Definitions

  • the connecting devices are used, for example, for guide systems as so-called partial extensions with two guide rails or full extensions with three guide rails, based on an extension unit, with the rails being telescopically movable relative to one another.
  • a sliding element such as a drawer, a storage shelf, a food support or the like is slidably accommodated via exactly two separate, identical structural units of a partial extension or a full extension.
  • the respective structural unit of the pull-out guides is preferably attached to an inside of a furniture body or a housing of a household or kitchen appliance.
  • Connection devices are off for example U.S. 2013/257244 A1 and EP 0 695 523 A1 known.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a connection device for a movable sliding element, a guide system and a piece of furniture or a household appliance that is improved with regard to a technically advantageous connection of the sliding element to a guide.
  • the invention is based on a device for connecting a movable sliding element of a piece of furniture or a household appliance, such as a kitchen appliance, to a guide rail of a guiding system of the piece of furniture or the household appliance, the device being designed to be arranged on the movable sliding element.
  • the connecting device is preferably designed in such a way that it can be fastened to the push element, in particular using a tool.
  • the pushing element can be releasably but securely connected manually to the guide rail in the correct position and can be dismantled again.
  • the core of the invention lies in the fact that the device has a latching arm with a latching element, with the latching element being designed to couple with a latching element, in particular with a latching element of the guide rail, in the arranged state of the device, with the latching arm being present as an elongate element is, wherein the latching arm is connected to the remaining device by two spaced-apart attachment members, in particular by exactly two attachment members, the attachment members being transverse, in particular perpendicular, to a longitudinal extension of the locking arm act on the latching arm, with the attachment elements having a curved shape, with the attachment elements being bent in opposite directions, with the attachment elements being elastic, so that the attachment arm can be moved in the region of the existing attachment element in a direction transverse to the longitudinal extension of the attachment arm and in the direction of the attachment elements is, for example, is relocatable.
  • a longitudinal axis of the elongate element of the locking arm advantageously extends at least approximately parallel to a direction of movement of the pusher element and/or a direction of movement of the guide rail.
  • the guide rail is z. B. a sliding element rail or movement rail of the furniture guide system.
  • the locking arm is preferably connected in one piece to the remaining part of the connecting device via the connecting elements. Accordingly, the latching arm, the connecting elements and the remaining part of the connecting device are preferably designed in one piece, which is advantageous in terms of production technology and economics.
  • the mobility of the latching arm relative to the remaining part of the connecting device transversely to its longitudinal extent is determined by an essentially first or linear movement component.
  • a subordinate second movement component can be a pivoting or rotary movement component, which takes place superimposed on the first linear movement component.
  • the connecting organs implement a mounting in the manner of a pivot bearing point that moves along with a locking arm that pivots about a pivot axis. With the connection organs, an articulation point is provided between the locking arm and the remaining part of the connection device.
  • the two connecting elements represent a type of four-bar arrangement for the movement mounting of the locking arm.
  • the connecting elements form at least two separate articulation points on the locking arm and on the remaining part of the connecting device.
  • an elastic movement or a spring movement is possible, which is nevertheless essentially characterized as a linear movement or as a sliding movement.
  • Exactly one latching element on the latching arm can thus advantageously be sufficient to set up secure coupling or latching with the latching element, which is preferably multi-toothed viewed in the longitudinal direction of the latching arm, in all possible relative positions of pusher element and guide rail.
  • the attachment elements include, for example, a first attachment element, which is connected to the latching arm at a first point, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the latching arm.
  • a second attachment member is connected to the latch arm at a second location as viewed in the longitudinal direction of the latch arm, the second location being further away from the latch member in the longitudinal direction than the first location.
  • the first digit and the second digit are, for example, a few millimeters such. B. about 5 millimeters apart.
  • the total length of the locking arm is about 6 to 8 centimeters, for example. Viewed over its length, the two attachment elements grip the latching arm in the area that is adjacent to a longitudinal center of the latching arm.
  • the latching arm has an operating element which is present at an angle to the remaining elongate element of the latching arm, so that the latching arm can be moved by means of the operating element.
  • the operating element forms a lever arm with respect to the latching arm with a moment effect, so that the latching arm can be moved relative to the remaining connecting device around a bearing point of the latching arm formed with the connecting elements.
  • the latching arm has a partial front longitudinal section on which the latching element is formed.
  • the latching element is preferably present at a free end of the latching arm or of the front partial longitudinal section.
