Claims (17)
- Utilisation de copolymères, pouvant être obtenus par- dans une première étape de réaction (I), copolymérisation(A) d'au moins un acide monocarboxylique ou dicarboxylique éthyléniquement insaturé ou de leurs dérivés, préférablement d'un acide dicarboxylique ou de ses dérivés, les dérivés étant choisis dans le groupe constitué par- des anhydrides- des esters de monoalkyle ou de dialkyle, préférablement des esters de mono- ou di-C1-4-alkyle- des esters mixtes, préférablement des esters mixtes dotés de composants de type C1-4-alkyle différents(B) d'au moins une α-oléfine dotée d'au moins 12 jusqu'à 30 atomes de carbone inclus,(C) éventuellement d'au moins une oléfine aliphatique ou cycloaliphatique, présentant au moins 4 atomes de carbone, supplémentaire, qui est différente de (B) et(D) éventuellement d'un ou plusieurs monomères copolymérisable supplémentaires qui sont différents des monomères (A), (B) et (C), choisis dans le groupe constitué par(Da) des esters de vinyle,(Db) des éthers de vinyle,(Dc) des esters d'acide (méth)acrylique d'alcools qui présentent au moins 5 atomes de carbone,(Dd) des alcools allyliques ou leurs éthers,(De) des composés N-vinyliques choisis dans le groupe constitué par des composés vinyliques d'hétérocycles contenant au moins un atome d'azote, des N-vinylamides ou des N-vinyllactames,(Df) des composés aromatiques éthyléniquement insaturés(Dg) des nitriles éthyléniquement α,β-insaturés,(Dh) des amides d'acide (méth)acrylique et(Di) des allylamines,suivie par- dans une deuxième étape de réaction (II), transformation partielle des fonctionnalités anhydride, ester d'acide carboxylique ou acide carboxylique contenues dans le copolymère obtenu en (I) avec au moins un composé (E) contenant au moins un groupe alcool et/ou au moins un groupe amino, et- dans une troisième étape de réaction (III), hydrolyse des fonctionnalités anhydride contenues dans le copolymère obtenu en (II) et/ou saponification partielle des fonctionnalités ester d'acide carboxylique contenues dans le copolymère obtenu en (II)le rapport molaire de (A)/ ((B) et (C)) (au total) étant de 10 : 1 à 1 : 10 et dans la deuxième étape de réaction (II) 5 à 75 % des fonctionnalités anhydride et ester d'acide carboxylique étant transformées avec au moins un composé (E),et la proportion d'un ou plusieurs des monomères éventuels (D), s'ils sont présents, par rapport à la quantité des monomères (A), (B) ainsi qu'éventuellement (C) (au total) étant de 5 à 200 % en moles,en tant qu'additif de carburant diesel pour la minimisation de la perte de puissance (powerless) dans des moteurs diesels à injection directe, pour la réduction de la consommation de carburant de moteurs diesels à injection directe et/ou la réduction et/ou l'évitement de dépôts dans des systèmes de carburant dans des moteurs diesels à injection directe.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'aucun monomère (D) n'est présent dans le copolymère.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le copolymère est constitué des monomères (A) et (B).
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le monomère (A) est l'anhydride d'acide maléique.
- Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le composé (E) est choisi dans le groupe constitué par- des monoalcools- des diols- des polyols- des monoamines- des diamines- des polyamines et- des aminoalcools.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le monoalcool est un composé de formule (I)
(I) R1-O-[-Xi-]n-H
dans laquelleR1 signifie un radical alkyle en C1-200 ou alcényle en C1-200 linéaire ou ramifié etn signifie 0 (zéro) ou un nombre entier positif de 1 à 50, préférablement de 2 à 40 et particulièrement préférablement de 3 à 30 etchaque Xi pour i = 1 à n peut être choisi indépendamment les uns des autres dans le groupe constitué par -CH2-CH2-O-, -CH2-CH(CH3)-O-, -CH(CH3)-CH2-O-, -CH2-C(CH3)2-O-, -C (CH3)2-CH2-O-, -CH2-CH(C2H5)-O-, -CH(C2H5)-CH2-O- et -CH(CH3)-CH(CH3)-O-, préférablement choisi dans le groupe constitué par -CH2-CH(CH3)-O-, -CH (CH3)-CH2-O-, -CH2-C(CH3)2-O-, -C (CH3)2-CH2-O-, -CH2-CH(C2H5)-O-, -CH (C2H5)-CH2-O- et -CH(CH3)-CH(CH3)-O-, particulièrement préférablement choisi dans le groupe constitué par -CH2-CH(CH3)-O-, -CH (CH3)-CH2-O-, -CH2-C(CH3)2-O-, -C (CH3)2-CH2-O-, -CH2-CH(C2H5)-O- et -CH (C2H5)-CH2-O- et tout particulièrement préférablement choisi dans le groupe constitué par -CH2-CH(CH3)-O- et - CH(CH3)-CH2-O-. - Utilisation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la monoamine est une monoamine présentant 6 à 200 atomes de carbone.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la monoamine est une polyisobutèneamine, à base d'un polyisobutène qui présente un poids moléculaire moyen en poids de 550 à 2 300 g/mole.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une monoalkylamine ou d'une dialkylamine présentant 6 à 200 atomes de carbone.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la polyamine est une polyéthylèneamine.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit de l'éthylènediamine, de la diéthylènetriamine, de la triéthylènetétramine, de la tétraéthylènepentamine et de la pentaéthylènehexamine.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le composé (E2) est la 2-diméthylaminoéthylamine, la 3-diméthylaminopropylamine ou la N',N",N"-triméthyldiéthylènetriamine.
- Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des dépôts dans le système d'injection dans des moteurs diesels à injection directe sont réduits et/ou évités.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que les dépôts sont des dépôts d'injecteur diesel internes (IDID).
- Utilisation selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que les dépôts sont des dépôts d'injecteur diesel internes (IDID) dus à des ions Na, Ca et/ou K et/ou des dépôts polymériques.
- Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moteurs diesels à injection directe sont des moteurs diesels à systèmes d'injection à rampe commune.
