Claims (23)

  1. Musical watch case (100) including at least one cover assembly (1), which includes on the one hand a bezel (2), and on the other at least one crystal (3) or one case back (5), a casing ring (4), a case middle (10) which has a first surface (11) for receiving and supporting said cover assembly (1) and a median surface (14) for receiving and supporting said casing ring (4), said case (100) including at least one gong (6) integral with said case middle (10) and including a resonant part distinct from the walls of said case middle (10), wherein said case middle (10) supports said cover assembly (1) via at least one lug (7) comprised in said bezel (2) or said case middle (10) and which is arranged to allow said cover assembly (1) to vibrate and radiate at frequencies comprised between 4 kHz and 6 kHz, each said lug (7) being distinct from every other said lug (7) and having no contact with any other said lug (7), and wherein said at least one lug (7) includes, at a solid distal end (71), at least one support surface (72) arranged to cooperate in abutment with said case middle (10 ) or respectively said bezel (2), and securing means (73) arranged to rigidly secure said at least one lug (7) via its said at least one support surface (72) resting or compressed on said case middle (10) or respectively said bezel (2), said each said lug (7) including, between said case middle (10) and said bezel (2), a thin, elastic median strip (74), more flexible than said solid distal end (71), and whose thickness is smaller than the smallest cross-section of each said gong (6), and where said case middle (10) includes at least one substantially annular, peripheral wall (16) defining an inner chamber (17) extending around said casing ring (4), and where said case (100) includes, at a distance from said median support surface (14) for said casing ring (4) on said case middle (10), at least a first substantially ring-shaped silent-block gasket (91) arranged to limit the transfer of vibrations between an operating musical movement or striking work and the external parts of said case (100) and to decrease unwanted noise without hampering the vibration of each said gong (6).
  2. Case (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that said lugs (7) form, with at least one sealing gasket (102), the only direct contacts between said bezel (2) and said case middle (10).
  3. Case (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that said lugs (7) form the only direct contacts between said bezel (2) and said case middle (10).
  4. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that each lug (7) extends in an angular sector with a central angle (α) less than 45° relative to the centre of said case (100).
  5. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said case middle (10) forms a back cover of said case (100), or has a second surface (15) for receiving and supporting a back cover (5) when said cover assembly (1) does not include a back cover.
  6. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that said case middle (10) or said cover assembly (1) supports or includes a transparent back cover (5).
  7. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said thin, elastic, median strip (74) has a thickness that is smaller than the smallest thickness of said case middle (10) and is smaller than the smallest thickness of said bezel (2).
  8. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that said case (100) includes said lugs (7) inside said inner chamber (17).
  9. Case (100) according to claim 8, characterized in that all of said lugs (7) of said case (100) are inside said inner chamber (17).
  10. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that said casing ring (4) is arranged to support a timepiece movement and/or a timepiece mechanism, and in that said case (100) includes lugs (7) outside said case middle (10), towards the edge of said case (100), on the opposite side to said inner chamber (17) relative to said case middle (10).
  11. Case (100) according to claim 10, characterized in that all of said lugs (7) of said case (100) are outside said case middle (10), towards the edge of said case (100), on the opposite side to said inner chamber (17) relative to said case middle (10).
  12. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that saidcase includes a plurality of said lugs (7), the directions of all of said thin, elastic, substantially rectilinear strips (74) have a same inclination relative to a same central reference axis.
  13. Case (100) according to claim 12, characterized in that all of said thin, elastic, substantially rectilinear median strips (74) are arranged on a same surface of revolution around said same central reference axis.
  14. Case (100) according to claim 13, characterized in that said surface of revolution is a cone.
  15. Case (100) according to claim 13, characterized in that said surface of revolution is a cylinder.
  16. Case (100) according to claim 12, characterized in that all of said thin, elastic, substantially rectilinear median strips (74) are arranged in a same plane or parallel to a same plane.
  17. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 16, characterized in that said case middle (10) includes, around said substantially annular, peripheral wall (16) defining an inner chamber (17) extending around said casing ring (4), and around all of said lugs (7) comprised in said case (100), a resonator ring (8) placed on said case middle (10) or forming a lip of said case middle (10), said resonator ring (8) being distant at all points from said bezel (2) and from said lugs (7), and forming with said peripheral wall (16) an outer radiating cavity (18).
  18. Case (100) according to claim 17, characterized in that said resonator ring (8) is of smaller thickness than that of each said lug (7), and is made of an alloy of gold and/or of platinum and/or of titanium.
  19. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 18, characterized in that said case (100) includes, on said median support surface (14) for said casing ring (4) on said case middle (10), and between said casing ring (4) and said case middle (10), at least a second substantially ring-shaped silent-block gasket (92) arranged to limit the transfer of vibrations between an operating musical movement or striking work and the external parts of said case (100) and to decrease unwanted noise without hampering the vibration of each said gong (6).
  20. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 19, characterized in that said case middle (10) is made in one piece with at least one said gong (6).
  21. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 20, characterized in that at least one said gong (6) is added and secured to said case middle (10).
  22. Case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 21, characterized in that said case middle (10) is made of gold and/or platinum and/or titanium alloy.
  23. Musical watch (1000) comprising a striking mechanism (2000) and/or an alarm mechanism (3000) and/or a music box mechanism and comprising a case (100) according to any of claims 1 to 22.
