Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a fastening device for care products and product bottles, in particular in a wet cell, for example a bathroom. Moreover, the invention relates to a method for attaching a product bottle to a wall. Furthermore, the invention relates to a fastening device for product bottles in the bathroom, kitchen or the like and a method for fixing a product bottle.

The care products are, for example, shampoos, lotions or soaps, which are offered to the consumer in plastic bottles or product bottles and are usually placed on storage surfaces in a wet room, such as a shower of a bathroom. Also to be understood among the care products toothbrushes, razors or the like, which are also stored in the wet cell on shelves. However, the bathroom and in particular the wet room of the bathroom is an area which has a high humidity and therefore must meet special hygienic requirements. Edges and corners should be avoided as moisture can accumulate here, which can lead to mold growth. This is especially true for shelves of such care products.

Furthermore, the consumer often faces the difficulty of completely emptying product bottles. Usually this product bottles are placed on the head on the shelf. As a result, the remaining care product collects at the outlet opening of the product bottle. Depending on the shape of the product bottle, however, it is difficult to position the product bottle upside down so that the product bottle falls over, for example, while showering. A complete emptying of the product bottle is thus no longer or only with difficulty possible.

Similar or the same disadvantages arise in the storage of general product bottles, for example in the bathroom or kitchen, which may be the product bottles already mentioned above care products or generally products that are stored in most plastic bottles.

Object of the present invention is to provide a fastening device for care products and product bottles that keeps safe and durable and meets the hygienic requirements of the bathroom or kitchen area.

The object is achieved by a fastening device according to claim 1 and by the method of claim 17.

The fastening device according to the invention for care products and product bottles, for example in a wet room, a bathroom or a kitchen, has at least one first magnetic element, which is fastened to the wall. Furthermore, a second magnetic element is provided which can be connected to the care product or the product bottle. In this case, the first magnetic element or the second magnetic element is designed as a permanent magnet. Due to the magnetic force between the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element, the care product or the product bottle is fixed to the wall as soon as the two magnetic elements are brought into close proximity, so that the permanent magnet of the one magnetic element magnetically attracts the other magnet element. The care products may be for example soap bars, toothbrushes, razors or the like. The product bottles may be, for example, shampoo, lotions, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, hand cream and the like, the product bottles usually being made of plastic. However, the present invention is not limited to the type of attached care product and / or product bottle. Due to the posture provided by a first magnetic element and a second magnetic element, it is no longer necessary to provide a storage area on which the care products and product bottles can be positioned. This avoids surfaces and edges where moisture can build up, which could lead to mold growth.

Preferably, the at least one first magnetic element is arranged behind a tile or acrylic plate of the wet cell. Here, the magnetic force between the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element through the tile or acrylic plate passes. The first magnetic element is not visible, so that a uniform overall impression of the wet cell is achieved. At the same time a smooth surface is created because the first magnetic element does not protrude from the tiles of the wet cell. Alternatively, at least a first magnetic element can be embedded in an acrylic plate, then the acrylic plate is attached to the tile of the wet cell. Again, the first magnetic element is not visible to the consumer, and it creates a consistent overall impression.

Preferably, at least a first magnetic element replaces a tile of the wet cell. In this case, an entire tile is replaced by the first magnetic element, so that in this case a uniform overall impression is achieved. Since the tile is replaced, while the first magnetic element is visible here, additional edges and corners, which would tend to form mold, are still avoided.

Preferably, the first magnetic element is glued to a tile of the wet cell. As a result, a particularly easy-to-install fastening device is created, which can also be subsequently introduced into wet rooms and existing bathrooms. In this case, edges of the first magnetic element can be grouted, for example, by silicone, so that no moisture can accumulate in these edges and corners and thus effective mold formation is counteracted.

Preferably, at least one first magnetic element is arranged in a joint between two tiles of the wet cell. This has the advantage that for the consumer, the position of the first magnetic element is also visually recognizable as a joint. Furthermore, a joint can also be replaced later, without causing damage to the tiles. This makes it possible to subsequently introduce the fastening device in already existing bathrooms and bathrooms.

Preferably, at least one first magnetic element is formed as a magnetizable grout. This may in particular be magnetizable stainless steel, for example with a ferritic microstructure or steel in powder form, which is embedded in a rubber or silicone matrix. Preferably, at least one first magnetic element is strip-shaped, so that it extends along the joint at least partially substantially over the entire width of the joint. Thus, in a bar magnet having a round cross section, one side forms the north pole of the bar magnet and the other side the south pole of the bar magnet in the axial direction. This ensures that even when using a permanent magnet as the second magnetic element, the entire length of the bar magnet is available for mounting. If, as is customary in the case of bar magnets, one end forms the north pole and the other end forms the south pole, only one of these poles could be used for magnetization or for magnetic connection with the first magnetic element, since the second end would otherwise be from the first Magnetic element would be repelled. In particular, therefore, no specific orientation of the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element is required, provided that the first magnetic element is also designed as a permanent magnet.

Preferably, the second magnetic element is encased, in particular by means of an inert material such as rubber, Teflon or polyurethane (PUR). As a result, a protection for the second magnetic element is provided. At the same time it is ensured that, if the second magnetic element is arranged in the product bottle, no contamination of the product in the product bottle by the second magnetic element takes place.

Preferably, at least one of the first magnetic elements consists of a magnetizable material and in particular of magnetizable stainless steel or a corrosion-protected steel sheet. These are in particular stainless steels with a ferritic structure, so that they are magnetizable. Preferably, at least a first magnetic element is designed as a permanent magnet. In Fig. 6 the joint is filled with a joint material or a grout that is magnetizable. In this case, for example, magnetizable steel or stainless steel in powder form can be embedded in a rubber or silicone matrix and then introduced into the joint between the tiles 10.

The first magnetic element of the embodiments described above may be, for example, a magnetizable stainless steel or a permanent magnet.

The first magnetic element 12 is in the Figures 7-9 diametrically magnetized and plate-shaped. It thus has a greater width and height than thickness. As a result of the diametrical magnetization, the front side 24 of the first magnetic element 12 is completely formed, for example, as a north pole, whereas the rear side 26 is designed, for example, as a south pole. Thus, the entire front side 24 of the first magnetic element 12 is available for attachment or connection to a second magnetic element 30. At the same time, the bar magnet 30 has a maximum contact area, since the bar magnet 30 aligns within the product bottle 28 in such a way that a magnetic attachment to the first magnet element 12 is possible.

Fig. 8 has the same features as Fig. 7 on, wherein the second magnetic element has a sheath 36, which is, for example, a rubber sheath 36. This ensures that the care product in the product bottle 28 is not contaminated by the insertion of the second magnetic element 30 and can be safely used by the consumer.