  • the front partial longitudinal section is preferably designed to be essentially straight.
  • the locking arm also has a rear partial longitudinal section, which is preferably also straight and angled to the front partial longitudinal section and includes the operating element. Both partial longitudinal sections preferably have approximately the same length.
  • the two attachment members are preferably connected to the locking arm at the front partial longitudinal section, in particular in the vicinity of the section in which the front and rear partial longitudinal sections meet. This section forms, for example, a bend in the locking arm between the two partial longitudinal sections.
  • At least one additional attachment element can be present or act on the latching arm.
  • the operating element enables easier manual decoupling of the latching arm or latching element from the latching element. Accordingly, the operating element is used to decouple the latching element in order to then immediately move the pushing element away from the guide system.
  • the actual coupling movement of the latching arm takes place during assembly of the sliding element, in particular by an automatic evasive movement of the latching arm during assembly of the sliding element on the respective guide rail, without having to act on the operating element.
  • the latching element is pressed against a section of the latching element during assembly of the thrust element on the guide rail, deviates somewhat elastically as a result and is guided past the latching element up to a pre-latching position and a final assembly position of the thrust element on the guide rail until a coupling or detent set up is.
  • the latching element and the mating section on the latching element are latched with the restoring movement of the latching arm due to the previously elastically deformed connection organs, since these cause a prestressing of the latching arm for a short time due to the deflection.
  • a force to be applied from the outside is required for the neutral position and for the locking element to move past the section of the locking element into the pre-locking and final locking position. This is done by a fitter moving the sliding element with the connecting device attached to it as a whole, correctly aligned to the guide system attached to the furniture, placing it and bringing it into the end position.
  • the angled arrangement of the control element on the locking arm is mechanically advantageous due to a leverage effect on the locking arm, as well as being advantageous for ease of use.
  • a further advantage is characterized in that when the latching arm is positioned, the latching arm moves transversely to its longitudinal extent and/or along its longitudinal extent, in particular parallel to its longitudinal extent, with a movement path transverse to its longitudinal extent being comparatively greater during positioning is, as a distance of movement along its length.
  • the ratio of the movement distance in the transverse direction to a movement distance in the longitudinal direction is maximum in the optimal case or in the longitudinal direction the movement distance is z.
  • the Movement distance in the transverse direction is, for example, 2 to 5 millimeters.
  • In the minimal case of longitudinal movement there is no movement of the latching arm and in particular of the latching element in the longitudinal direction. This means that ideally a pure transverse movement z.
  • B. a transverse sliding movement of the section or the area of the latching arm with the latching member takes place relative to the longitudinal extension of the latching arm or the longitudinal movement is minimal.
  • the locking arm is positioned or moved, for example, by a user engaging in the connecting device, for example when the user acts on the operating element, for example when decoupling or when mounting the sliding element on the guide rail.
  • the latching element is present as a single latching tooth, in particular. Reliable and stable locking is thus achieved with a simple form of the locking element. Based on a given installation space, exactly one ratchet tooth can be made more stable and easier to manufacture than several smaller ratchet teeth.
  • the attachment members are designed essentially as cuboid wall elements.
  • the cuboid shape relates in particular to a contour when viewed from above on the respective surface sides of the attachment organs.
  • Each of the two attachment members has a comparatively small thickness across the length of the attachment member, e.g. B. a first attachment member has a thickness of about 0.5 to 1 millimeter and a second attachment member z. B. about 2 millimeters.
  • a distance between the two connection organs in the longitudinal direction on the locking arm is z. B. about 4 to 6 millimeters.
  • an articulation point of the first attachment element on the rest of the locking arm is at a smaller distance from the attachment element than an articulation point of the second attachment element on the rest of the attachment arm.
  • the connection organs are in the longitudinal extension of the locking arm accordingly preferably offset. A coincident on at least one side of the two attachment organs articulation of the two attachment organs z. B. on the locking arm or on the opposite part of the base component is also conceivable.
  • the attachment element is designed, for example, in a strip-like manner or, for example, in a plate-like or lamellar manner.
  • the connection organs each have a curved shape, which are bent in opposite directions to one another.
  • a connection element is designed, for example, as a wall-like, thin web section.
  • the first attachment element In the longitudinal direction of the latching arm, the first attachment element has a side directed towards the latching element, which is curved in a concave manner, and correspondingly has a convexly curved opposite side, which faces away from the latching element.
