Claims (11)

  1. Nagelpistole, umfassend:
    einen Pistolenkörper (1);
    ein Energiemodul (2), das im Pistolenkörper (1) angeordnet ist, wobei das Energiemodul (2) dazu ausgelegt ist, einen Vorgang zum Eintreiben von Nägeln durchzuführen, bei dem das Energiemodul (2) eine Schlagkraft ausgibt, um einen Nagel einzuschlagen, indem es einen ersten Druck aufnimmt, und daran gehindert wird, den ersten Druck aufzunehmen, wenn das Energiemodul (2) einem zweiten Druck unterliegt;
    ein Mündungsmodul (3), das am Pistolenkörper (1) angebracht ist und eine Nagelaustrittsöffnung (31) definiert;
    ein Magazinmodul (5), das mit dem Mündungsmodul (3) verbunden ist, um eine Vielzahl von Nägeln so zu schieben, dass diese sich einer nach dem anderen in das Mündungsmodul (3) bewegen;
    ein Schießmodul (6), das am Pistolenkörper (1) angebracht ist und betätigt werden kann, um den Vorgang zum Eintreiben von Nägeln zu aktivieren, um die Nägel über die Nagelaustrittsöffnung (31) auszuschießen; und
    ein Detektionsmodul (7), das eine Ventilstange (70) einschließt, die beweglich am Pistolenkörper (1) angebracht ist, um den zweiten Druck zu steuern, und ein Detektionsglied (73), das zum Magazinmodul (5) geschwenkt ist und das betätigt werden kann, um zwischen einer Dichtungslösestellung und einer Dichtungsstellung zu schwenken, wobei das Detektionsglied (73) zur Dichtungsstellung bewegt wird, wenn die Anzahl der Nägel im Magazinmodul (5) weniger als eine vorbestimmte Menge beträgt;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilstange (70), wenn sich das Detektionsglied (73) in der Dichtungslösestellung befindet, vom Detektionsglied (73) geschoben wird, sodass es sich vom Detektionsglied (73) weg bewegt, um die Freigabe des zweiten Drucks zu ermöglichen; und
    wobei die Ventilstange (70), wenn sich das Detektionsglied (73) in der Dichtungsstellung befindet, in Richtung des Detektionsglieds (73) bewegt wird, um zu verhindern, dass der zweite Druck freigegeben wird.
  2. Nagelpistole nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pistolenkörper (1) einen Freigabeströmungspfad (11) aufweist, wobei das Energiemodul (2) einen Zylinder (21) einschließt, der zum Aufnehmen des ersten Drucks dient, ein Kopfventil (25), das den Zylinder (21) lösbar sperrt, und eine Freigabekammer (26), die zwischen dem Kopfventil (25) und dem Pistolenkörper (1) definiert ist und die mit dem Freigabeströmungspfad (11) in Kommunikation steht, wobei die Ventilstange (70) beweglich im Freigabeströmungspfad (11) angebracht ist.
  3. Nagelpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pistolenkörper (1) weiter einen Einlasskanal (12) aufweist, der zum Einleiten von Hochdruckluft dient, um einen ersten Druck zu bilden, wobei das Schießmodul (6) einen Kolben (61) einschließt, der beweglich am Pistolenkörper (1) angebracht ist und der betätigt werden kann, um den ersten Druck in den Zylinder (21) einzuleiten, und eine Abzugbaugruppe (62), die zum Pistolenkörper (1) geschwenkt ist und die betätigt werden kann, um den Kolben (61) zu treiben.
  4. Nagelpistole nach Anspruch 2, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Freigabeströmungspfad (11) ein Teilstück mit kleinem Durchmesser (111) und ein Teilstück mit großem Durchmesser (112) aufweist, welches einen Durchmesser aufweist, der größer ist als der des Teilstücks mit kleinem Durchmesser (111), wobei die Ventilstange (70) einen Stangenabschnitt (701) aufweist, der im Teilstück mit kleinem Durchmesser (111) des Freigabeströmungspfades (11) angeordnet ist, und einen Kopfabschnitt (702), der im Teilstück mit großem Durchmesser (112) des Freigabeströmungspfads (11) angeordnet ist und der dafür dient, das Teilstück mit kleinem Durchmesser (111) lösbar zu sperren.
