Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft Zusammensetzungen und Verwendung derselben als Handgeschirrspülmittel, wobei die Zusammensetzung wenigstens ein Aminoxid mit einem Alkylrest mit einer Länge von 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist.
- Reinigungsmittel zum nicht-maschinellen Spülen von Geschirr, so genannte Handgeschirrspülmittel, sind seit langem im Stand der Technik bekannt. Wesentlicher Bestandteile solcher Geschirrspülmittel sind, wie bei jedem Reinigungsmittel oder Waschmittel, Tenside.
- Handgeschirrspülmittel besitzen nach wie vor eine hohe Bedeutung im Markt und werden praktisch in jedem Haushalt verwendet. Die Produkte sind wässrige Lösungen unterschiedlicher Tensidmischungen und enthalten Zusatze wie Riech- und Farbstoffe sowie Hilfsstoffe, etwa zur Viskositätseinstellung.
- Tenside dienen im Wesentlichen dazu, die Oberflächenspannung des Wassers herabzusetzen und Schmutz zu lösen. Durch die Herabsetzung der Oberflächenspannung bewirken Tenside in wässriger Lösung eine Schaumbildung. Dabei ist die Menge an gewähltem Schaum nicht nur von der eingesetzten Menge an Tensid sondern insbesondere auch von der Art des Tensids, welches Verwendung findet, abhängig. Eine hinreichende Schaumbildung und insbesondere Schaumstabilität sind damit als Maß für die Reinigungsleistung zu sehen. Hinzu kommt, dass beim nicht-maschinellen Geschirrspülen der Verbraucher, anders als bei maschinellem Geschirrspülen, die Schaumbildung nach Zugabe des Reinigungsmittels beobachten kann und eine unzureichende Schaumstabilität vom Verbraucher negativ empfunden wird.
- Neben anionischen oder kationischen Tensiden werden amphotere Tenside in Reinigungsmitteln verwendet. Die Verwendung von Aminoxiden als amphotere Tenside in Reinigungsmitteln ist aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt. Aminoxide sind als Schaumbildner geeignet. Allerdings besteht weiterhin ein Bedarf nach verbesserten Reinigungsmitteln, insbesondere zur nicht maschinellen Reinigung von Geschirr, die eine verbesserte Schaumstabilität bei guter Reinigungsleistung aufweisen.
- Dies wird durch den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung erreicht, nämlich durch eine Zusammensetzung, wobei die Zusammensetzung (a) wenigstens ein Aminoxid, (b) wenigstens ein nichtionisches Tensid und (c) wenigstens ein amphoteres Tensid, wobei das Aminoxid einen unverzweigten Alkylrest mit einer Länge von 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist, umfasst.
- Dabei dienen die Aminoxide in Kombination mit den weiteren Bestandteilen der Zusammensetzung als Reinigungsmittel, Schaumbooster und Schaumstabilisierer. Sie werden in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittelrezepturen verwendet, um Emulgierung und Schmutzsuspension zu ermöglichen und weisen synergistische Effekte mit den weiteren Tensiden der Zusammensetzung auf.
- Im Zusammenhang der vorliegenden Erfindung werden als "Handgeschirrspülmittel" werden solche Reinigungsmittel bezeichnet, die insbesondere geeignet sind zur nicht maschinellen Reinigung von harten Oberflächen, insbesondere Geschirr, wie Teller, Tassen, Besteck und dergleichen. Die Verwendung als Geschirrspülmittel ist bevorzugt. Die vorliegende Zusammensetzung ist allerdings nicht auf die Reinigung von Geschirr beschränkt. Darüber hinaus ist die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung auch dazu geeignet andere harte Oberflächen beispielsweise im Badezimmer, Küche usw. zu reinigen.
- Im Zusammenhang der vorliegenden Erfindung sind die Ausdrücke "Aminoxid mit einem Alkylrest" bzw. "Alkylrest des Aminoxids" und dergleichen dahingehend zu verstehen, dass der Alkylrest an das zentrale Stickstoffatom des Aminoxids gebunden ist. Alkylrest ist im Zusammenhang mit der vorliegenden Erfindung als Kohlenwasserstoffrest zu verstehen, der bevorzugt unsubstituiert ist und bevorzugt keine Mehrfachbindungen aufweist ist.
