Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Führungssystem zur Führung wenigstens eines bewegbar gelagerten Türflügels, umfassend:

  • wenigstens eine Führungsschiene mit einer Längsrichtung zur Führung des wenigstens einen Türflügels,
  • wenigstens einen Laufwagen, welcher mit dem wenigstens einen Türflügel verbindbar ist und welcher entlang der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene verfahrbar gelagert ist,
  • einen Träger, auf welchem der wenigstens eine Laufwagen anordenbar ist, wobei der Träger in einer quer zur Längsrichtung der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene verlaufenden Richtung bewegbar gelagert ist, wobei der Träger in einer Montagelage in eine Transferstellung bewegbar ist, in welcher der Träger in der Längsrichtung an die wenigstens eine Führungsschiene anschließt, sodass der Laufwagen zwischen der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene und dem Träger hin und her transferierbar ist,
  • eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung, durch welche der Träger in der Transferstellung lösbar verriegelt ist, sodass eine Bewegung des Trägers in der quer zur Längsrichtung verlaufenden Richtung verhindert oder gehemmt ist, wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung zumindest ein bewegbar gelagertes Verriegelungselement zur lösbaren Verriegelung zwischen der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene und dem Träger aufweist,
  • wenigstens eine Steuerkontur, welche zumindest abschnittsweise gebogen ausgebildet ist, sodass der Laufwagen beim Transfer von der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene auf den Träger zumindest abschnittsweise in der quer zur Längsrichtung verlaufenden Richtung bewegbar ist.

In der prioritätsälteren, jedoch nachveröffentlichten AT 519902 B1 ist ein Führungssystem zum Bewegen eines Türflügels gezeigt, wobei das Führungssystem eine erste Führungsschiene und eine quer zur ersten Führungsschiene verlaufende zweite Führungsschiene aufweist. Durch einen Eintritt des Führungsschlittens auf den Träger ist die Verriegelung zwischen der ersten Führungsschiene und dem Träger lösbar, sodass der Träger für eine Bewegung entlang der quer verlaufenden zweiten Führungsschiene freigegeben wird. In der Transferstellung ist der Träger durch einen bewegbar gelagerten Verriegelungshebel mit der ersten Führungsschiene verriegelt, wobei der Führungsschlitten bei einem Eintritt in den Träger den Verriegelungshebel in eine Entriegelungsstellung bewegt, sodass der Träger von der ersten Führungsschiene entriegelbar ist. Der Führungsschlitten weist zumindest eine Laufrolle auf, welche entlang einer bogenförmigen Steuerkontur eines Adapterstückes verfahrbar ist. Auf diese Weise wird der mit dem Führungsschlitten verbundene Türflügel in Richtung der zweiten Führungsschiene gelenkt, sodass eine Bewegung des Türflügels in einem Übergangsbereich zwischen der ersten Führungsschiene und der zweiten Führungsschiene verbessert wird. Schwierigkeiten können sich allerdings dann ergeben, wenn eine Betätigung des Verriegelungshebels durch den Führungsschlitten mit einer Bewegung der Laufrolle des Führungsschlittens entlang der bogenförmigen Steuerkontur nicht exakt aufeinander abgestimmt sind.   • wenigstens ein, vorzugsweise im Querschnitt wulstförmiges, Betätigungselement 35c für den wenigstens einen Laufwagen 6, wobei die wenigstens eine Sicherungsvorrichtung 35 über das wenigstens eine Betätigungselement 35c aus einer Sicherungsstellung in eine Lösestellung überführbar ist, und/oder
  • wenigstens einen Gleitabschnitt 35d, welcher in einer Lösestellung der wenigstens einen Sicherungsvorrichtung 35 an einer am Träger 11 ausgebildeten Führungskontur 36 verfahrbar ist.

Claims (14)

