Dabei ist es aus dem Stand der Technik zum einen vorbekannt, eine Gestaltung vorzusehen, bei der ebenfalls ein verdrillter Abfallbeutel in eine Kerbe eingehakt wird. Des Weiteren ist beschrieben, ein Filmscharnier im Bereich des ersten Randes vorzusehen und eine zerstörbare Verbindung im Bereich des zweiten Randes, so dass ein Zusammenklappen der beiden Halbelemente in Richtung aufeinander zu möglich ist und so eine Entlastung des über das Verschlussmittel geführten Abfallbeutels und somit eine Entnahme desselben. Darüber hinaus ist es auch bereits bekannt, das Verschlussmittel so auszugestalten, dass die beiden Halbelemente aufeinander zu liegen kommen und mittels Verschlusselementen miteinander verrastet werden. Die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten derartigen Verschlussmittel sind oftmals schlecht greifbar, also unhandlich. Es wurde zudem festgestellt, dass die beiden Halbelemente oftmals nur unter Einsatz beider Hände zusammengeklappt und verschlossen werden können.   1.
