Description

The present invention relates to a fastening device for product bottles, in particular in a wet cell, for example a bathroom. The invention also relates to a method for fastening a product bottle to a wall. The invention also relates to a fastening device for product bottles in the bathroom, kitchen or the like, and to a method for fastening a product bottle.

The care products are, for example, shampoos, lotions or soaps, which are offered to the consumer in plastic bottles or product bottles and are usually placed on storage surfaces in a wet cell such as a shower in a bathroom. The care products are also to be understood as toothbrushes, razors or the like, which are also placed on storage surfaces in the wet room. However, the bathroom, and in particular the wet cell of the bathroom, is an area that has a high level of humidity and therefore has to meet special hygienic requirements. Edges and corners should be avoided for this, as moisture can collect here, which can lead to the formation of mold. This also applies in particular to storage areas for such care products.

Furthermore, the consumer often has the difficulty of completely emptying product bottles. For this purpose, the product bottles are usually placed upside down on the shelf. As a result, the remaining care product collects at the outlet opening of the product bottle. Depending on the shape of the product bottle, however, it is difficult to position the product bottle upside down so that the product bottle falls over, for example, when showering. A complete emptying of the product bottle is therefore no longer possible or only possible with difficulty.

Similar or the same disadvantages arise when storing general product bottles, for example in the bathroom or kitchen, whereby the product bottles can be the aforementioned care products or general products that are usually stored in plastic bottles.

DE 296 10 054 discloses a bottle incorporating a magnetic disk.

EP 2 236 065 discloses an attachment of a metal piece to the inside of the shampoo or shower gel bottle. The metal disc is encased in the material from which the bottle is made.

The object of the present invention is to create a fastening device for product bottles which holds securely and permanently and which meets the hygienic requirements of the bathroom or kitchen area.

The object is achieved by a fastening device according to claim 1 and by the method of claim 13.

The fastening device according to the invention for product bottles, for example in a wet room, a bathroom or a kitchen, has at least one first magnetic element which is fastened to the wall. Furthermore, a second magnetic element is provided, which is arranged in the product bottle. The first magnetic element or the second magnetic element is designed as a permanent magnet. Due to the magnetic force between the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element, the product bottle is attached to the wall as soon as the two magnetic elements are brought into close proximity to one another, so that the permanent magnet of one magnetic element the other magnetic element attracts magnetically. The product bottles can be, for example, shampoo, lotions, conditioner, washing-up liquid, hand cream and the like, the product bottles usually being made of plastic. However, the present invention is not limited to the type of attached care product in the product bottle. Due to the posture through the provision of a first magnetic element and a second magnetic element, it is no longer necessary to provide a storage surface on which the care products and product bottles can be positioned. This avoids surfaces and edges where moisture can accumulate, which could lead to the formation of mold.

According to the invention, the second magnetic element is arranged in a product bottle. As a result, the second magnetic element can be connected to the product bottle in a simple manner by inserting the second magnetic element into the product bottle. The second magnetic element is thus designed to be inserted and arranged in product bottles. The consumer can thus insert the second magnetic element into the product bottle. The second magnetic element is not permanently connected to the product bottle. As soon as the product bottle is completely emptied, the consumer removes the second magnetic element again and puts it in a new product bottle. It is therefore not necessary to attach the second magnetic element to the product bottle, for example by gluing, since this would only allow the second magnetic element to be used once and at the same time there is a risk that the adhesive will come off due to the constant moisture, for example in the bathroom. All of this is circumvented in that the second magnetic element is arranged in the product bottle by inserting it. In addition, the second magnetic element can be used for a large number of uses and not just once, so that costs can be saved.

