Diese Maßnahme stellt zum einen eine Verstärkung der Abdeckung im Bereich der Verrastung durch die vom Rastelement ausgehenden Wandungen und damit eine symmetrischere Ableitung der auftretenden Kräfte beim Fügen/Trennen der Bauteile bereit. In der beschriebenen Ausführungsform setzen an den beiden Längsenden des jeweiligen Rastelements 64 Wandungen 66a, b an, die sich nach außen und in der Darstellung der Figur 2c nach unten bis auf einen sich von der jeweiligen Feder 5a, b erstreckenden Quersteg 68 erstrecken. An der Außenseite den äußeren Nutwänden 15, 17 sind als Führungshilfen wirkende Markierungsrippen 23a, b vorgesehen, welche jeweils einen an der Rückseite der äußeren Nutwand 15, 17 angeordneten Rasthaken 20 markieren. Bei der Weiterbewegung der Abdeckung auf das Gehäuse zu gleiten die Flächen 21, 65 so lange aufeinander und schwenken die äußere Nutwände 15, 17 elastisch nach außen, bis die Rastfläche 22 der Rasthaken 20 die Rastfläche 70 der zugeordneten Rasthaken 64 erreicht und die äußeren Nutwände 15, 17 nach innen schwenken, wodurch zugeordnete Rastflächen 22, 70 zur Anlage kommen und damit die Abdeckung mit dem Gehäuse verrastet ist, siehe Fig. 4. Dabei ragt die Feder 55a, b mit dem Dichtungssteg 67 in das Dichtungsmaterial hinein. Ausweislich der Figur 5 sind die Seitenflansche 33a, b im verrasteten Zustand der Abdeckung 50 mit dem Gehäuse 10 zur inneren Nutwand 14, 16 ausgerichtet. Claims (8)

  1. Luminaire (1), in particular damp-proof luminaire, comprising an oblong housing (10), a gear tray (30) that carries a multitude of semiconductor light sources as well as a trough-shaped optical covering (50) with longitudinal legs (51a, b) that define an opening of the cover, wherein the gear tray is snapped on the cover and the cover (50) and the housing (10) have a tongue and groove joint (13a, 55a; 13b, 55a), characterized in that the tongue and groove joint (13a, 55a; 13b, 55a) is designed with corresponding snap-in elements (20, 64) for snapping the cover (50) with the housing (10), wherein the snap-in tongue and groove joint (13a, 55a; 13b, 55a) can be released without any tool and that snap-in elements (64) of the cover have walls (66b, 66a) that are attached respectively at their both longitudinal ends and that extend on a cross web (68) of the respective longitudinal leg (51a, b) for configuring a recess (69) for a respectively associated snap-in element (20) of the housing (10).
  2. Luminaire (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing is designed with an approximately U-shaped cross-section with spaced legs (12a, b) that define an opening of the housing, at the free end section of which a receiving groove (13a, 13b) is respectively configured with groove walls (14, 15; 16, 17) that are spaced in the transverse direction of the luminaire (1), wherein the outer groove wall (15, 17) projects over the height of the inner groove wall (14, 16) and has, on its inner side, snap-in elements (20) that are spaced in longitudinal direction for snapping-in with associated snap-in elements (64) of the cover (50) and wherein the outer groove wall (15, 17) extends with a uniform height over the length of the housing (10).
  3. Luminaire (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that corresponding snap-in elements (20, 64) of the groove and tongue joint (13a, 55a; 13b, 55a) are covered by the outer groove wall (15, 17) of the housing.
  4. Luminaire (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that respective snap-in surfaces (21) of the snap-in elements (20) of the housing are placed in direction of the cover (50) below the free end of the inner groove wall (14, 16) of the housing (10).
  5. Luminaire (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that longitudinal legs (51a, b) of the optical cover (50) are configured in their respective end area as tongues (55a, b) that have on the outer side a multitude of spaced snap-in elements (64) that cooperate with the snap-in elements (20) of the housing (10), wherein the snap-in elements (64) of the cover comprise a guide surface (65) that extends obliquely to the tongue (55a, b) and a snap-in surface (70) that extends approximately perpendicularly to the tongue (55a, b).
  6. Luminaire (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that the tongues (55a, b) of the optical cover (50) have on the inner side a multitude of assembly ribs (60) spaced in longitudinal direction and that extend inwards and in direction of the foot of the cover for supporting on the inner groove wall (14, 16) of the housing (10).
  7. Luminaire (1) according to one of the claims 5 or 6, characterized in that the tongues (55a, b) of the cover (50) have at their free end a sealing web (67) that merges on its outer side into an oblique surface (65) of a snap-in element (64) and to which the assembly rib (60, ....60) is attached.
  8. Luminaire (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that an associated haptic and/or optical marking (23a, b) is designed on the outer side of the outer groove wall (15, 17) in the longitudinal area of a snap-in element (20) placed on the inner side of the outer groove wall.
