Außerdem kann auf diese Weise auch verhindert werden, dass ein nicht an die Anschlüsse des Schnellwechslers angepasster und damit nicht den Sicherheitsbestimmungen genügender Adapter mit einem Schnellwechsler gekoppelt wird. Die Ankopplung mechanisch baugleicher aber hydraulisch unterschiedlicher Schnellwechsler und Adapter kann so vermieden und somit die Sicherheit erhöht werden. Ansonsten entspricht der Aufbau des in Figur 7 gezeigten Adapters 1 und des in Figur 9 dargestellten Schnellwechslers 2 der vorherigen Ausführung, so dass einander entsprechende Bauteile mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen sind. Claims (12)

  1. Adapter (1) for a quick coupler system for changing attachments on a construction machine, which adapter (1) contains coupling elements (5, 6) arranged between two side plates (4) at a predetermined distance from one another for connecting the adapter (1) to a quick coupler (2), at least one of the two coupling elements (5, 6) having two spaced-apart slimmer coupling areas (16, 21) for engaging with associated receptacles (9, 11) of the quick coupler (2) and a guiding area (17, 22) arranged in-between having an enlarged cross-section compared to the coupling areas (16, 21), characterized in that the at least one coupling element (5, 6) with the two spaced-apart slimmer coupling areas (16, 21) and the guiding area (17, 22) arranged in-between is designed as a cylindrical bolt with a smaller diameter in the coupling areas (16, 21) and an enlarged diameter in the guiding area (17, 22).
  2. Adapter (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that both coupling elements (5, 6) are designed as cylindrical bolts with a smaller diameter in the coupling areas (16, 21) and an enlarged diameter in the guiding area (17, 22).
  3. Adapter (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that lateral guiding surfaces (18) are provided at the transitions from the outer coupling areas (16, 21) to the inner guiding area (17).
  4. Adapter (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the at least one coupling element (5, 6) is formed in one piece or is composed of several parts.
  5. Adapter (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that additional positioning elements (25) are arranged on at least one of the coupling elements (5, 6) for positive engagement with corresponding positive-locking elements (26) on the quick coupler.
  6. Adapter (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that the positioning elements (25) on the coupling element (5) are formed as grooves for engagement of projecting positive locking elements (26) on the quick coupler (2).
  7. Adapter (1) according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the positioning elements (25) are arranged on the guiding part (17) of the coupling element (5).
  8. Quick coupler (2) for coupling attachments to a construction machine, which includes first receptacles (9) on one side for receiving a first coupling element (5) and second receptacles (11) on the other side for receiving a second coupling element (6), wherein at least between the first receptacles (9) a backwards shifted or recessed receiving area (23) is provided for receiving a guiding area (17), which is enlarged in cross-section, of the first coupling element (5), characterized in that the receiving area (23) is designed for receiving the first coupling element (5), which is designed as a cylindrical bolt with an enlarged diameter in the guiding area (17).
  9. Quick coupler (2) according to claim 8, characterized in that lateral guiding surfaces (24) are provided on the backwards shifted or recessed receiving area (23).
  10. Quick coupler (2) according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that additional positive-locking elements (26) are arranged in the receiving area (23) for positive engagement with corresponding positioning elements (25) on the first coupling element (5).
  11. Quick coupler (2) according to claim 10, characterized in that the positive locking elements (26) are arranged on a rail (27) fixed inside the receiving area (23).
  12. Quick coupler system with an adapter (1) and a quick coupler (2) which can be coupled to the adapter (1), characterized in that the adapter (1) is designed according to one of claims 1 to 7 and the quick coupler (2) according to one of claims 8 to 11.
