下面通过实施例, 并结合附图 1至 14, 对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步 具体的说明。
实施例: 如图 1、 图 3所示的机洗拖把, 由拖把柄 1和连接头 2及布条 3构成。 布条 3固定在连接头 2上组成拖把头, 拖把头装上拖把柄 1组成拖把, 可进行拖地工 作。 拖把柄 1和连接头 2可以拆装, 拖把柄 1作用是供使用者手持使用拖把。 为方便使用, 也可将拖把柄做成可调整长度的伸缩式。 连接头 2 的上端可与拖 把柄 1连接的孔或轴结构, 连接头 2下端为孔结构, 下端可与拖把漂洗机上的 凸柄 6连接, 连接头 2起固定布条 3的作用, 布条 3起擦洗地面的作用。
本实施例中连接头 2与拖把柄 1或凸柄 6的连接采用无键连接中的六角形 型面连接, 连接头 2与拖把柄 1或凸柄 6的连接配合是间隙配合。 如图 4-图 13 所示, 连接头 2与拖把柄 1之间使用凹槽 21与弹珠配合固定的方法进行辅助固 定, 弹珠数量可以是一个及一个以上。
作为优选, 连接头 2与拖把柄 1或凸柄 6的连接可以是多边形或花键结构, 还可以是有键连接、 销连接或螺紋连接。
作为优选, 连接头 (2 ) 连接的连接部轴孔为通孔, 轴孔直径、 截面形状及 设置在连接部上的弹性钢珠 (23 ) 或环形槽 (21 ) 在使用拖把拖地时可以与拖 把柄 (1 ) 配合连接, 在使用拖把漂洗机清洗时可以与凸柄 (6 ) 配合连接。
作为优选, 连接头 2可以使用滚珠 24与凹槽 21配合, 连接头 2外面有滑 套 25, 滑套往上移动可使滚珠 24处于活动状态, 滑套 25向上移动后滚珠 24可 向外侧空间避让, 处于活动状态, 此时拖把柄 1或凸柄 6可在连接头 2 内来回 移动, 拖把柄 1或凸柄 6与连接头 2安装到位后滑套 25向下移动, 此时滚珠 24 卡在凹槽 21内, 外侧无空间避让, 处于锁定状态, 限制拖把柄 1或凸柄 6的移 动, 以进行辅助固定工作。 在方便拖把头和拖把柄拆装的同时避免使用拖把时 拖把头掉落, 滚珠数量可以是一个及一个以上。
如图 2所示,本实用新型中的拖把漂洗脱水机主要由控制面板 4、 程序控制 器 5、 凸柄 6、 上盖 7、 喷淋口 8、 进水管 10、 进水阀 9、 电源线 11、 密封环 12、 外桶 14、 电源线 15、 排水口 16、 电机 18、 安全开关 19组成。 控制面板 4起开 关电源及选择洗涤模式的作用, 程序控制器 5 可控制进水阀和电机的动作。 凸 柄 6固定在外桶 14中间, 凸柄 6可与拖把连接头 2下端的孔连接, 有固定拖把 头及向拖把头传递扭矩的作用, 凸柄 6上安装弹珠 23以限制拖把头上下运动。
作为优选, 凸柄 6与拖把连接头 2 的连接可以是多边形或花键结构, 还可 以是有键连接、 销连接及螺紋连接。 作为优选, 电机 18输出轴和凸柄 6可以是整体结构, 这样电机 18输出轴 可替代凸柄 6来使用。
上盖 7与外桶 14用铰链连接可开合, 漂洗机工作时上盖起挡水和安全保护 作用。 喷淋口 8起引导水流的作用。 进水阀 9与进水管 10连接, 可在程序控制 器控制下打开或关闭水源。 进水管 10可连接水龙头向漂洗机提供水源。 电源线 11可连接电源插座向漂洗机提供电源。 密封环 12装在上盖上, 在上盖关闭时与 外桶 14上口贴合起防水作用。 密封圈 13装在电机输出轴和外桶 14之间起防水 作用。 外桶 14固定在底座 17上, 外桶 14是方形桶状, 也可以是圆形桶状。 外 桶 14顶部有上盖 7, 外桶 14和电机 18固定连接起固定电机的作用, 外桶 14起 收集污水并利用重力将污水通过连接在外桶 14底部的排水口 16排出机外的作 用。