The at least one first magnetic element is preferably arranged behind a tile or acrylic plate of the wet cell. Here, the magnetic force acts between the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element through the tile or acrylic plate. The first magnetic element is not visible, so that a uniform overall impression of the bathroom is achieved. At the same time, a smooth surface is created because the first magnetic element does not protrude from the tiles in the bathroom. Alternatively, at least a first magnetic element can be embedded in an acrylic plate, the acrylic plate then being attached to the tiles of the wet cell. Here, too, the first magnetic element is not visible to the consumer, and a uniform overall impression is created.

At least one first magnetic element preferably replaces a tile in the bathroom. In this case, an entire tile is replaced by the first magnetic element, so that a uniform overall impression is achieved. Since the tile is being replaced, the first magnetic element is visible, but additional edges and corners that would tend to mold are avoided.

The first magnetic element is preferably glued to a tile of the wet cell. This creates a fastening device that is particularly easy to install and that can also be introduced subsequently into wet rooms and existing bathrooms. In this case, edges of the first magnetic element can be grouted with silicone, for example, so that no moisture can collect in these edges and corners and mold formation is thus effectively counteracted.

At least one first magnetic element is preferably arranged in a joint between two tiles of the wet room. This has the advantage that the position of the first magnetic element is also visually recognizable as a joint for the consumer. A joint can also be replaced at a later date without damaging the tiles. This makes it possible to subsequently introduce the fastening device into already existing wet rooms and bathrooms.

At least one first magnetic element is preferably designed as a magnetizable joint compound. This can in particular be magnetizable stainless steel, for example with a ferritic structure or steel in powder form, which is embedded in a rubber or silicone matrix. Particularly preferably, the color of the grout is adaptable by adding a dye.

At least one first magnetic element is preferably designed in the form of a strip, so that it extends along the joint at least partially essentially over the entire width of the joint. It must be taken into account that the strip-shaped first magnetic element is surrounded by tile adhesive, so that the width of the joint is represented as a layer structure of adhesive-first magnetic element-adhesive. Thus, the thickness of the adhesive must be taken into account in the width of the strip-shaped first magnetic element.

A plurality of first magnetic elements is preferably provided for fastening a plurality of care products and product bottles. This can in particular be the same, that is to say identically designed, first magnetic elements or a combination of the first magnetic elements described above.

The second magnetic element is preferably a bar magnet. This is a cost-effective component that can develop sufficient magnetic force to also attach larger product bottles to the wall of, for example, a bathroom.

The bar magnet preferably has a diametrical magnetization. In the case of a bar magnet with a round cross section, one side thus forms the north pole of the bar magnet and the other side forms the south pole of the bar magnet viewed in the axial direction. This ensures that the entire length of the bar magnet is available for holding even when using a permanent magnet as the second magnetic element. If, as is usual with bar magnets, one end would form the north pole and the other end the south pole, viewed in the axial direction, only one of these poles could be used for magnetization or for magnetic connection with the first magnetic element, since the second end would otherwise be used by the first Magnet element would be repelled. In particular, no specific orientation of the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element is required if the first magnetic element is also designed as a permanent magnet.

The second magnetic element is preferably encased, in particular by means of an inert material such as rubber, Teflon or polyurethane (PUR). This creates protection for the second magnetic element. At the same time, it is ensured that, provided the second magnetic element is arranged in the product bottle, there is no contamination of the product in the product bottle by the second magnetic element.

Preferably, at least one of the first magnetic elements consists of a magnetizable material and in particular of magnetizable stainless steel or a corrosion-protected sheet steel. These are in particular stainless steels with a ferritic structure so that they can be magnetized. Material numbers 1.4016, 1.4511 and 1.4301, for example, which are known under the trade names F17, F17ZN and V ₂ A Supra®, are only mentioned as possible material numbers.

At least one first magnetic element is preferably designed as a permanent magnet. Here, for example, both the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element can be designed as permanent magnets, so that a strong magnetic force between the first magnetic element and the Second magnetic element is created and larger and heavier product bottles or care products can also be attached.

The first magnetic element is preferably designed in the form of a plate and thus has a small thickness compared to width and height, so that the first magnetic element can be attached in a simple manner on or under tiles and acrylic plates.

