- Oil for sealing is introduced into the gap between the cylinder block and the fixed axis, the gap, in order to achieve a perfect seal, has a decreasing cross-section in the direction from the suction slot to the pressure slot of the axis and the oil in the area of the largest gap cross-section in the gap is introduced.
- the motor-compressor group is accommodated in a housing surrounding it and made of several elements in a gas-tight manner.
- the present invention has set itself the task of providing a hydraulic system of the generic type which is further improved in terms of practical suitability.
- a particularly low noise emission of the hydraulic system is sought over a wide operating range.
- the hydraulic pressure supply unit has an hydraulic control and control unit which is at least partially arranged in the pump base body

In this way, the greatest possible degree of integration can be achieved.
- the reliable removal of chips and other contaminants is technically significantly easier than when drilling complex flow channels, which is favorable for operational safety.
- the reliability of the hydraulic system according to the invention, as well as the size of the pressure supply unit also benefit from the fact that, according to the invention, a motor housing surrounding the electric motor is made in one piece with said housing jacket. Because with the one-piece design of the housing jacket and motor housing, there is no sealing problem. The latter is particularly advantageous if the electric motor - in a preferred embodiment of the invention - is designed as a sub-oil motor.
- the particularly short frictional connection contributes to this in the sense that the reaction torque to the (drive) torque exerted by the motor stator on the rotor unit is returned to the hydraulic pump in the shortest possible way, namely via the control and bearing journals.
- Housing parts do not take part in the relevant torque support. For this reason, any excitation of the housing to oscillations or vibrations, possibly amplified by resonances, is avoided as a result of cyclically changing (rising and falling) reaction moments passed through it.
- the secondary advantages that result from this are that the design of the motor or pump housing does not have to take into account the transmission of reaction moments and vibrations induced by such.
- particularly simple combined motor-pump housings can be realized in hydraulic systems according to the invention, which allows the provision of particularly compact and also inexpensive hydraulic pressure supply units.
- the hydraulic system according to the invention is, owing to its structural peculiarity and its operating properties, ideally suited for automotive applications, particularly in upper-class motor vehicles, such as, in particular, a need-based hydraulic suspension tuning (cf. for example WO 2016/096837 A1 ) by means of hydraulic adjusters integrated in the respective wheel suspension.
- a need-based hydraulic suspension tuning cf. for example WO 2016/096837 A1
- two flow channels extend within the control and bearing journal, each of which communicates with a pump connection and opens at the control slots under the pump rotor.
- at least one flow channel of the hydraulic control and line arrangement extends at least in sections along a separating surface between the pump base body and the control and bearing journal.
- the hydraulic control and line arrangement can at least partly also be arranged in or on control plates layered into a stack, in particular in that flow channels run at least in sections on mutually facing end surfaces of such control plates. Valves, throttles, and / or other control elements can be inserted into the corresponding control plates.
- the control plate stack can be attached to the front of the pump base body or at least essentially form one, in which case the control and bearing journal are firmly connected to the control plate stack, e.g. B. is firmly received in at least part of the control plate penetrating bore.
- a still further preferred development of the invention is characterized in that at least a predominant portion of the pump rotor is accommodated in an end-side recess of the base body that is eccentric to the axis of the control and bearing journal. This is also advantageous with regard to the high structural degree of integration which enables the hydraulic pressure supply unit to have the smallest dimensions.
- the rigid rotor unit used in the context of the present invention comprising the motor rotor and the pump rotor, can be provided in different ways, each with specific advantages.
- the motor rotor and the pump rotor can be manufactured separately and then assembled into a rigid unit, this being possible either by a detachable or an undetachable connection.