  • the second attachment element In the longitudinal direction of the latching arm, the second attachment element has a side which is directed in the direction of the latching element and extends in a convex curve, and in the direction away from the latching element correspondingly has a concavely curved opposite side. It is also advantageous that the thickness of a connection element decreases in the direction of the locking arm. The decrease in thickness preferably takes place steplessly or continuously over the length of the attachment element.
  • the latching arm and the connecting elements preferably belong to a basic component of the connecting device, which is designed in one piece.
  • the connecting device preferably also comprises an adjusting component which can be detachably attached to the base component and pivoted thereon and has an operating element and a height adjustment element.
  • the extension of a connecting member is oriented obliquely or transversely to the longitudinal direction of the latching arm.
  • One end of a tie is connected to the latch arm and an opposite end of the tie is connected to the remainder of the base member.
  • a wall section of the base component of the connecting device connecting these ends is preferably present between the two ends of the connecting elements facing away from the latching arm.
  • the connecting wall section of the base component is designed in such a way that with an elastic deformation of the connection organs when the latching arm moves or shifts, the wall section behaves at least almost mechanically rigidly or is not significantly elastically deformed. In this way, a fixed mounting of the two connecting elements is realized at their respective ends facing away from the latching arm.
  • the connection elements are accordingly available so elastically that when the locking arm is moved or shifted, the connection elements deform elastically between their ends which act on the locking arm and on the remaining basic component. The deformation occurs when attaching the pusher to the guide rail and when removing the pusher by manual action z. B. a fitter or user.
  • Both the ends of the two attachment elements that act on the remaining basic component and the ends of the attachment elements that engage the locking arm are connected to the remaining basic component and the locking arm over their entire height, i.e. transversely to the longitudinal extension of the locking arm and transverse to the movement or sliding direction of the locking arm tied together.
  • the attachment members preferably have the same height throughout their length.
  • Another advantageous embodiment of the invention results from the thickness of one attachment element being greater than the thickness of the other attachment element.
  • the thickness of a connecting element is to be understood as meaning a material thickness or the thickness over the essential extension or an averaged or average thickness of the connecting element.
  • the first attachment element preferably has a smaller average thickness than the second attachment element, or vice versa.
  • the first connection element has a comparatively small thickness of z. B. 0.5 to 1 millimeter and at its other end a thickness of about 2 millimeters.
  • the second attachment member has a thickness of z. B. about 2 millimeters and at its other end a thickness of about 2.5 to 3 millimeters.
  • the elastic behavior of the two attachment elements differs from one another and can be coordinated with one another in such a way that exactly a desired movement bearing of the latching arm is possible.
  • the connection element with the smaller thickness will elastically deform in a different way or more strongly or earlier than the thicker connection element.
  • the particular curved shape of the attachment organs influences the elastic behavior of the attachment organs and the movement of the latching arm.
  • the device has a latching element which is present as a separate, individual component from the remaining device, with the latching element having an attachment element, with the attachment element being designed to arrange the latching element on an end face of a guide rail, with the latching element is designed to latch with the latching element of the device when the device is in the arranged state.
  • the connecting device comprises on the one hand Main part with the base component and the adjusting component, which are plugged together, for example, for its attachment to the pusher element, in particular in the area of a pusher element underside, and on the other hand the locking element, which can be preassembled on the guide rail.
  • the latching element which can preferably be attached to the end face of the guide rail and is made of a plastic material, for example, when attached to the guide rail also forms an engagement section in the area of the end face of the guide rail, on which engaging means on the base component engage when the main part and the latching element are in a matingly interacting connected state.
  • the engagement section and the engagement means are coordinated in such a way that when the latched state is reached and the latching element and latching element are in the latched state, the engagement means allow play in a vertical direction and/or in a lateral direction of the connecting device running transversely thereto, between the engagement means and stops of the engagement section .
  • the device has spring means, the spring means being present in such a way that when the device is arranged on the push element, the coupling of the latching element with the latching element is pretensioned in a direction along the longitudinal extent of the latching arm.
  • the spring means are preferably on the locking element as z. B. formed two elastically deflectable spring bars.
  • the spring means Tolerance compensation possible, in particular a distance compensation between a front side of the pusher and a front side of the guide rail realized.

  • production-related slight deviations from an ideal assembly state of the pusher element on the guide rail occur, so that different distances from relevant sections are possible in the small millimeter range.
  • Such deviations can be compensated for by the spring means, so that a play-free connection without undesired vibrations when in use or assembly without clamping is possible.

