Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Nähen eines Zehs eines röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2), mit einem zusammenhängenden flexiblen Element (7), das ausgebildet und angeordnet ist, um mit einem Zweig davon einen Endteil des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) gegen eine Stützfläche (31) zu pressen und den röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikel (G1, G2) entlang eines Förderwegs von einer Einbringungsposition zu und durch einen Nähbereich zu fördern, in dem eine Nähmaschine (5) ausgebildet ist, um den Zeh des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) zu nähen, wobei in der Einbringungsposition der Zweig des zusammenhängenden flexiblen Elements (7) eine erste Kurve (7A, 7B) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Nähbereich das zusammenhängende flexible Element (7) mit einem konvexen Ablenkungsprofil (25) zusammenwirkt, das dem zusammenhängenden flexiblen Element (7) eine Krümmung mit einer Konvexität vermittelt, die zur selben Seite wie die Konvexität der ersten Kurve (7A; 7B) des zusammenhängenden flexiblen Elements (7) gerichtet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 mit ferner einer Einbringungsvorrichtung (41) zur Übertragung des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) aus einer ersten Position in die Einbringungsposition zwischen dem zusammenhängenden flexiblen Element (7) und der Stützfläche (31), wobei die erste Kurve eine Konvexität aufweist, die in die Richtung der Förderung des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) von der ersten Position zu der Einbringungsposition gerichtet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das zusammenhängende flexible Element (7) zwischen der ersten Kurve (7A; 7B) und dem konvexen Ablenkungsprofil (25) ein gekrümmtes Segment mit einer Konvexität bildet, die entgegensetzt zu der Konvexität der ersten Kurve (7A; 7B) ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 3, wobei das konvexe Ablenkungsprofil (25) durch einen stationären Nocken gebildet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das konvexe Ablenkungsprofil (25) einen Maximumpunkt (25m) aufweist, der etwa an dem Nähpunkt (27) der Nähmaschine (5) angeordnet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 3 oder 5, wobei das konvexe Ablenkungsprofil (25) mindestens in einer Richtung etwa orthogonal zu dem Förderweg des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) einstellbar ist.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zusammenhängende flexible Element (7) eine zweite Kurve (7B; 7A) mit einer Konvexität bildet, die zur selben Seite wie die Konvexität der ersten Kurve (7A, 7B) gerichtet ist, wobei die erste Kurve und die zweite Kurve in Folge entlang des Förderwegs des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) angeordnet sind.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede Kurve (7A, 7B), die durch das zusammenhängende flexible Element (7) gebildet wird, einstellbar ist.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede Kurve (7A, 7B) des zusammenhängenden flexiblen Elements (7) durch Zwischenräder (13-19), durch Führungsprofile oder durch eine Kombination von Zwischenrädern und Frühlingsprofilen gebildet wird, die in der Position einstellbar sind, um die Form der Kurve zu verändern.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Stützfläche (31) mindestens teilweise durch eine Platte (33) gebildet ist, die in einer Richtung etwa orthogonal zum Förderweg des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) und zu einer Richtung der Einbringung des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) ist.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10 mit ferner einem beweglichen Bügler (37), der ausgebildet und gesteuert ist, um den röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikel (G1, G2) gegen die bewegliche Platte (33) außerhalb des Wegs, der durch das zusammenhängende flexible Element (7) definiert ist, zu pressen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei der bewegliche Bügler (37) gesteuert ist, um sich weg von der beweglichen Platte (33) zu bewegen und die Übertragung des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) entlang der beweglichen Platte (33) mittels Reibung des zusammenhängenden flexiblen Elements (7) zu ermöglichen.
  13. Vorrichtung (1) nach mindestens Anspruch 2, wobei die Einbringungsvorrichtung (41) mindestens ein Paar Flügel (45A, 45B) aufweist, auf die der röhrenförmige gestrickte Artikel (G1, G2) eingebracht wird und von dem er in die Einbringungsposition zwischen dem zusammenhängenden flexiblen Element (7) und der Stützfläche (31) übertragen wird.
  14. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 11 und 13 oder 12 und 13, wobei die Flügel (45A, 45B), der bewegliche Bügler (37) und die bewegliche Platte (33) so ausgebildet und gesteuert sind, dass, wenn die Flügel zwischen der beweglichen Platte und den beweglichen Bügler mit den röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikel dazwischen positioniert sind, die bewegliche Platte (33) und der bewegliche Bügler (37) zueinander bewegt werden, wobei sie den röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikel (G1, G2) gegen die Flügel (45A, 45B) pressen, und wobei die Flügel zurückgezogen und von dem röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikel entfernt werden, wobei der röhrenförmige gestrickte Artikel zwischen der beweglichen Platte und dem beweglichen Bügler gepresst verbleibt.
  15. Verfahren zum Nähen eines Zehs eines röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1; G2) mit den Schritten:
    Einbringen des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) in der Nähe seines Zehs zwischen einer Stützfläche (31) und einem Zweig eines zusammenhängenden flexiblen Elements (7), das einen Eingriffsbereich einer ersten Kurve (7A; 7B) mit einer Konvexität bildet, die zu dem Zeh des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) gerichtet ist,
    Übertragen des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1, G2) mittels des zusammenhängenden flexiblen Elements (7) entlang der Stützfläche (31) in einen Nähbereich, wobei dem Zeh des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1; G2) eine inverse Krümmung mit Bezug auf die Kurve (7A, 7B) des zusammenhängenden flexiblen Elements (7) im Bereich des Eingriffs vermittelt wird,
    Nähen des Zehs des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels mittels einer Nähmaschine (5) durch Zuführung des Zehs des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels durch einen Nähbereich mittels des zusammenhängenden flexiblen Elements (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Nähbereich das zusammenhängende flexible Element entsprechend einer Krümmung mit einer Konvexität gekrümmt ist, die zu derselben Seite wie die erste Kurve (7A; 7B) des zusammenhängenden flexiblen Elements (7) gerichtet ist.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, wobei der Schritt des Eingriffs des Endes des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels zwischen der Stützfläche (31) und dem zusammenhängenden flexiblen Element (7) die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    Positionieren einer Einbringungsvorrichtung (41), auf der der röhrenförmige gestrickte Artikel (G1, G2) platziert ist, zwischen der Stützfläche (31) und dem zusammenhängenden flexiblen Element (7),
    Pressen des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels (G1; G2) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten mittels der Stützfläche (31) und einem beweglichen Bügler (37), der den röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikel (G1, G2) gegen die Einbringungsvorrichtung (41) presst,
    Entfernen der Einbringungsvorrichtung (41) von den röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikel (G1; G2), Halten des röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikels gepresst zwischen dem beweglichen Bügler (37) und der Stützfläche (31),

Verfahren Anspruch 15 oder 16 mit dem Schritt des aufeinanderfolgenden Nähens zweier Zehen von zwei röhrenförmigen gestrickten Artikeln (G1, G2), die einen Teil eines Kleidungsstücks (Co) bilden, wobei vorzugsweise die beiden Zehen entsprechend zu gegenseitig symmetrischen Linien genäht werden, von denen jede an das asymmetrische Profil des Zehenendes eines Fußes angepasst ist.
