Definitions
- the invention relates to a support profile with a tilting element for adjusting the inclination of plate elements.
- Railing panels are known, especially for all-glass railings, which are largely free and only in the foot area, i. held at the lower edge, in an anchored to a structural part U-shaped retaining profile and clamped in this.
- the heavy glass plates are firmly anchored so that they can reliably absorb the loads acting on the glass plates and transferred to the building, so as to meet the requirements, for example, as a fall protection.
- the EP 1 277 894 A2 discloses a clamped railing in which a disk-shaped filling is clamped in a lower edge portion in a U-shaped support body in which between the inside of a lateral web and the disk-shaped filling a pair of wedge-shaped body with adjoining adjustable bevels is arranged.
- the disk-shaped filling is held pressed between the pair of wedge-shaped body on the web and another second web pressed.
- the clamping force with which the disk-shaped filling is held can be adjusted by a displacement of the two wedge-shaped body against each other.
- the clamping force is defined by an adjusting screw that adjusts one of the wedge-shaped bodies against the other.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide an angle adjustability for a plate, in particular a railing plate available.
- a support profile with a first profile leg and a second profile leg and a support profile sole for holding a plate member, wherein the support profile has at least one tilting element which is arranged on at least one profile leg.
- the tilting element is designed to be arranged in the carrier profile for a plate element for the angle adjustment of the plate element.
- This tilting element is arranged on at least one profile limb of a support profile at its upper end on the inside of the profile limb.
- a plate element is arranged between the tilting element and the other profile limb, which may likewise have a tilting element.
- the plate member may as a glass, but also from other materials such as wood, plastic, metal or the like. be educated. Said plate element should be kept clamped by the profile legs of the support profile.
- the tilting element is thus arranged between the profile limb and the plate element. This allows both adjust the inclination and fix the plate member.
- the tilting element has an end, can be applied to the force for tilting, and a pivot point at which the tilting element is fixed to the profile leg or a mounting device.
- the free end may be engaged in detents until the force of a screw member acts on it and tilts the tilt member from its initial position.
- the plate member for a glass whole railing a railing or facade construction or the like. is used in the support profile and is initially oriented obliquely for assembly reasons of the vertical deviating.
- the Plate element is to be held in the foot region of the support profile clamped in about vertical or a desired deviating angular position after the alignment between the two profile legs of the support profile.
- a profile shoe formed of flexible material is arranged at least in areas. This profile shoe can for example be arranged only in a lower region of the support profile.
- the tilting element can have different shapes. It is wedge-shaped and may have a trapezoidal, a rounded teardrop shape, a thicker or thinner formation pointing towards the pressure region on the plate element, and straight surfaces or bevels for engaging the screw elements. It can be selected narrow designs for the tilting element, so that the space requirement within the support profile between the respective leg and the plate member is not very large.
- the wedge tip of the tilting element can point in the direction of the support profile down to the profile floor or up to the opening.
- the tilting element has no edges that could be disturbing when introducing the plate member. If long designs are selected, a fine adjustment and a well-defined adjustment of the plate elements is possible, especially with very high plate elements to be clamped.
- the tilting element can be arranged on one or both profile limbs, in each case on the inside thereof. If the tilting element is arranged only on one profile limb, the other profile limb has a fixed pressure element.
- the tilting element is arranged in a region of the profile limb pointing downwards to the profile sole of the carrier profile, for example in a groove of the profile limb, so that it can perform a rotational or tilting movement in the direction away from the profile limb and towards the plate element and thereby be movable or tiltable is stored.
- the tilting element has in its lower support on a pivot point about which it can be tilted when the force application of an attacking from above screw member.
- the pivot point is thus arranged either in at least one leg or in at least one mounting element. Due to the arrangement of the tilting element on the lower support is the point of attack, so the pressure area on the plate element, exactly defined. The pressure range thus remains in the upper range. Therefore, no shortening of the clamping can occur more.
- the tilting element can therefore be clipped on or clipped in order to be able to execute its tilting movement. Due to the tilting movement of the tilting element, the desired position can be secured with the selected inclination of the plate element and the plate element can be clamped. The tilting element can also be inserted after the insertion of the plate element from the side and then tilted.
- the profile legs may have different shapes, so be formed the same thickness throughout or be thicker, for example, in the lower region, thinner in the upper region.
- the openings, in particular bores, preferably have a thread. Therein, the screw can be arranged.
- the screw is designed in particular as a grub screw.
- This screw acts on the tilting element to be arranged for adjusting the inclination of the glass sheet, which is acted upon by the arrangement of the screw and in particular the insertion or screwing depth of the screw element to different degrees.
- the tilting element is thereby moved in the direction of the plate element and thus presses on the plate element, so that this can be adjusted in its vertical inclination.
- the screw can attack in the profiled legs of the support profile from above and / or from the side.
- the tilting element can be designed so that it is arranged in a mounting element such as a mounting element and the entire mounting element can be used in the respective profile leg of the support profile, or can be used as a single tilting element in the trained aluminum or aluminum alloy profile leg.
- the angle adjustability of the vertical or horizontal inclination of the plate element can be made.
- the tilting element according to the invention has the advantage that by the force application by screwing the screw with the leverage of the tilting element a precise fine adjustment of the plate member can be made. This allows greater ease of installation through the appropriate structural design of the support profile for screwing in combination with the action of the tilting element and a considerable time savings during assembly.
- a tilting element 10 is shown.
- the tilting element 10 is clipped into a mounting element 12 and has a trapezoidal shape.
- the mounting member 12 has for clipping a locking projection 14 and the tilting member 10 a nose 16.
- the nose 16 is held by the latching projection 14.
- the tilting element 10 is held at a pivot point 18 in the mounting element.

Abstract
Description

Fig. 13 zeigt ein unten rundlich tropfenförmig ausgebildetes Kippelement 10. -
Fig. 17 stellt ein weiter eingeschraubtes Schraubelement 20 dar. - In
- In
- In
- In