The first magnetic element is preferably magnetized diametrically. In particular, if the first magnetic element is plate-shaped, it has a front side which, for example, forms the north pole and a rear side which then forms the south pole. In particular in connection with a diametrically magnetized bar magnet, which is arranged in the product bottle, the entire length of the second magnetic element is thus available for magnetic connection with the entire front side of the first magnetic element, so that a maximum magnetic force can be achieved and any torques that may occur are absorbed can be. This enables the product bottle to be held securely even upside down.

At least one first magnetic element preferably has corrosion protection, in particular as a nickel coating. This prevents the first magnetic element from corroding, which would lead to unwanted discoloration and a reduction in the magnetic force.

The first magnetic element preferably has dimensions which are greater than the dimensions of the second magnetic element. In particular, the first magnetic element has a width and height which essentially correspond to the length of the second magnetic element. This applies in particular when a bar magnet is provided as the second magnetic element. Thus, no exact positioning of the care product or the product bottle is required, since the dimensions of the first magnetic element were chosen to be so large that only an approximate knowledge of the position of the first magnetic element is required in order to achieve a secure attachment of the care product or the product bottle to the wall of the bathroom.

Reference is made to the Figures 1 to 4 . In these figures, the section of a tiled wall of a wet room such as a bathroom or a shower is shown with a large number of tiles 10. In Fig. 1 a first magnetic element 12 is glued onto the tile 10. This creates a particularly simple fastening device that can also be introduced subsequently into existing bathrooms, wet rooms or the like. The resulting corners and edges on the first magnetic element 12 can be sealed, for example, by a silicone joint, so that penetrating water is prevented and mold formation is reduced. In this way, the increased hygienic requirements are met, especially in the bathroom area.

In an alternative embodiment of the Fig. 2 the first magnetic element 12 is attached behind a tile 10. This creates a particularly uniform overall impression of the tile wall, since in particular the first magnetic element is not visible. This avoids edges and corners where moisture can accumulate and lead to mold.

In Fig. 3 a tile 10 is replaced by a first magnetic element 12. Thus, the entire surface of a tile is provided for attaching a care product or a product bottle.

In Fig. 4 a tile 10 has been replaced by a mosaic border 14, which has three rows of mosaic elements 16 in the example shown. For example, the central mosaic elements 18 are designed to be magnetizable and thereby form the first magnetic element 12. Of course, the invention is not limited to the precise embodiment of the mosaic border, so that a large number of mosaic elements can be provided. It is also possible that only one mosaic element 16 is designed as the first magnetic element, or alternatively that all of the mosaic elements 16 can be designed as the first magnetic element.

Reference is made below to the Figures 5 and 6 which show a detailed view of a joint between two tiles of a tiled wall, in particular in a wet room such as a bathroom or a shower.

In Fig. 5 a strip-shaped first magnetic element 20 is inserted between the tile, which is surrounded by tile adhesive 22. The sum of the width of tile adhesive 22 and strip-shaped first magnetic element 20 corresponds to the usual joint width, so that a uniform overall impression of the tile wall is created. At the same time, this offers the advantage that the position of the first magnetic element is indicated by a joint for the consumer.

In Fig. 6 the joint is filled with a joint material or joint compound that is magnetizable. For example, magnetizable steel or stainless steel in powder form can be embedded in a rubber or silicone matrix and then introduced into the joint between the tiles 10.

The first magnetic element of the embodiments described above can be, for example, a magnetizable stainless steel or a permanent magnet.

Reference is made below to the Figures 7-9 , which show the fastening device in side view together with a product bottle 28. The embodiment of FIG Fig. 2 selected with respect to the first magnetic element 12. Of course, the principle can be easily transferred to the alternative embodiments of the first magnetic element 12.

The first magnetic element 12 is in the Figures 7-9 diametrically magnetized and plate-shaped. It thus has a greater width and height than thickness.