  1. A guide system (5) for guiding at least one movably-supported door wing (3a, 3b, 4a, 4b), comprising:
    - at least one guide rail (7) for guiding the at least one door wing (3a, 3b, 4a, 4b), the at least one guide rail (7) having a longitudinal direction (L),
    - at least one running carriage (6) configured to be connected to the at least one door wing (3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) and being configured to be displaceably supported along the at least one guide rail (7),
    - a carrier (11) on which the at least one running carriage (6) can be arranged, the carrier (11) being movably supported in a direction (Z) extending transversely to the longitudinal direction (L) of the at least one guide rail (7), wherein the carrier (11), in a mounted position, is movable into a transfer position in which the carrier (11) adjoins the at least one guide rail (7) in the longitudinal direction (L), so that the running carriage (6) can be transferred to and from between the at least one guide rail (7) and the carrier (11),
    - a locking device (31) for releasably locking the carrier (11) in the transfer position, so that a movement of the carrier (11) in the direction (Z) extending transversely to the longitudinal direction (L) can be prevented or restrained, wherein the locking device (31) includes at least one movably-supported locking element (32) for releasably locking between the at least one guide rail (7) and the carrier (11),
    - at least one control contour (22) configured to be curved at least over a region, so that the running carriage (6), upon a transfer from the at least one guide rail (7) to the carrier (11), is movable at least over a region in the direction (Z) extending transversely to the longitudinal direction (L),
    - wherein the at least one movably-supported locking element (32) includes at least one supporting element (25) configured to be displaceable along the at least one control contour (22),
    characterized in that the at least one control contour (22) is formed or arranged on an end section of the first guide rail (7), wherein the control contour (22), collectively with the first guide rail (7), has an integral one-piece configuration, or wherein the control contour (22) is arranged on an adaptor portion (23) separate from the first guide rail (7), wherein the at least one locking element (32) is linearly displaceably supported.
  2. The guide system according to claim 1, characterized in that the at least one locking element (32) is movably supported on the carrier (11).
  3. The guide system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least one linear guide (29) is provided for displaceably supporting the locking element (32).
  4. The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that at least one force storage member (28) is provided, wherein the supporting element (25) of the locking element (32) is configured to be pressed, at least over a region, against the control contour (22) by a force of the force storage member (28), preferably wherein the at least one force storage member (28) includes a helical spring.
  5. The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the at least one supporting element (25) of the locking element (32) is configured to be rotationally symmetrical, preferably as a running wheel.
  6. The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the locking between the at least one first guide rail (7) and the carrier (11) is releasable by an entry of the running carriage (6) in or on the carrier (11).
  7. The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the running carriage (6) includes at least one abutment (26) and the locking element (32) includes at least one counter-abutment (27), wherein the locking between the at least one guide rail (7) and the carrier (11) is releasable by the co-operation of the abutment (26) with the counter-abutment (27).
  8. The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that at least one second guide rail (17) is provided, the that one second guide rail (17) extending transversely in a direction (Z) to the longitudinal direction (L) in a mounted position, wherein the carrier (11), upon a movement in the direction (Z) extending transversely to the longitudinal direction (L), is movable along the second guide rail (17), preferably wherein the carrier (11) includes at least one running wheel (14a, 19) or at least one supporting roller (16) configured to be displaceable along the second guide rail (17), wherein it is particularly preferable that the second guide rail (17) includes at least the one running limb (17c) adjoining the at least one control contour (22), wherein the supporting element (25) of the locking element (32), upon a movement of the carrier (11) in the direction (Z) extending transversely to the longitudinal direction (L), is displaceable along the at least one running limb (17c) of the second guide rail (17).
  9. The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that at least one securing device (35) is provided, the securing device (35) being configured to secure the at least one locking element (32) of the locking device (31) relative to the carrier (11) in the transfer position.
  10. The guide system according to claim 9, characterized in that the at least one securing device (35)
    - includes at least one pivotally mounted securing element (35a), preferably wherein the securing element (35a) is configured to be wedge-shaped at least over a region,
    and/or
    - includes at least one spring element (35b), preferably in the form of a leg spring, for pressurizing the at least one securing element (35a) with a force in a direction of a securing position, and/or
    - includes at least one actuating element (35c), preferably bulge-shaped in a cross-section, for the at least one running carriage (6), wherein the at least one securing device (35) is configured to be transferred by the at least one actuating element (35c) from a securing position into a release position, and/or
    - includes at least one gliding portion (35d) which, in a release position of the at least one securing device (35), is displaceable along a guide contour (36) arranged on the carrier (11).
  11. The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the at least one locking element (32) has a surface (33) for increasing the static friction, preferably wherein a corrugation is arranged on the surface (33), and that the surface (33), in the transfer position, bears against a stationary counter-surface (37) which is preferably arranged on the at least one guide rail (7).
  12. The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that at least one resilient abutment portion (34) is provided for decelerating the carrier (11) upon a movement into the transfer position.
  13. An item of furniture (1) comprising a furniture carcass (2), at least one door wing (3a) movable relative to the furniture carcass (2), and at least one guide system (5) according to one of the claims 1 to 12 for moving the at least one door wing (3a) relative to the furniture carcass (2).
  14. The item of furniture according to claim 13, characterized in that the item of furniture (1) includes at least one second door wing (3b) hingedly connected to the at least one door wing (3a), wherein the first door wing (3a) and the second door wing (3b) are movably supported between a first position, in which the first door wing (3a) and the second door wing (3b) are aligned substantially coplanar to each other, and a second position, in which the first door wing (3a) and the second door wing (3b) are aligned substantially parallel to each other.