  5. Nagelpistole nach Anspruch 4, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Detektionsmodul (7) weiter einen Dichtungsring (72) einschließt, der im Teilstück mit großem Durchmesser (112) des Freigabeströmungspfads (11) angeordnet ist und der sich zwischen dem Teilstück mit kleinem Durchmesser (111) und dem Kopfabschnitt (702) der Ventilstange (70) befindet, wobei der Kopfabschnitt (702) der Ventilstange (70) mit dem Dichtungsring (72) in luftdichtem Kontakt steht, wenn sich das Detektionsglied (73) in der Dichtungsstellung befindet.
  6. Nagelpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Magazinmodul (5) ein Magazingehäuse (51) einschließt, das dazu geeignet ist, die Nägel in sich aufzunehmen, und eine Nagelzuführung (52), die beweglich im Magazingehäuse (51) angeordnet ist und die die Nägel schiebt, um die Nägel einen nach den anderen in das Mündungsmodul (3) zu bewegen, wobei das Detektionsglied (73) zum Magazingehäuse (51) geschwenkt ist und einen ersten Armabschnitt (731) aufweist, der dafür dient, die Ventilstange (70) zu schieben, und einen zweiten Armabschnitt (732), der dem ersten Armabschnitt (731) gegenüberliegt und der sich im Bewegungspfad der Nagelzuführung (52) befindet, wobei die Nagelzuführung (52) den zweiten Armabschnitt (732) des Detektionsglieds (73) treibt, um das Detektionsglied (73) zur Dichtungsstellung zu bewegen, wenn die Anzahl der Nägel im Magazingehäuse (51) weniger als eine vorbestimmte Menge beträgt.
  7. Nagelpistole nach Anspruch 6, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nagelzuführung (52) einen Vorsprung (521) aufweist, der in Richtung der Außenseite des Magazingehäuses (51) vorspringt, wobei der Vorsprung (521) der Nagelzuführung (52) den zweiten Armabschnitt (732) des Detektionsglieds (73) treibt, um das Detektionsglied (73) zur Dichtungsstellung zu bewegen, wenn die Anzahl der Nägel im Magazingehäuse (51) weniger als eine vorbestimmte Menge beträgt.
  8. Nagelpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Detektionsmodul (7) weiter ein belastbares Detektionsglied (74) einschließt, wobei das belastbare Glied (74) zwei gegenüberliegende Enden aufweist, die jeweils am Detektionsglied (73) und dem Mündungsmodul (3) anschlagen und den zweiten Armabschnitt (732) belastbar vorspannen, um das Detektionsglied (73) in der Dichtungslösestellung zu halten.
  9. Nagelpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Detektionsmodul (7) weiter ein belastbares Ventilglied (71) einschließt, das zwei gegenüberliegende Enden aufweist, die jeweils am Pistolenkörper (1) und der Ventilstange (70) anschlagen, und die Ventilstange (70) belastbares vorspannt, um zu verhindern, dass der zweite Druck freigegeben wird.
  10. Nagelpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schießmodul (6) einen Kontaktarm (63) einschließt, der beweglich am Pistolenkörper (1) angebracht ist, und eine Abzugbaugruppe (62), die zum Pistolenkörper (1) geschwenkt wird, wobei der Kontaktarm (63) ein Anschlagende (631) aufweist, das an die Nagelaustrittsöffnung (31) angrenzt, wobei die Abzugbaugruppe (62) betätigt werden kann, um den Vorgang zum Eintreiben von Nägeln zu aktivieren.
  11. Nagelpistole nach Anspruch 10, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktarm (63) betätigt werden kann, um sich vorwärts zu bewegen, sodass das Anschlagende (631) aus der Nagelaustrittsöffnung (31) vorspringt.
