Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de store plissé pour protéger une ouverture de bâtiment contre les insectes, comprenant un tissu plissé (12) plié plusieurs fois et pouvant être déployé dans le sens horizontal, un système de fils (14) pour stabiliser le tissu plissé (12) et un rail de guidage (22) pouvant être monté sur ou dans l'ouverture de bâtiment, de préférence sous forme de profilé en U ouvert vers le bas, et recevant le bord supérieur (26) du tissu plissé (12), au moins un élément de fixation (24) empêchant le bord supérieur (26) du tissu plissé (12) de sortir du rail de guidage (22), l'élément de fixation (24) présentant un corps de roulement (36) mobile le long du rail de guidage (22) et une pièce de liaison (38) montée sur le bord supérieur (26) du tissu plissé (12), caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (38) est montée sur le corps de roulement (36) de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe vertical.
  2. Dispositif de store plissé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (24) est guidé dans le rail de guidage (22) et est relié ponctuellement au bord supérieur (26) du tissu plissé (12).
  3. Dispositif de store plissé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de roulement (36) présente une échancrure guidée, de préférence de manière coulissante, sur une structure profilée intérieure du rail de guidage (22).
  4. Dispositif de store plissé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps de roulement (36) présente un contour de guidage s'appliquant sans forcer contre au moins une paroi latérale du rail de guidage (22).
  5. Dispositif de store plissé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps de roulement (36) comprend une partie de tête (40) encliquetable verticalement dans le rail de guidage (22), éventuellement libérable par compression.
  6. Dispositif de store plissé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps de roulement (36) est formé comme une pièce moulée par injection à partir d'une matière plastique contenant de préférence du téflon.
  7. Dispositif de store plissé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (38) est reliée au corps de roulement (36) de manière résistante à la traction pour transmettre une charge de traction.
  8. Dispositif de store plissé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (38) est montée mobile en rotation d'au moins 90° sur le corps de roulement (36).
  9. Dispositif de store plissé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (38) est en appui vers le haut sur le corps de roulement (36) par l'intermédiaire d'un poussoir (48).
  10. Dispositif de store plissé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (38) est fixée au tissu plissé (12) par l'intermédiaire d'un point de collage, de préférence sous la forme d'une bande adhésive (56) fixée des deux côtés sur le tissu plissé (12), au-delà du bord supérieur (26).
  11. Dispositif de store plissé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (38) repose sur le bord supérieur (26) du tissu plissé (12) par l'intermédiaire d'une rondelle d'appui (54).
  12. Dispositif de store plissé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (24) se déclenche en cas de dépassement d'une charge de traction prédéfinie hors du rail de guidage (22).
  13. Dispositif de store plissé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs éléments de fixation (24) sont répartis à une distance mutuelle le long du bord supérieur (26) du tissu plissé (12), la distance étant choisie dans la plage de 0,2 à 1,2 m, de préférence de 0,5 à 0,8 m.