- Im Zusammenhang der vorliegenden Erfindung ist der Ausdruck "Aminoxid mit einem Alkylrest mit einer Länge von 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen" dahingehend zu verstehen, dass wenigstens einer der Reste des Aminoxids eine Länge von 12-16 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist.
- Die Angabe "Gew.-%" steht für "Gewichtsprozent" und ist mengenmäßig als Massenanteil in Bezug auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung zu verstehen. Soweit nichts Gegenteiliges angegeben ist, sind mengenmäßige Angaben einschließlich Verhältnisse von Mengen als Angaben in Gew.-% zu verstehen.
- Nichtionische Tenside im Rahmen der Erfindung sind Alkoxylate wie Polyglykolether, Fettalkoholpolyglykolether, Alkylphenolpolyglykolether, endgruppenverschlossene Polyglykolether, Mischether und Hydroxymischether und Fettsäurepolyglykolester. Ebenfalls geeignet sind Blockpolymere aus Ethylenoxid und Propylenoxid sowie Fettsäurealkanolamide und Fettsäurepolyglykolether. Wichtige Klassen erfindungsgemäßer nichtionischer Tenside sind weiterhin die Zuckertenside, insbesondere die Alkylpolyglucoside. In verschiedenen Ausführungsformen enthält das Mittel ein nichtionisches Tensid ausgewählt aus alkoxylierten Fettalkoholen, alkoxylierten Fettsäurealkylestern, Fettsäureamiden, alkoxylierten Fettsäureamiden, Polyhydroxyfettsäureamiden, Alkylphenolpolyglycolethern, Alkylpolyglucosiden und Mischungen daraus.
- In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das nichtionische Tensid ein Fettalkohlethoxylat, die im Rahmen der Erfindung auch als alkoxylierte Fettalkohle bezeichnet werden.
- Unter alkoxylierten Fettalkoholen (Fettalkoholpolyglykolether) sind erfindungsgemäß mit Ethylen-(EO) und/oder Propylenoxid (PO) alkoxylierte, unverzweigte oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte C10-22-Alkohole mit einem Alkoxylierungsgrad bis zu 30 zu verstehen, vorzugsweise ethoxylierte C10-18-Fettalkohole mit einem Ethoxylierungsgrad von weniger als 30, bevorzugt mit einem Ethoxylierungsgrad von 1 bis 20, insbesondere von 1 bis 12, besonders bevorzugt von 1 bis 8, äußerst bevorzugt von 2 bis 5. Der Alkoholrest kann beispielsweise linear oder bevorzugt in 2-Stellung methylverzweigt sein bzw. lineare und methylverzweigte Reste im Gemisch enthalten, so wie sie üblicherweise in Oxoalkoholresten vorliegen. Insbesondere sind jedoch Alkoholethoxylate mit linearen Resten aus Alkoholen nativen Ursprungs mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen, zum Beispiel aus Kokos-, Palm-, Talgfett- oder Oleylalkohol, und durchschnittlich 2 bis 8 EO pro Mol Alkohol bevorzugt. Zu den bevorzugten ethoxylierten Alkoholen gehören beispielsweise C12-14-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 4 EO oder 7 EO, C9-11-Alkohol mit 7 EO, C13-15-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 5 EO, 7 EO oder 8 EO, C12-18-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 5 EO oder 7 EO und Mischungen aus diesen, wie Mischungen aus C12-14-Alkohol mit 3 EO und C12-18-Alkohol mit 7 EO. Die angegebenen Ethoxylierungsgrade stellen statistische Mittelwerte dar, die für ein spezielles Produkt eine ganze oder eine gebrochene Zahl sein können. Bevorzugte Alkoholethoxylate weisen eine eingeengte Homologenverteilung auf (narrow range ethoxylates, NRE). Zusätzlich zu diesen nichtionischen Tensiden können auch Fettalkohole mit mehr als 12 EO eingesetzt werden. Beispiele hierfür sind Talgfettalkohol mit 14 EO, 25 EO, 30 EO oder 40 EO. Auch nichtionische Tenside, die EO- und PO-Gruppen zusammen im Molekül enthalten, sind erfindungsgemäß einsetzbar. Geeignet sind ferner auch eine Mischung aus einem (stärker) verzweigten ethoxylierten Fettalkohol und einem unverzweigten ethoxylierten Fettalkohol, wie beispielsweise eine Mischung aus einem C16-18-Fettalkohol mit 7 EO und 2-Propylheptanol mit 7 EO.
- Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung stehen Fettsäuren bzw. Fettalkohole bzw. deren Derivate - soweit nicht anders angegeben - stellvertretend für verzweigte oder unverzweigte Carbonsäuren bzw. Alkohole bzw. deren Derivate mit vorzugsweise 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen. Erstere sind insbesondere wegen ihrer pflanzlicher Basis als auf nachwachsenden Rohstoffen basierend aus ökologischen Gründen bevorzugt, ohne jedoch die erfindungsgemäße Lehre auf sie zu beschränken. Insbesondere sind auch die beispielsweise nach der ROELENschen Oxo-Synthese erhältlichen Oxo-Alkohole bzw. deren Derivate entsprechend einsetzbar.
- In einer Ausführungsform liegt das nichtionische Tensid in einer Menge von 1 bis 32 Gew.-% vor. In einer spezielleren Ausführungsform liegt das nichtionische Tensid in einer Menge von 4 bis 25 Gew.-% in der Zusammensetzung vor.
- Dabei umfasst die Zusammensetzung das nicht-ionische Tensid in einer noch spezielleren Ausführungsform bevorzugt in einer Menge von 1 Gew.-% bis 16 Gew.-%, und bevorzugt 2 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-%, und weiter bevorzugt 4 Gew.-% bis 14 Gew.-%, und weiter bevorzugt 5 Gew.-% bis 12 Gew.-%, und weiter bevorzugt 6 Gew.-% bis 11 Gew.-%, und weiter bevorzugt 7 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%.
- In einer Ausführungsform ist das amphotere Tensid ein Betain. Geeignete Betaine, die im Reinigungsmittel der Erfindung eingesetzt werden können, sind die Alkylbetaine, die Alkylamidobetaine, die Imidazoliniumbetaine, die Sulfobetaine (INCI Sultaines) sowie die Phosphobetaine. Diese genügen vorzugsweise Formel I,

in denen R1 die gleiche Bedeutung wie in Formel I hat. - Besonders bevorzugte Betaine sind die Carbobetaine, insbesondere die Carbobetaine der Formel (la) und (Ib), äußerst bevorzugt die Alkylamidobetaine der Formel (Ib).
- Ein bevorzugtes Betain ist beispielsweise Cocamidopropyl Betaine (Cocoamidopropylbetain).
- In einer Ausführungsform ist das amphotere Tensid in einer Menge von 1 bis 12 Gew.-% vorhanden. In einer Ausführungsform ist das amphotere Tensid in einer Menge von 1,5 bis 10 Gew.-% in der Zusammensetzung vorhanden. Die Zusammensetzung umfasst das amphotere Tensid in einer spezielleren Ausführungsform bevorzugt in einer Menge von 1,5 Gew.-% bis 6 Gew.-%, und bevorzugt 2 Gew.-% bis 6 Gew.-%, und weiter bevorzugt 2 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-%, und weiter bevorzugt 3 Gew.-% bis 4 Gew.-%.