As a result of the diametrical magnetization, the front side 24 of the first magnetic element 12 is designed, for example, completely as a north pole, whereas the rear side 26 is designed, for example, as a south pole. Of course, the north pole and south pole can be freely swapped. The first magnetic element 12 is arranged behind the tile 10. On the opposite side of the tile 10 there is a product bottle 28 in which a second magnetic element 30 is inserted. The second magnetic element 30 is designed as a bar magnet and is also diametrically magnetized, so that in the transverse direction one side 32 of the second magnetic element forms, for example, the north pole of the bar magnet, whereas the other half 34 forms the south pole of the bar magnet. The south pole of the bar magnet 30 is attracted by the north pole of the first magnetic element 12. The entire front side 24 of the first magnetic element 12 is thus available for fastening or connection to a second magnetic element 30. At the same time, the bar magnet 30 also has a maximum contact area, since the bar magnet 30 is aligned within the product bottle 28 in such a way that magnetic attachment to the first magnetic element 12 is possible.

Fig. 8 has the same characteristics as Fig. 7 on, wherein the second magnetic element has a casing 36, which is for example a rubber casing 36. This ensures that the care product in the product bottle 28 is not contaminated by the insertion of the second magnetic element 30 and can be used safely by the consumer.

As from the Fig. 9 As can be seen, the fastening device makes it possible to fasten the product bottle 28 overhead in a simple manner, so that the care product 38 collects at the outlet 40 of the product bottle 28 and can thus be completely removed.

As an alternative to attaching a product bottle 28, it is also possible, but not claimed, to attach care products such as soaps, razors or toothbrushes.

Furthermore, the fastening device can have a plurality of first and second magnetic elements, so that a plurality of care products and / or product bottles can be fastened. Here, the embodiments of the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element described above can be freely combined with one another.

Claims (14)

1. Fastening device for fastening product bottles (28) on a wall, in particular
   a wet room, comprising
   a product bottle (28),
   at least one first magnetic element (12) adapted to be mounted on the wall and
   a second magnetic element (30) arranged in the product bottle,
   wherein the first magnetic element (12) or the second magnetic element (30) is configured as a permanent magnet,
   wherein, due to the magnetic force acting between the first magnetic element (12) and the second magnetic element (30), the care product or the product bottle (28) can be fastened on the wall,
   characterized in
   that the second magnetic element (30) is arranged in the product bottle (28) by placing the second magnetic element (30) in the product bottle and that the second magnetic element is not fixedly connected to the product bottle.
2. Fastening device of claim 1, characterized in that at least one first magnetic element (12) is arranged behind a tile (10) or an acrylic plate of the wall.
3. Fastening device of claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least one first magnetic element (12) replaces a tile (10) of the wall and/or that at least one first magnetic element (12) is bonded to a tile (10) of the wall.
4. Fastening device of one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that at least one first magnetic element (12) is arranged in a joint (19) between two tiles (10) of the wall.

Fastening device of claim 4, characterized in that at least one first magnetic element (12) is configured as a magnetizable joint compound or that at least one first magnetic element (12) is in the form of a strip, so that it extends at least partially substantially across the full width of the joint (19).
6. Fastening device of one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the second magnetic element (30) is a bar magnet, wherein the bar magnet in particular has a diametrical magnetization.

13. Method for fastening a product bottle to a wall, in particular a wet room, comprising the steps of:

    a. fastening a first magnetic element (12) on the wall;

    b. opening the product bottle (28);

    c. placing a second magnetic element (30) in the product bottle (28); wherein the second magnetic element is not fixedly connected with the product bottle;

    d. closing the product bottle (28);

    e. bringing the product bottle (28) close to the first magnetic element (12) so that the product bottle (28) is attached to the wall due to the magnetic force between the first magnetic element (12) and the second magnetic element (30).
14. Method of claim 13 with a fastening device of one of claims 1 to 12.
