Claims (3)
- Behälterschneidvorrichtung, umfassend eine Lochplatte (1) und eine Stanzenhalterplatte (2), die für die relative Bewegung zwischen einer nicht betriebenen oder offenen Position aktiviert ist, in der die Stanzen (3) der Stanzenhalterplatte (2) von der Lochplatte (1) beabstandet sind, und einer Betriebsposition, in der die Stanzen (3) in die Gehäuse der Lochplatte (1) eindringen und Schnitte in den Behälter vornehmen; wobei die Stanzen austauschbar sind und eine aktive Spitze (31) mit einem integrierten Zentrierkörper (32) umfassen, wobei der Zentrierkörper (32) fest untergebracht ist und mittels eines entfernbaren Klemmelements im Inneren eines Hohlraums (21) der Stanzenhalterplatte (2) befestigt ist; wobei der Hohlraum (21) einen Querschnitt aufweist, der in Form und Abmessungen mit dem Querschnitt des Zentrierkörpers (32) der Stanze (3) zusammenfällt; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aktive Spitze (31) eine Form einer kleinen Platte aufweist und der integrierte Zentrierkörper (32) einen nicht kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, sodass in der zusammengebauten Position die aktive Spitze (31) mit ihrer hinteren Oberfläche gegen die Stanzenplatte (2) abgestützt ist und von der Stanzenplatte vorsteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aktive Spitze oder kleine Platte eine Höhe von weniger als 10 Millimetern aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aktive Spitze (31) und der Zentrierkörper (32) der Stanzen (3) einen einteiligen Körper bilden, der mit einem Material gefertigt ist, das eine Härte von größer als 70 HR.C (Rockwell-Härte) aufweist.
