Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Führungssystem zur Führung wenigstens eines bewegbar gelagerten Türflügels, umfassend:
- wenigstens eine Führungsschiene mit einer Längsrichtung zur Führung des wenigstens einen Türflügels,
- wenigstens einen Laufwagen, welcher mit dem wenigstens einen Türflügel verbindbar ist und welcher entlang der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene verfahrbar gelagert ist,
- einen Träger, auf welchem der wenigstens eine Laufwagen anordenbar ist, wobei der Träger in einer quer zur Längsrichtung der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene verlaufenden Richtung bewegbar gelagert ist, wobei der Träger in einer Montagelage in eine Transferstellung bewegbar ist, in welcher der Träger in der Längsrichtung an die wenigstens eine Führungsschiene anschließt, sodass der Laufwagen zwischen der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene und dem Träger hin und her transferierbar ist,
- eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung, durch welche der Träger in der Transferstellung lösbar verriegelt ist, sodass eine Bewegung des Trägers in der quer zur Längsrichtung verlaufenden Richtung verhindert oder gehemmt ist, wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung zumindest ein bewegbar gelagertes Verriegelungselement zur lösbaren Verriegelung zwischen der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene und dem Träger aufweist,
- wenigstens eine Steuerkontur, welche zumindest abschnittsweise gebogen ausgebildet ist, sodass der Laufwagen beim Transfer von der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene auf den Träger zumindest abschnittsweise in der quer zur Längsrichtung verlaufenden Richtung bewegbar ist.

- The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the at least one supporting element (25) of the locking element (32) is configured to be rotationally symmetrical, preferably as a running wheel.
- The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the locking between the at least one first guide rail (7) and the carrier (11) is releasable by an entry of the running carriage (6) in or on the carrier (11).
- The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the running carriage (6) includes at least one abutment (26) and the locking element (32) includes at least one counter-abutment (27), wherein the locking between the at least one guide rail (7) and the carrier (11) is releasable by the co-operation of the abutment (26) with the counter-abutment (27).
- The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that at least one second guide rail (17) is provided, the that one second guide rail (17) extending transversely in a direction (Z) to the longitudinal direction (L) in a mounted position, wherein the carrier (11), upon a movement in the direction (Z) extending transversely to the longitudinal direction (L), is movable along the second guide rail (17), preferably wherein the carrier (11) includes at least one running wheel (14a, 19) or at least one supporting roller (16) configured to be displaceable along the second guide rail (17), wherein it is particularly preferable that the second guide rail (17) includes at least the one running limb (17c) adjoining the at least one control contour (22), wherein the supporting element (25) of the locking element (32), upon a movement of the carrier (11) in the direction (Z) extending transversely to the longitudinal direction (L), is displaceable along the at least one running limb (17c) of the second guide rail (17).
- The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that at least one securing device (35) is provided, the securing device (35) being configured to secure the at least one locking element (32) of the locking device (31) relative to the carrier (11) in the transfer position.
- The guide system according to claim 9, characterized in that the at least one securing device (35)- includes at least one pivotally mounted securing element (35a), preferably wherein the securing element (35a) is configured to be wedge-shaped at least over a region,
and/or- includes at least one spring element (35b), preferably in the form of a leg spring, for pressurizing the at least one securing element (35a) with a force in a direction of a securing position, and/or- includes at least one actuating element (35c), preferably bulge-shaped in a cross-section, for the at least one running carriage (6), wherein the at least one securing device (35) is configured to be transferred by the at least one actuating element (35c) from a securing position into a release position, and/or- includes at least one gliding portion (35d) which, in a release position of the at least one securing device (35), is displaceable along a guide contour (36) arranged on the carrier (11). - The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the at least one locking element (32) has a surface (33) for increasing the static friction, preferably wherein a corrugation is arranged on the surface (33), and that the surface (33), in the transfer position, bears against a stationary counter-surface (37) which is preferably arranged on the at least one guide rail (7).
- The guide system according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that at least one resilient abutment portion (34) is provided for decelerating the carrier (11) upon a movement into the transfer position.
- An item of furniture (1) comprising a furniture carcass (2), at least one door wing (3a) movable relative to the furniture carcass (2), and at least one guide system (5) according to one of the claims 1 to 12 for moving the at least one door wing (3a) relative to the furniture carcass (2).
- The item of furniture according to claim 13, characterized in that the item of furniture (1) includes at least one second door wing (3b) hingedly connected to the at least one door wing (3a), wherein the first door wing (3a) and the second door wing (3b) are movably supported between a first position, in which the first door wing (3a) and the second door wing (3b) are aligned substantially coplanar to each other, and a second position, in which the first door wing (3a) and the second door wing (3b) are aligned substantially parallel to each other.
