Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif pour le placement et l'extraction de chaussettes sur des/à partir de formes de chaussette comprenant
    une structure (1) ;
    un guide (2), fixé à la structure (1), grâce auquel un ensemble de formes de chaussette (3) se déplace ;
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un système comprenant
    un ensemble de cônes cylindriques (5) ;
    un ensemble de bandes transporteuses (6) et
    un ensemble d'éléments d'aspiration (12) et
    en ce que les formes de chaussette (3) peuvent être positionnées verticalement le long du guide (2) et peuvent être transportées par le guide (2) jusqu'à ce qu'elles puissent être positionnées horizontalement au moyen d'une première came (4) ; et
    en ce qu'une paire de l'ensemble desdits cônes cylindriques (5) est positionnée dans une zone correspondant au centre du talon de la chaussette et peuvent être fermés contre la forme de chaussette (3) de manière à obtenir une pression sur le tissu de la chaussette en cette position par un mouvement vertical ;
    en ce que chaque forme de chaussette (3) peut être positionnée entre une paire de bandes transporteuses de l'ensemble desdites bandes transporteuses (6) et la paire de cônes (5) et en ce que l'action est commandée par un cylindre pneumatique (11) pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de ladite paire de cônes (5) et un cylindre pneumatique (17) pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de la paire de bandes (6) respectivement.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux roulements, un roulement fixe interne (7) et un roulement mobile externe (8) tendu par un ressort (9) sur la base de chaque forme de chaussette (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cônes (5) ont un canal en spirale et en ce que ledit canal contient un cordon en caoutchouc (10).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les cônes (5) sont configurés pour fonctionner avec des vitesses programmées indépendantes et différentes grâce à un paramétrage.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bandes transporteuses (6) sont configurées pour se déplacer simultanément et en parallèle avec les mouvements de rotation effectués par l'ensemble de cônes (5).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les bandes transporteuses (6) sont configurées pour fonctionner avec des vitesses programmées indépendantes et pour être fermées par des mouvements pneumatiques contre la forme de chaussette (3) en exerçant une pression sur celle-ci et sur le tissu de la chaussette.
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une bande transporteuse à lattes (14) sur laquelle les chaussettes sont déposées et qui est configurée pour les positionner afin de permettre à l'ensemble d'éléments d'aspiration (12) de fontionner.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble d'éléments d'aspiration (12) sont entraînés au moyen d'un bras (15).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une autre bande transporteuse (16) et une table de support, dans lequel le bras (15) est configuré pour déplacer les éléments d'aspiration (12) avec les chaussettes et les déposer sur l'autre bande transporteuse (16) menant à la table de support.
  10. Dispositif selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un pivotement de 90° vers le haut à partir de la position horizontale de départ des formes de chaussette {3), au moyen d'une deuxième came (13).
  11. Dispositif selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la réalisation de tous les mouvements en synchronisme est effectuée par un dispositif de commande.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande permet l'enregistrement de paramètres, en particulier : la pression sur le tissu ; les vitesses individuelles et la synchronisation des cônes cylindriques (5) et des bandes transporteuses (6) ; le synchronisme entre le bras (15), la bande transporteuse à lattes (14) et les éléments d'aspiration (12).
  13. Procédé pour le placement et l'extraction de chaussettes sur des/à partir de formes de chaussette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, comprenant les étapes :
    du guidage d'un ensemble de formes de chaussette verticales (3) avec des chaussettes dessus le long du guide (2), du positionnement de chaque forme de chaussette orientée verticalement (3) horizontalement entre la paire de cônes (5) et la paire de bandes transporteuses (6), respectivement, la fermeture de la paire de cônes (3) et de la paire de courroies transporteuses (6) pour chaque forme de chaussette (3) pour exercer une pression sur la chaussette sur la forme de chaussette (3) respectivement, de l'entraînement en rotation des cônes (5) et des bandes transporteuses (6) en extrayant ainsi les chaussettes des formes de chaussette (3), dans lequel le positionnement des cônes (5) est orienté de sorte que le diamètre plus grand du cône (5) agisse sur le côté externe du talon de la chaussette et que le diamètre plus petit du cône (5) agisse sur le côté interne de la chaussette.
  14. Procédé pour le placement et l'extraction de chaussettes sur des/à partir de formes de chaussette dans un dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'un rapport des diamètres des cônes (5), à savoir un diamètre plus grand et un diamètre plus petit, est prévu en fonction de la plus grande quantité de tissu présente sur le côté externe du talon de la chaussette.
  15. Procédé pour le placement et l'extraction de chaussettes sur des/à partir de formes de chaussette selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'extraction de la chaussette est effectuée en réalisant un mouvement de rotation non rectiligne dans le talon de ladite chaussette.
  16. Procédé pour le placement et l'extraction de chaussettes sur des/à partir de formes de chaussette selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'une extraction plus importante du tissu se produit sur le côté externe du talon de la chaussette, via le diamètre plus grand du cône (5) positionné dans cette zone, et une extraction moindre du tissu se produit du côté du cou-de-pied, au moyen du diamètre plus petit du cône (5) positionné dans cette zone.
  17. Procédé pour le placement et l'extraction de chaussettes sur des/à partir de formes de chaussette selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'extraction des chaussettes commence par le mouvement d'extraction du talon en passant par le mouvement de rotation des cônes (5) et se termine par le mouvement des bandes transporteuses (6) pour une extraction totale.
