Claims (5)

  1. Chambre de carneau (S) adaptée pour être utilisée avec un dispositif de cuisson (P) qui comprend au moins un compartiment de cuisson (P1) et au moins un carneau (P2) communiquant avec le compartiment de cuisson (P1) sur au moins un côté, ladite chambre de carneau comprenant
    - au moins un corps (1) en forme de caisson creux comportant au moins une ouverture (1a) sur au moins un côté, et au moins un trou d'évacuation (1b) sur au moins un autre côté et comprenant au moins une paroi supérieure (1c) sur laquelle le trou d'évacuation (1b) est prévu
    caractérisée en ce que ladite chambre de carneau comprend en outre
    - au moins une paroi intermédiaire (2) qui est positionnée dans ledit corps (1), ferme partiellement ladite ouverture (1a), qui forme une ligne d'évacuation entre ledit trou d'évacuation (1b) et la partie de l'ouverture (1a) qui n'est pas fermée par la paroi intermédiaire (2), qui se présente sous la forme d'une plaque en liaison avec la paroi supérieure (1c) et qui est inclinée pour se rapprocher de ladite ouverture (1a) lorsqu'elle s'étend loin de la paroi supérieure (1c) ;
    - au moins un élément d'isolation (3) situé entre la paroi intermédiaire (2) et l'ouverture (1a), et présentant des propriétés d'isolation thermique ; et
    - au moins un tronçon de connexion (1d) situé dans ledit corps (1) pour connecter le corps (1) au dispositif de cuisson (P) via l'ouverture (1a).
  2. Chambre de carneau (S) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la paroi intermédiaire (2) est d'un seul tenant avec le corps (1).
  3. Chambre de carneau (S) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la paroi intermédiaire (2) peut être fixée au corps (1) et détachée de celui-ci.
  4. Chambre de carneau (S) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une patte de connexion (2a) située au niveau de la paroi intermédiaire (2), et au moins un élément de connexion (4) pour connecter ladite patte de connexion (2a) au corps (1).
  5. Chambre de carneau (S) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une couche protectrice située sur le corps (1) et présentant une endurance thermique élevée.