- In einer Ausführungsform ist das Aminoxid in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 8 Gew.-% in der Zusammensetzung vorhanden, insbesondere in einer Menge von 1 bis 6,5 Gew.-%, und weiter bevorzugt in einer Menge von 1 bis 5 %.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist wenigstens einer der Alkylreste des Aminoxids ein unverzweigter Alkylrest. Weiter bevorzugt sind wenigstens zwei der Alkylreste des Aminoxids unverzweigte Alkylreste. Weiter bevorzugt sind drei der Alkylreste des Aminoxids unverzweigte Alkylreste.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind wenigstens zwei der Alkylreste des Aminoxids Alkylreste mit einer Kettenlänge von 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen. Weiter bevorzugt sind drei der Alkylreste des Aminoxids Alkylreste mit einer Kettenlänge von 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die Zusammensetzung ein Aminoxid mit wenigstens einem C16 Alkylrest in einer Menge auf, die wenigstens dem 1,2-Fachen, bevorzugt dem wenigstens 1,5-fachen, weiter bevorzugt dem wenigstens 2-fachen der Menge eines in der Zusammensetzung enthaltenen Aminoxids mit einem C18 Alkylrest entspricht, wobei mit "Menge" der Anteil der Aminoxide in Gew.-% in Bezug auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung gemeint ist.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Anzahl an C≤16 Alkylresten der Aminoxide der Zusammensetzung mit kleiner gleich 16 Kohlenstoffatomen um einen Faktor von wenigstens 1,5, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 2, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 3, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 5, und weiter bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 8 größer als die Anzahl der C>16 Alkylreste mit einer Anzahl an Kohlenstoffatomen, die größer ist als 16. Die Angaben beziehen sich auf Gew.-%. Als Anzahl an Alkylresten sind in diesem Zusammenhang alle Alkylreste die an Stickstoffatome von Aminoxiden der Zusammensetzung gebunden sind zu verstehen, also als Gesamtzahl an Alkylresten. Eine Zusammensetzung mit n Aminoxidmolekülen mit jeweils drei Alkylresten weist demnach eine Anzahl an 3n Alkylresten im obigen Sinne auf.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Anteil an Aminoxiden, die wenigstens einen Alkylrest mit 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist, bezogen auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung um einen Faktor von wenigstens 1,5, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 3, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 4, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 6, und weiter bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 10 größer als der Anteil an Aminoxiden, bei denen alle Alkylreste eine Anzahl an Kohlenstoffatomen aufweisen, die größer ist als 16. Die Angaben beziehen sich auf Gew.-%.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Anteil an Aminoxiden, die wenigstens einen Alkylrest mit 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist, bezogen auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung um einen Faktor von wenigstens 1,5, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 3, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 4, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 6, und weiter bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 10 größer als der Anteil an Aminoxiden, bei denen wenigstens zwei Alkylreste eine Anzahl an Kohlenstoffatomen aufweisen, die größer ist als 16.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Anteil an Aminoxiden, die wenigstens einen Alkylrest mit 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist, bezogen auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung um einen Faktor von wenigstens 1,5, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 3, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 4, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 6, und weiter bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 10 größer als der Anteil an Aminoxiden, bei denen wenigstens ein Alkylrest eine Anzahl an Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist, die größer ist als 16.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Anteil an Aminoxid Alkylresten mit 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen, bezogen auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung um einen Faktor von wenigstens 1,5, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 3, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 4, bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 6, und weiter bevorzugt um einen Faktor von wenigstens 10 größer als der Anteil an Aminoxid Alkylresten mit einer Anzahl an Kohlenstoffatomen, die größer ist als 16.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind wenigstens zwei der Alkylreste des Aminoxids unverzweigte Alkylreste mit einer Kettenlänge von 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen. Weiter bevorzugt sind drei der Alkylreste des Aminoxids unverzweigte Alkylreste mit einer Kettenlänge von 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen.
