Claims (7)

  1. Emballage jetable « sac à poche » (1) pour la distribution de produits fluides ou semi-solides sous forme de crème ou de pâte, ledit emballage étant muni d'un bouchon (42) remplaçable par un embout distributeur et étant formé de deux feuilles superposées de matériau (20, 30) de forme rectangulaire de même largeur et de longueur différente,
    chaque feuille ayant un bord inférieur (32), deux bords latéraux (38) et un bord supérieur ou frontal (36),
    la feuille supérieure (30) desdites deux feuilles de matériau superposées (20, 30) ayant une section d'extrémité (39) faisant saillie au-delà du bord avant d'une feuille inférieure sous-jacente (20) et étant pliée sur elle-même de manière à former un pli en forme de Z (34) avec une boucle supérieure ou intérieure (35) et une boucle inférieure ou extérieure (37), de sorte que les bords avant (36) des deux feuilles coïncident,
    dans lequel
    lesdites deux feuilles (20, 30) sont des laminés en plastique ayant au moins une couche intérieure en matériau thermoscellable et une couche barrière optionnelle, et sont jointes au moyen d'un thermoscellage
    - le long dudit bord inférieur (32) pour former une base de soudure transversale,
    - le long des bords latéraux (38), y compris ladite boucle supérieure (35) du pli (34) qui est adjacente à la section d'extrémité (39) de la feuille supérieure (30), bordée par un bord intérieur libre (33) du pli en Z (34) opposé audit bord supérieur (36), et le long du bord supérieur (36), déterminant un emballage aplati en forme de sachet, dans lequel des soudures obliques (51, 52, 53, 54) sont prévues aux quatre coins de la section d'extrémité (39), ladite section d'extrémité (39) étant pourvue d'une ouverture (44) avec un bec (40), et dans lequel la boucle inférieure ou extérieure (37) n'est pas soudée le long du bord intérieur libre s'étendant entre les soudures obliques (53, 54).
  2. Emballage jetable (1) pour produits fluides ou semi-solides selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une paire de soudures obliques (51, 52) s'étend entre lesdits bords latéraux (38) de l'emballage (1) et ledit bord supérieur (36) de manière à faire adhérer la section d'extrémité (39) de la feuille supérieure (30) à la feuille inférieure (20), tandis que l'autre paire de soudures obliques
    (53, 54) s'étend entre lesdits bords latéraux (38) et un bord intérieur libre (33) de la section d'extrémité (39) impliquant ladite boucle supérieure (35) du pli en forme de Z (34).
  3. Emballage jetable (1) pour produits fluides ou semi-solides selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdites soudures obliques (51, 52, 53, 54) forment avec les sections correspondantes de
    soudures latérales (38), des soudures en forme de K qui définissent avec le bord supérieur (36) et le bord intérieur libre (33) une zone polygonale.
  4. Emballage jetable (1) pour produits fluides ou semi-solides selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les angles vifs présents sur la section d'extrémité (39) de la feuille supérieure (30), à l'extérieur des soudures obliques (51, 52, 53, 54), sont coupés de manière à effiler les angles.
  5. Procédé de fabrication d'emballages jetables (1) pour produits fluides ou semi-solides selon la revendication 1, comprenant les étapes suivantes, dont au moins certaines peuvent être réalisées dans un ordre différent de celui indiqué :
    - alimentation de deux bandes de matériau en feuille superposées, une bande supérieure (30') qui dépasse d'au moins un côté par rapport à une bande sous-jacente (20') d'une section d'extrémité (39') de même longueur que la section d'extrémité (39) en saillie des emballages ;
    - réalisation d'ouvertures (44) dans ladite au moins une section d'extrémité saillante (39'), à intervalles réguliers, correspondant sensiblement à la largeur de chaque emballage (1) ;
    - application de becs (40) dans lesdites ouvertures (44) ; - pliage en Z de ladite au moins une section d'extrémité en saillie (39') sur la toile supérieure (30'), de sorte que ladite toile supérieure pliée (30') prenne la même largeur que la toile inférieure (20');
    - réalisation de soudures longitudinales d'extrémité (32', 36') et de soudures transversales (38') à des distances égales à la largeur d'un emballage, de manière à obtenir une soudure périmétrique de chaque emballage, lesdites soudures transversales (38') comprenant également une boucle supérieure (35) et une boucle inférieure ou extérieure (37) du pli en forme de Z qui est adjacent à la section d'extrémité (39') de la bande supérieure (30'), bordée par un bord intérieur libre (33) du pli en forme de Z ;
    - la réalisation de soudures obliques (51, 52, 53, 54) aux quatre coins de chaque section d'extrémité (39') dans laquelle la boucle inférieure ou extérieure (37) n'est pas soudée le long du bord intérieur libre (33) s'étendant entre les soudures obliques (53, 54),
    - réalisation de coupes transversales au centre desdites soudures transversales (38'), de manière à séparer les emballages (1) ;
    - éventuellement rognage des quatre coins de la section extrémité (39) à l'extérieur des soudures obliques respectives (51, 52, 53, 54).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite bande supérieure (30') fait saillie des deux côtés par rapport à la bande sous-jacente (20') et l'une desdites soudures longitudinales (32') est réalisée au centre desdites bandes (20', 30'), l'exécution d'une coupe longitudinale étant également prévue au centre de ladite soudure longitudinale (32'), de manière à produire deux emballages (1) à chaque course de la machine.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, comprenant en outre, avant la réalisation desdites soudures obliques, l'étape :
    - d'insertion d'un matériau isolant thermique dans une boucle inférieure (37) du pli en Z, de manière à empêcher la feuille supérieure (30) de se souder à la feuille inférieure (20) en correspondance des soudures obliques (53, 54).
