Claims (7)
- Procédé de fabrication d'au moins une partie de paquet (26, 27, 28, 30, 33, 34, 38, 39, 41, 42) d'un composant magnétique doux (25, 32, 37, 40) d'une machine électrique, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- fabrication continue d'une feuille (3) magnétique douce en forme de bande ayant une structure amorphe et/ou nanocristalline constituée d'un alliage de fer, en particulier d'un alliage FeSiB, en utilisant un procédé de coulée,- fabrication continue d'une feuille composite (2, 7) en forme de bande par un assemblage continu de la feuille (3) par adhésion de matière avec au moins une autre feuille (3) ainsi fabriquée, et- fabrication de la partie de paquet (26, 27, 28, 30, 33, 34, 38, 39, 41, 42) en utilisant la feuille composite (2, 7),caractérisé en ce que
le procédé comprend les étapes supplémentaires suivantes:- découpe longitudinale continue de la feuille composite (2, 7) à au moins un endroit d'une section transversale de la feuille composite (2, 7),- découpe longitudinale continue d'au moins une autre feuille composite (2, 7) ainsi fabriquée à au moins un endroit d'une section transversale de l'autre feuille composite (2, 7), dans lequel la feuille composite (2, 7) est découpée en longueur à un autre endroit dans la largeur de section transversale (B) que l'autre feuille composite (2, 7), et- fabrication continue d'un assemblage multicomposants (10) à au moins deux couches, en forme de bande par un assemblage continu par adhésion de matière des feuilles composites (2, 7) découpées en longueur. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'avant la fabrication de la feuille composite (2, 7), au moins une couche de séparation (8) électriquement isolante est appliquée sur chacune des feuilles (3) ou est formée sur chacune des feuilles (3) au moins sur un côté de façon continue en nappe.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un corps composite (21, 22, 23) est fabriqué en détachant des parties composites de l'assemblage multicomposants (10) vis-à-vis de l'assemblage multicomposants (10) restant, en empilant ces parties et en les reliant l'une à l'autre par adhésion de matière.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie de paquet (26, 27, 28, 30, 33, 34, 38, 39, 41, 42) est fabriquée par un assemblage par adhésion de matière de corps composites (21, 22, 23) de même ou différente largeur et/ou longueur, dans lequel une surface de section transversale de la partie de paquet (26, 27, 28, 30, 33, 34, 38, 39, 41, 42) est formée en utilisant des corps composites (21, 22, 23) de différente largeur ou longueur sur au moins une zone de bord avec un étagement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux sections de paquet (26, 27, 28, 30, 33, 34, 38, 39, 41, 42) sont fabriquées de cette manière et sont reliées l'une à l'autre par adhésion de matière et/ou par complémentarité de forme.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une surface d'impact (35, 36) des surfaces d'impact à assembler (35, 36) des sections de paquet (26, 27, 28, 30, 33, 34, 38, 39, 41, 42) est traitée au moins en partie physiquement et/ou chimiquement avant d'assembler les sections de paquet (26, 27, 28, 30, 33, 34, 38, 39, 41, 42).
- Demi-produit (9) pour fabriquer au moins une partie de paquet (26, 27, 28, 30, 33, 34, 38, 39, 41, 42) d'un composant magnétique doux (25, 32, 37, 40) d'une machine électrique, comprenant au moins un assemblage multicomposants en forme de bande (10), qui comprend au moins deux couches composites (11, 12, 13) reliées l'une à l'autre par adhésion de matière (11, 12, 13), qui sont formées respectivement d'une feuille composite découpée en longueur (14, 15, 16), dans lequel la une feuille composite (14, 15, 16) est découpée en longueur à un autre endroit sur une largeur de section transversale (B) de l'assemblage multicomposants (10) que l'autre feuille composite (14, 15, 16) disposée de façon adjacente à la première feuille composite (14, 15, 16), dans lequel chaque feuille composite (14, 15, 16), comprend au moins deux feuilles (3) magnétiques douces en forme de bande ayant une structure amorphe et/ou nanocristalline, constituées d'un alliage de fer, en particulier d'un alliage FeSiB, qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre par adhésion de matière,
caractérisé en ce que
le demi-produit est enroulé en un rouleau de composite.
