Definitions

  • the invention relates to a basket for wringing the mops of a mop with flexible and absorbent mops for washing floors like a mop.
  • the invention extends to a wringer comprising such a basket and means for fixing to a bucket.
  • the invention extends to a wringing device comprising a bucket with which such a wringer is assembled.
  • Numerous devices are known for wiping the flexible and absorbent fringes of a mop. Some of these wringing devices are suitable for wringing fringes soaked in a liquid by compressing these fringes. To do this, these devices generally include a wringing basket having a perforated wall defining a receiving cavity for the fringes of the mop, the receiving cavity extending from a main opening of the basket allowing the fringes to pass through and through. out of said receiving cavity. A user can then exert a force on the mop towards the perforated wall of the wringing basket so that its fringes are compressed against the perforated wall of the wringing basket so as to wring out the fringes of the mop. The wringing of fringes by such wringing devices is therefore difficult, exhausting and requires dexterity on the part of the user.
  • a wiper device according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from CN-A-103815850 .
  • US 2012/0192373 provides a wringing device comprising a bucket and a wringing basket, part of a bottom of the bucket being raised to serve as a support for the wringing basket.
  • a wiping device is adapted to cooperate with a mop head which can be driven in rotation by a rotary impulse exerted by a handle of the mop, in particular by means of a worm device placed in the handle of the mop. fringes as proposed by US 8,959,697 .
  • the raised part of the bottom of the bucket further comprises a bearing for guiding the spin basket in rotation when the head of the mop is placed in the spin basket and a rotating impulse is exerted by the mop handle. with fringes so as to train rotating the mop head.
  • Other wringing devices such as the one proposed by US 2012/0047675 , are adapted to drive a spin basket from a pedal assembled to the bucket of the spin device.
  • the wringing basket of wringing devices suitable for wringing fringes by centrifugal effect comprises a means for fixing and locking a head of a mop comprising fixing means combined with the fixing means and for locking the spin basket.
  • fixing means make it possible to facilitate the driving in rotation of the head of the mop so as to simplify the wringing of its mops.
  • a wringing basket is then only dedicated to operate with mop brooms comprising fixing means combined with the means for fixing and locking the wringing basket. It is therefore not possible for a user to use a mop head with a wringing basket when this mop head and this wringing basket have not been designed to work together.
  • the wiping of the mops of a mop by such wiping devices is generally relatively long and requires a prolonged effort from the user.
  • the invention aims to overcome these drawbacks.
  • the invention therefore aims to provide a wiping device suitable for operating with any type of broom with flexible and absorbent mops, that is to say with any shape of mop head, with any type of mop (bands). or fibers, cotton or fabrics, synthetic or natural, of different length and thickness), with broom heads whether or not guided in rotation with respect to a mop handle ...
  • the invention also aims to provide such a wiping device optimizing the wringing of the fringes and allowing rapid and easy wringing for a user.
  • the invention aims in particular to provide a wringing basket suitable for wringing any type of mop.
  • the protuberance of a basket according to the invention being located opposite the main opening, and therefore at the bottom of the receiving cavity, and extending towards the main opening, allows, by raising at least part of the fringes along the lateral peripheral part of the receiving cavity, to compress the fringes and wring them out when a downward vertical pressing force is exerted by the broom against the bottom of the receiving cavity while the fringes are inserted into the receiving cavity.
  • a wringing basket according to the invention makes it possible to wring out flexible and absorbent fringes of any nature and / or of all dimensions.
  • the fringes can be bands or fibers, cotton or fabrics, synthetic or natural, of different length and thickness.
  • a wringing basket according to the invention is also suitable for wringing fringes carried by a mop head of any kind and / or of any shape and / or of any size, provided that this mop head is suitable. to be able to pass, with the fringes, through the main opening. It may in particular be both a broom head adapted to be driven in rotation, and a broom head fixed relative to the handle of the broom.
  • the protuberance can be formed either as a single piece with a perforated wall of the basket delimiting the bottom of the receiving cavity, or on the contrary of a piece attached to this perforated wall at the bottom of the basket. the receiving cavity.
  • the protuberance is formed by the perforated wall, which is advantageously a part of molded synthetic material.
  • the protuberance may or may not be perforated; equipped or not with through lights; formed as a single continuous block of material or of several disjointed sections or parts.
  • the protuberance has sides inclined relative to an axis, called the longitudinal axis, of the receiving cavity passing through the main opening and through the protuberance, said inclined sides being moving closer to the longitudinal axis towards the main opening.

  • the protuberance can be qualified as a central protuberance.
  • the inclined sides are symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis. They may in particular be symmetrical in revolution around the longitudinal axis (said trace being a circle).
  • the protuberance has a shape such that it is contained in a theoretical envelope surface symmetrical in revolution about the longitudinal axis.
  • the protuberance is symmetrical in revolution about the longitudinal axis.

  • the protuberance is not itself symmetrical in revolution about the longitudinal axis. It is for example in the shape of a pyramid or a truncated pyramid.
  • Any (theoretical) plane radial to the longitudinal axis containing the longitudinal axis intersects each of these two curves at a point of intersection. It is therefore possible to define a straight line passing through these two points of intersection, as well as the angle formed between this straight line and the longitudinal axis. This angle represents the inclination of the inclined sides relative to the longitudinal axis.
  • the protuberance has a flat or convex top (seen from the inside of the receiving cavity).
  • the inclined sides meet at the same vertex (plane or convex) of the protuberance.

  • the confinement narrowing allows confinement of the fringes of a mop in the receiving cavity between the narrowing and said bottom of the receiving cavity.
  • the central protuberance makes it possible, by causing at least part of the fringes to rise along the lateral peripheral part of the receiving cavity, to bring the fringes towards the confinement constriction which flaps them into the receiving cavity.
  • the combination of the central protuberance and the confinement narrowing makes it possible to improve the confinement of the fringes in the receiving cavity and therefore to improve the dewatering of the fringes.

  • the basket comprises a plurality of confinement tabs forming said confinement constriction of the receiving cavity and being uniformly and regularly distributed around the receiving cavity.
  • each containment tab extends projecting from a lateral part, delimiting the lateral part of the receiving cavity, from the perforated wall towards the longitudinal axis.
