Claims (10)

  1. Modularsystem zum Bauen von Einzelhandelpräsentationsstrukturen (60, 70, 80, 85, 90), das drei Basiskomponenten umfasst:
    - eine vertikale Stütze (1A, 1B);
    - ein Querstück (2);
    - einen Längsbalken (3),
    wobei eine Mehrzahl der Komponenten zusammengefügt wird, um eine Trägerstruktur zu erzeugen,
    wobei die drei Komponenten (1, 2, 3) in zerlegbarer Weise in Entsprechung jeder Winkelfläche zusammengefügt werden, um eine obere Ebene zu bilden, so dass keine Komponente in Bezug auf die anderen zwei vorspringt, wobei:
    die drei Komponenten (1, 2, 3) in Kombination mit einem wechselseitigen Hakenmittel vorgesehen sind und wobei jede der drei Komponenten in einem verbundenen Zustand parallel zu einer Richtung von drei Richtungen senkrecht zueinander ausgefluchtet ist, während:
    - das vertikale Stützelement (1) auf zumindest einer seiner Seiten mit einer Reihe von Paaren von Schlitzen (10) versehen ist, die mit gleichem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Seite parallel zu der Längsachse des Längsbalkens verläuft;
    - der Längsbalken (3) an jedem Ende mit einem Flügelteil (35) versehen ist, wobei die Längsachse des Flügelteils senkrecht zu der Längsachse des Längsbalkens selbst ausgerichtet ist, wobei sich das Flügelteil in dem verbundenen Zustand parallel zu der Achse der vertikalen Stütze (1) erstreckt, und mit zumindest zwei Haken (36, 37, 38) versehen ist, die in einer Richtung parallel zu den Schlitzreihen (10) auf der senkrechten Stütze miteinander ausgefluchtet sind und mit zumindest zwei Schlitzen zumindest einer Reihe von Schlitzen in Eingriff stehen;
    - die Haken (36, 37, 38) und die Schlitze (10) jeweils von der Oberseite der senkrechten Stütze und von der Oberseite des Längsbalkens beabstandet sind, so dass die Oberseite des Längsbalkens in dem verbundenen Zustand in Bezug auf die Oberseite der senkrechten Stütze coplanar verläuft; und
    - sich das Querstück (2), wenn es mit der senkrechten Stütze (1) zusammengefügt ist, mit seiner Längsachse senkrecht zu der Seite der senkrechten Stütze verläuft, die mit Schlitzreihen versehen ist;
    - das Querstück (2) an seinen Enden mit zwei Erweiterungen (25, 25A) versehen ist, die sich parallel zu den Schlitzreihen oder zu der Längsachse der senkrechten Stütze erstrecken;
    - jede Erweiterung (25, 25A) zumindest zwei Paare von Verbindungszähnen (26, 27, 28; 26A, 27A, 28A) trägt, die in der Richtung einer Reihe von Schlitzen (10) ausgefluchtet sind und mit zumindest zwei Schlitzen einer Schlitzreihe zusammenfallen;
    - die Zähne (26, 27, 28; 26A, 27A, 28A) von der Oberseite des Querstücks (2, 2A) so beabstandet sind, dass
    - in dem verbundenen Zustand - die Oberseite des Querstücks in Bezug auf die Oberseite der senkrechten Stütze (1) coplanar verläuft und in Bezug auf die Oberseite des Längsbalkens (3) und der senkrechten Stütze (1) coplanar verläuft;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die Erweiterungen (25, 25A) des Querstücks (2, 2A) mit zumindest zwei Reihen von Zähnen (26, 27, 28; 26A, 27A, 28A) versehen sind, die zwei Reihen von parallelen Zähnen bilden und mit den Schlitzen (10) einer der zwei Reihen zusammenfallen, so dass die Verbindung zwischen der senkrechten Stütze (1) und dem Querstück (2, 2A) unter Eingriff mit zumindest zwei Schlitzen jeder Reihe erfolgt, während die Haken (36, 37, 38) des Längsbalkens (3), die Zähne (26, 27, 28; 26A, 27A, 28A) flankieren, mit zumindest manchen Schlitzen einer Reihe in Eingriff stehen, wobei die Querstückzähne in Eingriff gelangen.