  • the point at which the first attachment element 44 is connected to the rigid wall 53 is closer to the latching element 42 in the longitudinal extent LE than the point at which the first attachment element 44 is connected to the latching arm 42.
  • the first attachment member 44 is in the basic state according to 7 , ie without external force, designed comparatively slightly curved with a side directed towards the latching element 42, which is designed slightly concave.
  • the opposite side of the first attachment element 44 is correspondingly slightly convexly curved.
  • the further second attachment element 45 present for the elastic evasive movement of the latching arm 41 is located on the latching arm 41 somewhat further away from the end of the latching arm 41 which has the latching element 42 .
  • the attachment element 45 has a slightly greater thickness than the first attachment element 44.
  • the attachment element 45 is convexly curved on the side directed in the direction of the latching element 42.
  • the opposite side of the attachment member 45 is correspondingly concave.
  • the deformation behavior of the two attachment members 44 and 45 on the connecting device 37 is adjusted so that z. B. when an external force K is applied to an operating element 46 of the arm section 41b, the latching arm 41 moves in such a way that the region of the latching arm 41 on which the latching element 42 is present moves at least almost linearly transversely to the longitudinal extension LE of the latching arm or .runs towards P3.
  • the movement of the latching element 42 in direction P3 also takes place in the assembly described further below.
  • the latching arm 41 resets itself in a corresponding manner. Accordingly, the front end portion of the latch arm 41 on which the latch member is provided linearly moves back in the direction P4. This is done by the elastic pretensioning of the two connecting elements 44, 45.
  • Figure 9 and 10 shows the front end of the sliding element rail 19 from above ( 9 ) and from below with the latching element 40, which is preferably made of plastic, which is attached to the metallic pusher element rail 19 and latched there.
  • the latching element 40 has, in addition to further latching sections, for example a slightly elastically deflectable latching lug 47 which, in the arranged state, engages and latches in a suitable recess 48 in the web of the sliding element rail 19 forming the upper side 19a.
  • the latching element 40 is thus at the front end of the sliding element rail 19 fastened.
  • the locking element 40 When the locking element 40 is in the arranged state, it encloses the end face of the pusher element rail 19 and, with a bend 50 of the locking element 40, a front end section of a side wall 19c of the pusher element rail 19.
  • the bend 50 has a stop surface 51 which is aligned at right angles to the side wall 19c and protrudes from it. Furthermore, the bend 50 has a lateral notch 52 on an outer side, which in the mounted state is offset parallel to the side wall 19c, which is designed for mating engagement with the locking member 42.
  • connection and release of a pusher element or the drawer 3 with or from a guide rail or the pusher element rail 19, wherein figure 5 shows the finished connection state on one side of the drawer bottom 14 is based on the Figures 11 to 14 explained in more detail, in which the drawer 3 with the drawer bottom 14 are not shown.
  • Fig.11 shows the basic position of the connecting device 37, in which the latching element 42 with latching edges 42a, 42b protrudes somewhat into the receiving area AB.
  • the drawer 3 After the rear part of the drawer 3 or the drawer bottom 14 has been placed on the two sliding element rails 19 of the full extension rails 6, 7 that protrude or protrude at the front of the furniture body 2, the drawer 3 is pushed in the direction of P2 or P5 and lowered at the front. until the two connecting devices 37 approach the front end of the pusher rails 19.
  • the interaction on one side on the underside of the drawer base 14 is explained below. On the other hand, a corresponding interaction takes place simultaneously.
  • the latching of the latching element 42 thus set up prevents the drawer 3 from being removed from the sliding element rail 19 by being pulled out in the opposite direction to P5, because the latching flank 42b is attached to a surface 52a transversely to the longitudinal extension (see Fig. 10 ) of notch 52 is blocked.
  • the prestressed latching arm 41 with the latching element 42 comes free of the notch 52 and the prestressed latching arm 41 latches in direction P4 (see Fig. 13 ) with its latching edge 42b on the stop surface 51.
  • the connecting device 37 is latched to the sliding element rail 19 .
  • the locking element 40 has spring means 54, 55 in the form of two resilient arms projecting inwards towards the receiving area AB and a rigid pin element 56 which engages in a suitable opening 57 on the end face in the locking element 40 with play. In the locked state according to 13 press the spring means 54, 55 against the locking element 40, so that a length compensation is provided.
  • the stop surface 51 presses against the latching flank 42b.