外桶 14的底部中间部分凸起, 凸起部分的空间用于安装电机以节省电机占 用的空间, 同时由于外桶 14和电机轴需密封防水的部分被抬高, 增加密封的可 靠度, 外桶 4的底部也可以是平底或凹底。 外桶 14可以用塑料或金属制作, 也 可以用陶瓷制作, 用陶瓷制作外桶 14比较耐用而且可以增加漂洗机的自重, 使 漂洗机运行时稳定度更高噪音更小。 外桶 14内壁可以是光滑的, 光滑的内壁可 以减轻电机运行时的负载并减少拖把布的磨损, 外桶 14内壁也可以有凸筋或凸 点, 以增加对拖把布的摩擦提高清洗效果。 电机电源线 15经外桶 14外部连接 到电机上。 底座 17上可安装外桶 14, 起固定支撑外桶 14的作用, 底座 17可以 用支脚替代。
电机 18安装在外桶 14下面, 电机输出轴从外桶 14底部中间穿过并高出, 电机输出轴与外桶 14为可转动的密封 (13 ) 连接。 电机 18轴和凸柄 6固定连 接, 电机 18启动时电机输出轴带动凸柄 6和拖把头一起转动, 为洗涤和脱水工 作提供动力。 电机 18可附带刹车功能。
作为改进, 电机 18与凸柄 6之间可通过皮带轮 31或离合器 29, (见图 14 ) 凸柄 6装在皮带轮 31或离合器 29输出轴上, 也可以由皮带轮 31或离合器 29 的输出轴高出外桶 14底部的部分作为凸柄。
安全开关 19装在上盖 7铰链旁, 在机器运行时打开上盖 7会触动开盖安全 开关 19启动切断电机电源, 起安全保护作用。
作为改进,拖把漂洗机可加装内桶 20, (见图 3 )内桶 20位于外桶 14里面, 固定连接在电机 18输出轴上, 也可以固定在皮带轮 31或离合器 29输出轴上, 内桶 20边壁上分布有排水孔和凸筋, 漂洗机工作时排水孔可排出污水, 凸筋与 拖把布条 3摩擦起清洗作用。 凸柄 6装在内桶 20 的中间, 也可以由皮带轮 31 或离合器 29 的输出轴高出内桶底部的部分作为凸柄。 内桶 20 的底部中间部分 凸起, 抬高了凸柄 6 的位置, 方便取放拖把头, 同时降低漂洗机的整体高度, 减少漂洗机的安装使用空间。 内桶 20也可以是平底或凹底, 内桶 20在电机 18 的驱动下可漂洗和甩干拖把头。
作为改进, 如图 14所示, 漂洗机可以加装外壳、 洗涤剂添加口 26、 平衡环 27、 减震吊杆 28、 离合器 29中的一项或数项, 以适应不同的需求。 上述装置在 洗衣机制造中被大量使用, 所以实现起来不会有太大难度。 洗涤剂添加口 26在 漂洗机上方, 拖把漂洗机漂洗拖把时可从洗涤剂添加口添加洗涤剂, 添加的洗 涤剂与进水阀出来的水混合从喷淋口淋到拖把布条上, 增加拖把漂洗机去污效 果。 平衡环 27为密封的空心圆环状, 安装在内桶 20上面, 空心圆环内的液体 在内桶 20旋转时可利用离心力纠正内桶 20 因负荷不均产生的偏移, 起平衡负 荷的作用。 减震吊杆 28—共有 4根, 上端吊装在漂洗机外壳的 4个角上, 下端 与外桶 14连接并将外桶 14悬吊起来, 吊杆上有空气阻尼, 起减震作用, 离合 器 29安装在外桶 14底下, 离合器 29下端有皮带轮 31与电机 18皮带轮连接, 离合器 29上端的输出轴与漂洗机内桶 20或凸柄 6连接, 起传递动力, 调节转 速和保护电机的作用。 皮带 30和皮带轮 31起传递扭矩的作用。
拖把漂洗机漂洗和脱水过程如下:将拖把漂洗机的电源线 11接通电源插座, 进水阀 9连接水源, 排水口 16连接下水管。 拆下机洗拖把 (拖把柄 1连接头 2 布条 3 ) 的拖把柄 1, 利用连接头 2下端的孔将拖把头 (连接头 2布条 3 ) 与拖 把漂洗机的凸柄 6连接, 然后盖上拖把漂洗机上盖 7, 从控制面板 4启动拖把漂 洗机。
拖把漂洗机启动后电机 18带动凸柄 6和拖把头 (连接头 2布条 3 ) 开始正 转→停止→反转→停止→正转的循环动作, 同时进水阀 9打开, 水流经喷淋口 8 均勾的洒在布条 3上,拖把漂洗机进入漂洗状态。 (漂洗时漂洗机电机也可以不 进行正反转切换只进行单向运行, 以降低对电机的损耗)。 此时固定在凸柄 6上 的拖把头 (连接头 2布条 3 ) 随凸柄 6—起往复旋转, 由于惯性的作用, 布条 3 在桶体内来回甩动, 布条 3 与桶体产生摩擦, 布条与布条之间产生摩擦, 加上 喷淋口 8喷出水流的冲刷, 布条 3得到清洗。 污水在重力的作用下从装在外桶 14的排水口 16排出机外。
