Claims (14)
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique, en particulier permettant l'interruption de courants élevés lors de tensions élevées,(a) comportant un boîtier (3) qui entoure une unité de contact (5) définissant le trajet de courant à travers l'élément de commutation d'interruption (1) et(b) comportant un matériau pyrotechnique (35) qui comprend un matériau pouvant être activé générateur de gaz et/ou générateur d'ondes de choc,(c) dans lequel l'unité de contact présente un premier et un deuxième contact de connexion (11, 13) et une zone de séparation (27),(d) dans lequel le matériau pyrotechnique (35) et l'unité de contact (5) sont conçus de telle sorte qu'un courant à interrompre peut être acheminé à ceux-ci par l'intermédiaire du premier contact de connexion (11) et peut être évacué de ceux-ci par l'intermédiaire du deuxième contact de connexion (13), ou inversement, et en ce que lors d'un allumage du matériau pyrotechnique (35), la zone de séparation (27) est soumise à une pression de gaz et/ou à une onde de choc générées par le matériau pouvant être activé, de sorte que la zone de séparation (27) est déchirée, comprimée ou séparée,
caractérisé en ce(e) que la zone de séparation (27) est conçue de sorte qu'elle entoure au moins partiellement une chambre (61) qui est une chambre de combustion, et la zone de séparation (27) sépare la chambre (61) d'une autre chambre (63) qui entoure la zone de séparation, dans lequel au moins l'une des chambres (61, 63) dans l'élément de commutation d'interruption (1), laquelle est au moins partiellement délimitée par la zone de séparation (27), est sensiblement entièrement remplie avec un matériau de remplissage (45), de sorte que la zone de séparation (27) est en contact avec le matériau de remplissage (45). - Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'autre chambre (63) entoure la zone de séparation (27) de manière annulaire.
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la séparation de la zone de séparation (27), la chambre (61) est reliée à l'autre chambre (63).
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (61) ainsi que l'autre chambre (63) sont sensiblement entièrement remplies avec le matériau de remplissage (45).
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de contact (5) présente une zone de compression (23).
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la zone de compression (23) est conçue de telle sorte qu'elle entoure une autre chambre supplémentaire (63).
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la zone de séparation (27) est en forme de cylindre creux et de préférence annulaire en section transversale.
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la zone de compression (23) est en forme de cylindre creux et de préférence annulaire en section transversale.
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un sabot (25b) qui, lors d'un allumage du matériau pyrotechnique (35), est soumis à une pression de gaz et/ou une onde de choc générées par le matériau pouvant être activé de telle sorte que le sabot (25b) est déplacé dans le boîtier (3) dans une direction de déplacement d'une position initiale à une position finale et la zone de compression (23) est ainsi déformée plastiquement, dans lequel la zone de séparation (27) est entièrement séparée et une distance d'isolation entre les extrémités séparées de la zone de séparation (27) est atteinte dans la position finale du sabot (25b).
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de contact (5) présente une première zone de contact de connexion comportant le premier contact de connexion (11) et une seconde zone de contact de connexion comportant le deuxième contact de connexion (13), lesquelles sont disposées respectivement sur des côtés opposés de la zone de séparation (27).
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la première zone de contact de connexion est disposée adjacente à la zone de compression (23) dans l'axe longitudinal et la seconde zone de contact de connexion est disposée adjacente à la zone de séparation (27) dans l'axe longitudinal.
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la première zone de contact de connexion est en forme de cylindre creux et de préférence annulaire en section transversale.
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un troisième contact de connexion (81) ou un capteur est prévu, lequel, lorsque le sabot (25b) est déplacé en direction de la position finale, est actionné mécaniquement et/ou électriquement et sert ainsi de moyen de détection pour un déclenchement effectué de l'élément de commutation d'interruption (1).
- Élément de commutation d'interruption (1) électrique selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le troisième contact de connexion (81) est conçu en tant que fil, tige ou ressort, de préférence en tant que fil/tige en cuivre ou en laiton ou en tant que ressort en cuivre, qui s'étend dans l'espace intérieur formé par la première zone de contact de connexion le long de la direction longitudinale de l'unité de contact (5), et de préférence s'étend depuis la zone extérieure de l'élément de commutation d'interruption (1) jusque dans l'autre chambre supplémentaire (65) entourée par la zone de compression (23).