- Die Mengen der angegebenen Kettenlängen sind bevorzugt statistische Mittelwerte, die charakteristisch für ein spezielles Produkt sein können.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die Zusammensetzung im Wesentlichen kein Aminoxid auf, bei dem alle drei Alkylreste eine Länge von größer oder gleich 18 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweisen, bevorzugt eine Länge von größer oder gleich 17 Kohlenstoffatmen. In einer weiter bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die Zusammensetzung im Wesentlichen kein Aminoxid auf, bei dem wenigstens zwei der Alkylreste eine Länge von größer oder gleich 18 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweisen, bevorzugt eine Länge von größer oder gleich 17 Kohlenstoffatmen. In einer weiter bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die Zusammensetzung überhaupt kein Aminoxid auf, bei dem wenigstens einer der Alkylreste eine Länge von größer oder gleich 18 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist, bevorzugt eine Länge von größer oder gleich 17 Kohlenstoffatmen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die Zusammensetzung ein Aminoxid mit wenigstens einem C16 Alkylrest in einer Menge auf, die wenigstens dem 1,5-Fachen, bevorzugt dem 2-Fachen, der Menge eines in der Zusammensetzung enthaltenen Aminoxids mit wenigstens einem C18 Alkylrest entspricht. - Neben den bisher genannten Komponenten können die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel weitere Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, die die anwendungstechnischen und/oder ästhetischen Eigenschaften des Reinigungsmittels weiter verbessern. Konkret können als Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe, insbesondere UV-Stabilisatoren, Parfüm, Perlglanzmittel (INCI Opacifying Agents; beispielsweise Glykoldistearat, z.B. Cutina® AGS der Fa. Cognis, bzw. dieses enthaltende Mischungen, z.B. die Euperlane® der Fa. Cognis), Farbstoffe, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Konservierungsmittel (z.B. das technische auch als Bronopol bezeichnete 2-Brom-2-nitropropan-1,3-diol (CAS 52-51-7), das beispielsweise als Myacide® BT oder als Boots Bronopol BT von der Firma Boots gewerblich erhältlich ist), organische Salze, Desinfektionsmittel, Enzyme, pH-Stellmittel sowie Hautgefühl-verbessernde oder hautpflegende Additive (z.B. dermatologisch wirksame Substanzen wie Vitamin A, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, D-Panthenol, Sericerin, Collagen-Partial-Hydrolysat, verschiedene pflanzliche Protein-Partial-Hydrolysate, Proteinhydrolysat-Fettsäure-Kondensate, Liposome, Cholesterin, pflanzliche und tierische Öle wie z.B. Lecithin, Sojaöl, usw., Pflanzenextrakte wie z.B. Aloe Vera, Azulen, Hamamelisextrakte, Algenextrakte, usw., Allantoin, A.H.A.-Komplexe, Glycerin, Harnstoff, quaternisierte Hydroxyethylcellulose), in Mengen von üblicherweise nicht mehr als 5 Gew.-% enthalten sein.
- Der pH-Wert des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels kann mittels üblicher pH-Regulatoren, beispielsweise Säuren wie Mineralsäuren oder Citronensäure und/oder Alkalien wie Natrium- oder Kaliumhydroxid, eingestellt werden, wobei - insbesondere bei gewünschter Handverträglichkeit - ein Bereich von 4 bis 9, vorzugsweise 5 bis 8, insbesondere 5,5 bis 7,5, bevorzugt ist.
- Zur Einstellung und/oder Stabilisierung des pH-Werts kann das erfindungsgemäße Mittel ein oder mehrere Puffer-Substanzen (INCI Buffering Agents) enthalten, üblicherweise in Mengen von 0,001 bis 5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,005 bis 3 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,01 bis 2 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,05 bis 1 Gew.-%, äußerst bevorzugt 0,1 bis 0,5 Gew.-%, beispielsweise 0,2 Gew.-%. Bevorzugt sind Puffer-Substanzen, die zugleich Komplexbildner oder sogar Chelatbildner (Chelatoren, INCI Chelating Agents) sind. Besonders bevorzugte Puffer-Substanzen sind die Citronensäure bzw. die Citrate, insbesondere die Natrium- und Kaliumcitrate, beispielsweise Trinatriumcitrat·2 H2O und Trikaliumcitrat·H2O.
- Ein weiterer Aspekt der Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung der Zusammensetzung als Handgeschirrspülmittel zur manuellen Reinigung von Geschirr. Als "Handgeschirrspülmittel" solche Reinigungsmittel bezeichnet, die insbesondere geeignet sind zur nicht-maschinellen Reinigung von harten Oberflächen, insbesondere Geschirr, wie Teller, Tassen, Besteck und dergleichen. Die Verwendung der Zusammensetzung als Geschirrspülmittel ist bevorzugt.
- Eine hinreichende Schaumbildung und insbesondere Schaumstabilität sind als Maß für die Reinigungsleistung zu sehen. Hinzu kommt, dass beim nicht-maschinellen Geschirrspülen der Verbraucher, anders als bei maschinellem Geschirrspülen, die Schaumbildung nach Zugabe des Reinigungsmittels beobachten kann, und eine unzureichende Schaumstabilität vom Verbraucher negativ empfunden wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung zeichnet sich durch besondere Schaumstabilität aus und ist deshalb insbesondere für die Verwendung als Handgeschirrspülmittel, also zum nicht-maschinellen Geschirrspülen, geeignet.
- Die Zusammensetzung zeichnet sich ferner aufgrund der enthaltenen Tensidkombination durch ein gutes Ablauf- und Trocknungsverhalten aus. Dank der stabilen Schaumbildung weist es zudem eine sehr gute Reinigungsleistung auch an hartnäckigen und eingebrannten Anschmutzungen auf, und schließlich besitzt es auch eine hohe Hautfreundlichkeit.