一定时间后进水阀 9关闭, 同时电机 18开始单向加速旋转, 拖把漂洗机进 入脱水状态。 持续一定时间后电源关闭, 脱水停止, 漂洗和脱水工作完成, 此 时可打开上盖 7取出拖把头 (连接头 2布条 3 )。
一只拖把柄 1可以配备两只或两只以上的拖把头 (连接头 2布条 3 ), 此时 可将另一只拖把头 (连接头 2布条 3 ) 装入拖把漂洗机进行漂洗和甩干, 在洗好 的拖把头 (连接头 2布条 3 ) 上安装拖把柄 1进行清洁工作。 等到刚洗净的拖把 头 (连接头 2布条 3 ) 需再次洗涤时, 拖把漂洗机里的另一只拖把头 (连接头 2 布条 3 ) 已完成或即将完成洗涤, 节省了等待时间, 提高了工作效率。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种拖把漂洗机, 包含有控制器 (5), 上盖 (7), 喷淋口 (8), 进水阀 (9), 桶体, 排水口 (16), 电机 (18), 其特征在于: 所述电机 (18) 安装于 桶体下面, 所述电机 (18) 的输出轴穿过桶体底部, 电机 (18) 输出轴与桶体 之间为可转动的密封 (13) 连接, 在所述输出轴上设有拖把头固定结构。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的拖把漂洗机, 其特征在于: 所述拖把头固定结构 为凸柄 (6), 凸柄 (6) 为多边形或花键结构。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的拖把漂洗机, 其特征在于: 所述电机 (18) 输出 轴上端的横截面为多边形或花键结构。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的拖把漂洗机, 其特征在于: 所述凸柄 (6) 的侧 面布置有一个及以上带弹性的钢珠 (23) 或与凸柄的轴线垂直的环形槽 (21)。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的拖把漂洗机,其特征在于:所述桶体包括内桶(20) 与外桶(14), 所述内桶(20)为旋转桶, 内桶周壁上分布若干凸筋和排水小孔。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的拖把漂洗机, 其特征在于: 所述漂洗机内安装有 洗涤剂添加口、 平衡环、 减震吊杆 (28) 、 离合器 (29) 中的一项或数项。
7、 一种与权利要求 1所述的拖把漂洗机配套的机洗拖把, 由拖把柄 (1)、 连接头 (2)、 布条 (3) 组合而成; 所述连接头 (2) 的一端与拖把柄 (1) 相连, 所述的连接为可拆卸连接; 连接头 (2) 的另一端的周边连接有布条 (3), 其特 征在于: 所述连接头 (2) 的上端为与拖把柄 (1) 相配合的孔或轴结构, 下面 为与拖把漂洗机的凸柄 (6) 相配合的内孔结构。
8、 一种与权利要求 7所述的拖把漂洗机配套的机洗拖把, 其特征在于: 所 述连接头 (2) 连接的连接部轴孔为通孔, 轴孔直径、 截面形状及设置在连接部 上的弹性钢珠 (23) 或环形槽 (21) 即可以与拖把柄 (1) 也可以与凸柄 (6) 相配合。
9、 一种与权利要求 7所述的拖把漂洗机配套的机洗拖把, 其特征在于: 所 述连接头 (2) 的内孔开有环形槽 (21), 所述环形槽与拖把柄或凸柄上的弹性 钢珠相配合; 所述连接头与布条相配合部为向外扩张, 扩张部的侧面开有环形 槽。
10、 一种与权利要求 7 所述的拖把漂洗机配套的机洗拖把, 其特征在于: 所述连接头的内孔装有 1粒以上滚珠(24), 所述滚珠与拖把柄(1)或凸柄(6) 上的环形槽 (21) 相配合; 所述连接头 (2) 的外面套有滑套 (25), 所述滑套 权 利 要 求 书