  2. Modularsystem zum Bauen von Einzelhandelpräsentationsstrukturen (60, 70, 80, 85, 90), das drei Basiskomponenten umfasst:
    - eine vertikale Stütze (1A, 1B);
    - ein Querstück (2);
    - einen Längsbalken (3),
    wobei eine Mehrzahl der Komponenten zusammengefügt wird, um eine Trägerstruktur zu erzeugen,
    wobei die drei Komponenten (1, 2, 3) in zerlegbarer Weise in Entsprechung jeder Winkelfläche zusammengefügt werden, so dass das Querstück und der Längsbalken eine obere Ebene bilden, während die senkrechte Stütze von einem Teil der Baugruppe vorspringt, wobei:
    die drei Komponenten (1, 2, 3) in Kombination mit einem wechselseitigen Hakenmittel vorgesehen sind und wobei jede der drei Komponenten in einem verbundenen Zustand parallel zu einer Richtung von drei Richtungen senkrecht zueinander ausgefluchtet ist, während:
    - das vertikale Stützelement (1) auf zumindest einer seiner Seiten mit einer Reihe von Paaren von Schlitzen (10) versehen ist, die mit gleichem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Seite parallel zu der Längsachse des Längsbalkens verläuft;
    - der Längsbalken (3) an jedem Ende mit einem Flügelteil (35) versehen ist, wobei die Längsachse des Flügelteils senkrecht zu der Längsachse des Längsbalkens selbst ausgerichtet ist, wobei sich das Flügelteil in dem verbundenen Zustand parallel zu der Achse der vertikalen Stütze (1) erstreckt, und mit zumindest zwei Haken (36, 37, 38) versehen ist, die in einer Richtung parallel zu den Schlitzreihen (10) auf der senkrechten Stütze miteinander ausgefluchtet sind und mit zumindest zwei Schlitzen zumindest einer Reihe von Schlitzen in Eingriff stehen;
    - die Haken (36, 37, 38) und die Schlitze (10) jeweils von der Oberseite der senkrechten Stütze und von der Oberseite des Längsbalkens beabstandet sind, so dass die Oberseite des Längsbalkens in dem verbundenen Zustand in Bezug auf einen Plan parallel zu der Oberseite der senkrechten Stütze coplanar verläuft; und
    - sich das Querstück (2), wenn es mit der senkrechten Stütze (1) zusammengefügt ist, mit seiner Längsachse senkrecht zu der Seite der senkrechten Stütze verläuft, die mit Schlitzreihen versehen ist;
    - das Querstück (2) an seinen Enden mit zwei Erweiterungen (25, 25A) versehen ist, die sich parallel zu den Schlitzreihen oder zu der Längsachse der senkrechten Stütze erstrecken;
    - jede Erweiterung (25, 25A) zumindest zwei Paare von Verbindungszähnen (26, 27, 28; 26A, 27A, 28A) trägt, die in der Richtung einer Reihe von Schlitzen (10) ausgefluchtet sind und mit zumindest zwei Schlitzen einer Schlitzreihe zusammenfallen;
    - die Zähne (26, 27, 28; 26A, 27A, 28A) von der Oberseite des Querstücks (2, 2A) so beabstandet sind, dass
    - in dem verbundenen Zustand - die Oberseite des Querstücks nur in Bezug auf die obere Ebene des Längsbalkens (3) coplanar verläuft;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die Erweiterungen (25, 25A) des Querstücks (2, 2A) mit zumindest zwei Reihen von Zähnen (26, 27, 28; 26A, 27A, 28A) versehen sind, die zwei Reihen von parallelen Zähnen bilden und mit den Schlitzen (10) einer der zwei Reihen zusammenfallen, so dass die Verbindung zwischen der senkrechten Stütze (1) und dem Querstück (2, 2A) unter Eingriff mit zumindest zwei Schlitzen jeder Reihe erfolgt, während die Haken (36, 37, 38) des Längsbalkens (3), die Zähne (26, 27, 28; 26A, 27A, 28A) flankieren, mit zumindest manchen Schlitzen einer Reihe in Eingriff stehen, wobei die Querstückzähne in Eingriff gelangen.
