shows the in Fig. 12a circled area in an enlarged view.
- the guide device 10 can have a plurality of rollers 15a, 15c, 15d, 15e with vertical and with horizontally running axes of rotation, the rollers 15a, 15c, 15d, 15e being movably supported along a profile section 9a of the first guide rail 9.
- the Guide device 10 comprises a holding arm 40, a fitting part 41 to be fastened to the first furniture part 3a being pivotably connected to the holding arm 40 via an axis of rotation 44 which runs vertically in the installed position.
- the fitting part 41 has a plurality of fastening points 42a, 42b for fastening to the first furniture part 3a.
- Fig. 13b shows the guide device 10 movably mounted on the first guide rail 9 in a cross section.
