Claims (10)

  1. Fenêtre de bâtiment (1), comprenant :
    - un cadre (10),
    - un battant de fenêtre (11) réglable par rapport au cadre (10), s'appliquant contre le cadre (10) dans une position fermée,
    - un appareil de verrouillage (13) agencé sur le battant de fenêtre (11), qui est réglable entre une première position, dans laquelle le battant de fenêtre (11) est verrouillé avec le cadre (10) dans la position fermée, une deuxième position, dans laquelle le battant de fenêtre (11) peut pivoter autour d'un premier axe de pivotement (D) par rapport au cadre (10), et une troisième position, dans laquelle le battant de fenêtre (11) peut pivoter autour d'un deuxième axe de pivotement (K), différent du premier axe de pivotement (D), par rapport au cadre, et
    - un dispositif de réglage électromoteur (2), agencé sur le cadre (10), pour le réglage de l'appareil de verrouillage (13),
    le dispositif de réglage (13) comprenant une transmission à levier (20) munie d'un élément levier (200) monté de manière pivotante sur le cadre (10), l'élément levier (200)
    - dans la troisième position de l'appareil de verrouillage (13), étant couplé avec le battant de fenêtre (11) de telle sorte que, par réglage de l'élément levier (200), le battant de fenêtre (11) peut être amené à pivoter autour du deuxième axe de pivotement (K) par rapport au cadre (10),
    - dans la deuxième position de l'appareil de verrouillage (13), l'élément de levier (200) n'étant en revanche pas couplé avec le battant de fenêtre (11), de telle sorte que le battant de fenêtre (10) peut être amené à pivoter indépendamment de l'élément levier (200) autour du premier axe de pivotement (D) par rapport au cadre,
    caractérisée en ce que l'élément levier (200) est monté de manière pivotante sur le cadre (10) à une première extrémité par l'intermédiaire d'un point de montage (202) et porte un tenon de couplage (203) pour le couplage avec le battant de fenêtre (11) à une deuxième extrémité éloignée de la première extrémité,
    le dispositif de réglage (2) comprend un moteur électrique (220), une broche (222) entraînable par le moteur électrique (220) et un écrou de broche (223) se trouvant en prise filetée avec la broche (222), l'écrou de broche (223) étant réglable le long d'une direction de réglage (V) sur la broche (222) par rotation de la broche (222),
    le dispositif de réglage (2) comprend un élément entraîneur (24) agencé de manière coulissante sur le cadre (10), qui est réglable sur le cadre (10) par réglage de l'écrou de broche (223),
    un élément de couplage (21) relié de manière fixe avec l'appareil de verrouillage (13), qui peut être mis en liaison fonctionnelle avec l'élément entraîneur (24) pour le réglage de l'appareil de verrouillage (13),
    l'élément de couplage (21) comprend une fente de couplage (210), avec laquelle l'élément levier (200) peut être mis en prise de couplage pour le couplage dans la troisième position de l'appareil de verrouillage (13).
  2. Fenêtre de bâtiment (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de préhension (12) à actionner manuellement est agencé sur le battant de fenêtre (11), au moyen duquel l'appareil de verrouillage (13) peut être déplacé entre la première position, la deuxième position et la troisième position indépendamment du dispositif de réglage (2).
  3. Fenêtre de bâtiment (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément entraîneur (24) comprend un premier tenon d'entraînement (241) pour la coopération avec l'écrou de broche (223) lors d'un déplacement dans une première direction de déplacement (B1) et un deuxième tenon d'entraînement (242), décalé le long de la direction de réglage (V) par rapport au premier tenon d'entraînement (241), pour la coopération avec l'écrou de broche (223) lors d'un déplacement dans une deuxième direction de déplacement (B2) opposée à la première direction de déplacement (B1).
  4. Fenêtre de bâtiment (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément entraîneur (24) comprend un premier tenon entraîneur (244) pour la coopération avec l'élément de couplage (21) lors d'un déplacement dans une première direction de déplacement (B1) et un deuxième tenon entraîneur (243), décalé le long de la direction de réglage (V) par rapport au premier tenon entraîneur (244), pour la coopération avec l'élément de couplage (21) lors d'un déplacement dans une deuxième direction de déplacement (B2) opposée à la première direction de déplacement (B1).
  5. Fenêtre de bâtiment (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la transmission à levier (20) comprend un levier de réglage (201) relié de manière pivotante avec l'élément levier (200), actionnable par réglage de l'élément entraîneur (24) pour le pivotement de l'élément levier (200) par rapport au cadre (10).
  6. Fenêtre de bâtiment (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de réglage (2) comprend un appareil de préhension (25) pour l'établissement d'une liaison fonctionnelle entre l'élément entraîneur (24) et le levier de réglage (201).
  7. Fenêtre de bâtiment (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'appareil de préhension (25) comprend une pince de préhension (252) pour la préhension d'un tenon (206) relié avec le levier de réglage (201).
  8. Fenêtre de bâtiment (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la pince de préhension (252) peut être mise en prise avec le tenon (206) pour l'établissement de la liaison fonctionnelle entre l'élément entraîneur (24) et le levier de réglage (201) et peut être détachée du tenon (206) pour le détachement de la liaison fonctionnelle.
  9. Fenêtre de bâtiment (1) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que l'appareil de préhension (25) comprend un élément barre (250), sur lequel la pince de préhension (252) est agencée et qui est coulissant par rapport à l'élément entraîneur (24).
  10. Fenêtre de bâtiment (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par un appareil d'arrêt (26) pour l'arrêt de l'élément levier (200) par rapport au cadre (10) au moins dans la deuxième position de l'appareil de verrouillage (13).