  3. Modularsystem zum Bauen von Einzelhandelpräsentationsstrukturen (60, 70, 80, 85, 90) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die senkrechte Stütze (1) mit einem viereckigen Querschnitt mit einem Paar von Schlitzen (5, 6, 7, 8, 10 ...), die in einem regelmäßigen Abstand platziert sind, versehen ist; wobei das Paar von Schlitzen auf nur einer Seite der senkrechten Stütze (1A) oder auf den zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der senkrechten Stütze (1B) vorhanden sind.
  4. Modularsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei jede Erweiterung (25; 25A) des Querstücks (2; 2A) mit drei Paaren von Zähnen (26, 27, 28; 26A, 27A, 28A) versehen ist, wobei die Zähne in zwei parallelen Reihen platziert sind und jeweils mit einer Reihe von Schlitzen (10) zusammenfallen.
  5. Modularsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, wobei jedes Flügelteil (35) des Längsbalkens (3) mit drei Haken (36, 37, 38) versehen ist, die auf einer einzigartigen Reihe platziert sind, die mit einer Reihe von Schlitzen (10) zusammenfällt.
  6. Modularsystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, wobei die Querstücke (2A), die mit dem unteren Teil der senkrechten Stütze in Eingriff stehen, gleich wie die Querstücke (2) für den oberen Teil sind, während die Erweiterungen (25A) dieser in die entgegengesetzte Richtung der Querstücke für eine obere Verbindung ausgerichtet sind; wobei die gleiche Art von Längsbalken (3) zum Verbinden mit den oberen oder unteren Enden der senkrechten Stützen (1A, 1B) verwendet wird, wobei der Längsbalken (3) überkippt wird, um ihn mit dem oberen oder unteren Teil der senkrechten Stützen zusammenzufügen.
  7. Modularsystem zum Bauen von Einzelhandelpräsentationsstrukturen (60, 70, 80, 85, 90) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine senkrechte Stütze (1A, 1B) und eine rohrförmige Abschnittsstange (24, 34) des Querstücks (2, 2A) und des Längsbalkens (3) den gleichen viereckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
  8. Modularsystem zum Bauen von Einzelhandelpräsentationsstrukturen (60, 70, 80, 85, 90) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei:
    - eine einseitig geschlitzte senkrechte Stütze (1A) und eine zweiseitig geschlitzte senkrechte Stütze (1B) mit Längen im Bereich von 30 cm bis 3 Meter vorgesehen sind;
    - ein oberes Verbindungsquerstück (2) und ein unteres Verbindungsquerstück (2A) mit Längen der rohrförmigen Abschnittsstange (24) im Bereich von 20 bis 80 cm vorgesehen sind;
    - Längsbalken (3) mit einer rohrförmigen Abschnittsstange (34) mit Längen im Bereich von 30 bis 140 cm vorgesehen sind.
  9. Verfahren zum Zusammenfügen des Modularsystems (1, 2, 3) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, wobei in dem Abschnitt von Erweiterungen 25, 25A zwischen dem Paar von Zähnen 27 und 28 oder 27A und 28A, die voneinander weiter entfernt sind, ein kleiner Vorsprung 29, 29A platziert ist, der von dem Rand der Erweiterung 25, 25A vorspringt,
    wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a. Zusammenfügen eines Querstücks (2, 2A) auf einer senkrechten Stütze (1A, 1B) Einsetzen eines Querstücks (2, 2A) in eine senkrechte Stütze (1A oder 1B), so dass alle Paare von Zähnen (26, 27, 28; 26A, 27A, 28A) an ihrer Stelle sitzen, wobei der jeweilige Schlitze dieser auf dem unteren Abschnitt der Schlitzpaare (5, 6, 7, 8) lehnt; wobei das Zusammenfügen unter Verwendung eines Hammers erfolgt, so dass jeder Vorsprung (29, 29A) in den gleichen Schlitz (8) passt, der von einem Endzahn (28, 28A) belegt wird;
    b. Zusammenfügen eines Längsbalkens (3) auf der Baugruppe aus der senkrechten Stütze (1A, 1B) und dem Querstück (2, 2A)
    Zusammenfügen des Längsbalkens (3) mit der Baugruppe aus der senkrechten Stütze (1) und dem Querstück (2), Einsetzen des Hakens (36) des Längsbalkens (3) in den freien Abschnitt eines der Schlitze (6), des Hakens (37) in den freien benachbarten Schlitz (7), des Hakens (38) in den freien Abschnitt des benachbarten Schlitzes (8); nachdem der Längsbalken an seiner Stelle auf der senkrechten Stütze (1A, 1B) sitzt, wird der Längsbaken (3) nach unten gehämmert, so dass der Stiel jedes Hakens (36, 37, 38) an seiner Stelle auf dem unteren Abschnitt der Schlitze (6, 7, 8) sitzt.
