Description
- La présente invention concerne le domaine des produits détergents. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne le domaine des détergents industriels, notamment dans le domaine de l'alimentation et de l'élevage. La présente invention concerne notamment une composition, prête à l'emploi ou concentrée, qui présente une bonne stabilité aux températures élevées, un pH relativement non extrême.
- Les compositions détergentes utilisées dans l'industrie doivent répondre à des objectifs parfois contradictoires en termes d'efficacité et de nocivité pour les utilisateurs et l'environnement.
- Pour obtenir de bons résultats sur les souillures il a été longtemps possible d'utiliser des produits fortement corrosifs (notamment à base de soude) présentant des pH extrêmes. Toutefois, ces produits sont de moins en moins compatibles avec les normes environnementales en matière de rejets et présentent un danger pour les utilisateurs exposés.
- Afin de remplacer les compositions de l'art antérieur, il a notamment été proposé des solutions enzymatiques aptes à dégrader les souillures à base de protéines. Ces compositions sont bien connues de l'homme du métier et couramment utilisées dans le domaine des produits domestiques tels que les lessives.
- Cependant, les enzymes, comme toutes les protéines, présentent une stabilité peu compatible avec les conditions d'utilisation d'un détergent industriel. Elles sont notamment très sensibles aux fortes températures telles que celles rencontrées dans certaines régions du globe, réduisant significativement leur stabilité, donc leur durée d'utilisation. Par ailleurs, les enzymes présentent des propriétés sensibilisantes respiratoires exposant les utilisateurs à un risque non-négligeable.

DE10216509A1 divulgue une composition cosmétique et dermatologique comprenant 1% de methylcocoyl taurate de sodium, de l'eau et un triglycéride éthoxylé. Toutefois, le tryglycéride éthoxylé n'est pas dérivé de l'huile de rcin. -

WO9533026A1 - Il existe donc un besoin, pour des produits détergents ne contenant pas nécessairement d'enzymes, peu corrosifs mais capables de traiter les souillures à base de protéines rencontrées dans les domaines professionnel industriel, en élevage, collectivités et en usage domestique.
- Par ailleurs, ces produits détergents doivent être respectueux de l'environnement et doivent pouvoir être rejetés avec les eaux usées sans traitements préalables.
- La présente invention propose donc une composition détergente, prête à l'emploi ou concentrée, présentant une efficacité détergente équivalente aux compositions détergentes actuellement disponibles, un pH non-extrême et une stabilité accrue.
- Ainsi la présente invention selon la revendication 1 concerne notamment une composition, prête à l'emploi, comprenant (i) un ou plusieurs tensioactifs dérivés d'un acide gras et d'un acide aminé, (ii) un solvant, (iii) un triglycéride éthoxylé dérivant de l'huile de ricin, et présentant un pH entre 3,0 - 11,0.
- Dans le cadre de la présente invention, le terme « prête à l'emploi » entend signifier que ladite composition est utilisable en l'état pour le nettoyage.
- Selon un mode de réalisation tout à fait préféré de l'invention, ledit tensioactif dérivé d'un acide gras et d'un acide aminé n'est pas de l'oleylsarcosinate de sodium.

- Selon un mode de réalisation tout à fait préféré de l'invention, ledit tensioactif dérivé d'un acide gras et d'un acide aminé est le lauroylsarcosinate de sodium.
- Dans le cadre d'un mode de réalisation préféré de la présente invention, ledit (ii) solvant est choisi dans le groupe comprenant le glycérol, le mono-propylène glycol et l'eau. Selon un mode de réalisation tout à fait préféré, ledit (ii) solvant est de l'eau. Selon l'invention, ladite composition comprend en outre un (iii) triglycéride éthoxylé.
- Ce dernier mode de réalisation propose une composition agissant efficacement sur deux souillures alimentaires : les protéines et les lipides.
- Dans le cadre de la présente invention, le terme dérive entend signifier que ledit triglycéride éthoxylé a été obtenu par une réaction d'éthoxylation du triglycéride cité.
- Selon l'invention, ledit triglycéride éthoxylé dérive de l'huile de ricin tel que de l'huile de ricin éthoxylé.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, ledit triglycéride éthoxylé comprend des chaînes carbonées d'acide gras en C8 à C30.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, ladite composition ne comprend pas d'enzymes.
- Dans le cadre de la présente invention, le terme « ne comprend pas d'enzyme » entend plus particulièrement désigner que la composition prête à l'emploi selon l'invention comprend moins de 0.1% d'enzymes, préférentiellement moins de 0.04% d'enzymes et tout à fait préférentiellement moins de 0.01% d'enzymes. La présente invention, n'entend pas exclure les compositions comprenant des traces d'enzymes sous forme de contaminations mais ne présentant pas d'activités notables.
- Dans un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, ladite composition, prête à l'emploi, comprend en outre un ou plusieurs tensio-actifs, un ou plusieurs stabilisants, un ou plusieurs agents rhéologiques et un ou plusieurs conservateurs.
- Dans un mode de réalisation encore plus préféré de l'invention ledit tensio-actif est le cocamidopropylbétaine (CAPE).
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, ces autres composants représentent une quantité comprise entre 0.02 et 30 pourcent en masse par rapport à la masse totale de ladite composition prête à l'emploi.
- Dans un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, le terme « comprend » entend signifier que la composition selon l'invention comprend les composants cités à l'exclusion de tout autre composant.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, (i) est contenu en une quantité comprise entre 0.005 et 5 pourcent en masse par rapport à la masse totale de ladite composition prête à l'emploi.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, (ii) est contenu en une quantité comprise entre 70 et 99,97 pourcent en masse par rapport à la masse totale de ladite composition prête à l'emploi.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, (iii) est contenu en une quantité comprise entre 0.005 et 10 pourcent en masse par rapport à la masse totale de ladite composition prête à l'emploi.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, les composants (i) et (iii) représentent une quantité comprise entre 0.01 et 15 pourcent en masse par rapport à la masse totale de ladite composition prête à l'emploi.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, les composants (i), (ii) et (iii) représentent une quantité comprise entre 70 et 99,98 pourcent en masse par rapport à la masse totale de ladite composition prête à l'emploi.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, la composition selon l'invention est un nettoyant liquide pour usage professionnel.
- La présente invention concerne également une composition concentrée qui comprend des concentrations de (i) et de (iii) supérieures à celle de la composition, prête à l'emploi, selon l'invention décrite ci-dessus. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, ladite composition concentrée comprend des concentrations de (i) et de (iii) 2 fois supérieures, encore plus préférentiellement 10 fois supérieures et tout à fait préférentiellement 20 fois supérieures à celle de la composition, prête à l'emploi, selon l'invention.
- Les formulations présentées ci-dessous représentent des exemples préférés, mais non limitatifs des compositions détergentes selon l'invention.
- Composition A (composition concentrée à diluer à 1%) :
- Lauroylsarcosinate de sodium : 2 %
- Huile de ricin éthoxylée : 3 %

- - Nettoyant liquide pour usage professionnel, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que (iii) est contenu en une quantité comprise entre 0.005 et 10 pourcent en masse par rapport à la masse totale dudit nettoyant.