- Die Herstellung des Reinigungsmittels erfolgt mittels üblicher und bekannter Methoden und Verfahren. So können beispielsweise die Bestandteile der Reinigungsmittel in Rührkesseln vermischt werden, wobei zunächst Wasser vorgelegt wird. Dann werden die weiteren Bestandteile hinzugegeben.
- Es wurden Vergleichsversuche durchgeführt, wobei eine erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung (V1) und eine Vergleichszusammensetzung (C1) bereitgestellt worden sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung (V1) weist das für die Erfindung wesentliche Merkmal auf, dass das Aminoxid einen Alkylrest mit einer Länge von 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen hat. Im Falle der Vergleichszusammensetzung (C1) wird eine Aminoxid mit einem Alkylrest eingesetzt, der eine Länge von 12-16 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist.

Ammonyx CSO, Stepan) 2,2 % - Aminoxid (C12-C16) (1:2,5) - 2,2 % - Die beiden Zusammensetzungen wurden im Hinblick auf deren Reinigungsleistung gemäß dem IKW Tellertest und dem Tellertest Direktanwendung miteinander quantitativ verglichen.
- Beim IKW Tellertest werden die angeschmutzten Teller durch kreisförmige Bewegungen mit der Bürste auf der Vorderseite und Rückseite gereinigt. Dabei werden Teller und Hand vollständig in die Spülflotte eingetaucht. Wenn die Schaumdecke auf der Oberfläche der Spülflotte dauerhaft (d.h. mindestens 15 sec.) aufgerissen ist, gilt die Spülflotte als erschöpft und der Endpunkt ist erreicht. Bei der Tellertest Direktanwendung, werden die angeschmutzten Teller durch elliptische Bewegungen mit einem Schwamm auf der Vorderseite gereinigt. Das Produkt wird hierbei direkt auf den Schwamm dosiert. Der Endpunkt ist erreicht, wenn der Schwamm während der Reinigung keinen Schaum mehr erzeugt. Die Anzahl gespülter Teller stellt ein Maß für die Reinigungsleistung dar.
C1 V1 IKW Teller Test 131% 141% Teller Test Direktanwendung: 86% 95% - Während die Vergleichszusammensetzung C1 einen Wert von 131 % im Falle des IKW Teller Testes erreicht, weist die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung einen deutlich höheren Wert von 141 % auf. Während die Vergleichszusammensetzung C1 einen Wert von 86 % im Falle des Teller Test Direktanwendung erreicht, weist die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung einen deutlich höheren Wert von 95 % auf. Insgesamt zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung somit im Hinblick auf die erzielte Schaumstabilität und Reinigungsleistung eine deutliche Verbesserung gegenüber der Vergleichszusammensetzung.
Claims (11)
- Zusammensetzung, die geeignet zur Verwendung als Handgeschirrspülmittel ist, wobei die Zusammensetzung umfasst,wenigstens ein Aminoxid,wenigstens ein nichtionisches Tensid,wenigstens ein amphoteres Tensid, unddadurch gekennzeichnet dass das Aminoxid einen Alkylrest mit einer Länge von 12 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist.
- Die Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das nichtionische Tensid ein Fettalkohlethoxylat ist.
- Die Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Zusammensetzung ein Aminoxid mit wenigstens einem C16 Alkylrest in einer Menge aufweist, die wenigstens dem 1,5-Fachen, bevorzugt dem 2-Fachen, der Menge eines in der Zusammensetzung enthaltenen Aminoxids mit wenigstens einem C18 Alkylrest entspricht.
- Die Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das nichtionische Tensid in einer Menge von 3 bis 32 Gew.-% vorliegt.
- Die Zusammensetzung gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das nichtionische Tensid in einer Menge von 4 bis 25 Gew.-% in der Zusammensetzung vorliegt.
- Die Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das amphotere Tensid ein Betain ist.
- Die Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das amphotere Tensid in einer Menge von 1 bis 12 Gew.-% vorliegt.
- Die Zusammensetzung gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das amphotere Tensid in einer Menge von 1,5 bis 10 Gew.-% in der Zusammensetzung vorliegt.
- Die Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Aminoxid in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 8 Gew.-% in der Zusammensetzung vorliegt.
- Die Zusammensetzung gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Aminoxid in einer Menge von 1 bis 6,5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 1 bis 5 Gew.-%, in der Zusammensetzung vorliegt.