  10. Verfahren zum Zusammenfügen des Modularsystems (1, 2, 3) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, wobei in dem Abschnitt von Erweiterungen 25, 25A zwischen dem Paar von Zähnen 27 und 28 oder 27A und 28A, die voneinander weiter entfernt sind, ein kleiner Vorsprung 29, 29A platziert ist, der von dem Rand der Erweiterung 25, 25A vorspringt,
    wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a. Zusammenfügen der ersten Ecke eines ersten Tragwerks Zusammenfügen eines Querstücks (2, 2A) auf einer senkrechten Stütze (1A, 1B), so dass das Querstück an seiner Stelle auf der senkrechten Stütze sitzt, und danach Einfügen des Paars von Vorsprüngen (29, 29A) in das Paar von Schlitzen (8).
    b. Zusammenfügen des zweiten Querstücks an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende der senkrechten Stütze Einsetzen der Paare von Zähnen 26, 26A; 27, 27A; 28, 28A) gemäß der gewünschten Position des zweiten Querstücks (2, 2A) auf der gleichen senkrechten Stütze (1A, 1B) in die geeigneten Schlitze in dem unteren Abschnitt der senkrechten Stütze und Hämmern, so dass die Vorsprünge (29, 29A) in dem gleichen Paar von Schlitzen der Zahnpaare (28, 28A) enden, wodurch eine C-förmige starre Baugruppe erhalten wird;
    c. Bilden des ersten Tragwerks
    Um die Bildung des Tragwerks zu vervollständigen, Einsetzen einer zweiten senkrechten Stütze (1A, 1B) mit vorzugsweise der gleichen Abmessung wie die vorherige gleichzeitig in die 3-plus-3-Paare von Schlitzen der zuvor erhaltenen C-Baugruppe, so dass die zwei Vorsprünge (29, 29A) an ihrer Stelle sitzen, die in das Paar von Schlitzen des Paars von Zähnen (28, 28A) passen;
    d. Bilden des zweiten Tragwerks
    Erhalten eines zweiten Tragwerks unter Wiederholen der Schritte a, b, c;
    e. Bilden einer dreidimensionalen Struktur
    Positionieren der zwei Tragwerke in einem definierten Abstand auf Basis der Länge der rohrförmigen Abschnittsstange (34), um das Einsetzen eines ersten Längsbalkens (3) zu ermöglichen, wobei der obere Abschnitt des Längsbalkens (3) mit dem Niveau der Tragwerke ausgefluchtet wird, so dass ein Zahn (38) in den freien Abschnitt des Schlitzes (8) passen kann, der von dem Zahn (28, 28A) des Querstücks (2, 2A) belegt wird; nachdem die Haken (36, 37, 38) in die freien Abschnitte der zwei Schlitze (6, 8) eingesetzt wurden und der Haken (379 in den freien Schlitz (7) eingesetzt wurde, Schlagen auf das Querstück (3) mit einem Hammer, so dass die Stifte auf den jeweiligen Schlitzen an ihrem Platz sitzen; Wiederholen des gleichen Schritts, um den zweiten Längsbalken zusammenzufügen;
    f. Stabilisieren einer dreidimensionalen Struktur Vorzugsweise Wiederholen des Schritt-e-Zusammenfügens von zumindest einem weiteren Längsbalken (3) in dem oberen Abschnitt der dreidimensionalen Struktur und vorzugsweise von zwei Längsbalken (3) in dem unteren Teil der dreidimensionalen Struktur selbst
