Claims (9)

  1. Tür oder Fenster für eine Gebäudeöffnung, die bzw. das (1)
    (i) einen Rahmen (2), der ein oberes Querprofil (21), das dazu bestimmt ist. sich entlang eines Sturzes (L) der Öffnung (B) zu erstrecken, und mindestens zwei Seitenprofile (23) aufweist.
    (ii) mindestens ein vom Rahmen (2) getragenes, mit einer Verglasung (35) versehenes Schiebeöffhungselement (3), das ein oberes Querprofil (31) und mindestens zwei Seitenprofile (33) aufweist,
    (iii) einen inneren Kasten (4), in dem Betätigungsmittel (5) untergebracht sind, die mit einem ersten "motorisierten" Schiebeöffnungselement (3a) für dessen schiebende Betätigung zusammenwirken.
    aufweist.
    wobei das erste Schiebeöffhungselement (3a) an einem ersten Seitenprofil (33a) mit Verschlußmitteln (7) ausgestattet ist, die
    - mindestens einen Riegel (71), der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem komplementären, ein erstes Seitenprofil (23a) des Rahmens (2) ausstattenden Sehließblech (8) zusammenzuwirken.
    - ein drehendes Betätigungsorgan (72) zum Betätigen des mindestens einen Riegels (71) zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition und einer Entriegeiungsposition in Bezug auf das komplementäre Schließblech (8) aufweisen,
    wobei die Betätigungsmittel (5)
    - im inneren Kasten (4) eingesetzte Antriebsmittel (51) und
    - Übertragungsmittel (52). die dazu ausgelegt sind, das erste Schiebeöffnungselement (3a) zu verschieben und dessen drehendes Betätigungsorgan (72) drehend zu betätigen,
    aufweisen.
    wobei die Betätigungsmittel (5) mit dem drehenden Betätigungsorgan (72) so zusammenwirken. daß der mindestens eine Riegel (71) zwischen der Verriegelungsposition und der Entriegelungsposition bewegt wird, und
    wobei die Verschlußmittel (7) ein Sichtanzeigeorgan (75) aufweisen, das durch eine Öffnung (76) hindurch beweglich ist,
    wobei das Sichtanzeigeorgan (75) mit dem mindestens einen drehenden Betätigungsorgan (72) über Verbindungsmittel (77) zusammenwirkt, die dazu ausgelegt sind, dessen Bewegung zwischen zwei Positionen zu erzeugen, und zwar
    - einer gegenüber der Öffnung (76) zurückgezogenen Position und
    - einer durch die Öffnung (76) ausgefahrenen Position,
    die der Verriegelungsposition und der Entriegelungsposition des mindestens einen Riegels (71) entsprechen.
  2. Tür oder Fenster gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übertragungsmittel (52) dazu ausgelegt sind, das drehende Betätigungsorgan (72) mittels eines hervorstehenden Zapfens (721) drehend zu betätigen.
  3. Tür oder Fenster gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsmittel (77) und das Sichtanzeigeorgan (75) dazu ausgelegt sind, eine Aktion des Sichtanzeigeorgans (75) entsprechend einer geraden Hin- und Herbewegung oder entsprechend einer drehenden Hin- und Herbewegung zu erzeugen.
  4. Tür oder Fenster gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das drehende Betätigungsorgan (72) eine zur allgemeinen Ebene (P) des ersten Schiebeöffnungselements (3a) senkrechte Schwenkachse (72') aufweist und daß die Verbindungsmittel (77) ein hervorstehendes Antriebsorgan (721) aufweisen, mit dem das drehende Betätigungsorgan (72) ausgestattet ist und das mit den Bedienungsmitteln (5) und mit dem Sichtanzeigeorgan (75) zusammenwirkt.
  5. Tür oder Fenster gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hervorstehende Antriebsorgan (721) auf einer Innenseite (331) des ersten Seitenprofils (33a) des ersten Schiebeöffnungselements (3a) angeordnet ist,
    daß die Innenseite (331) des ersten Seitenprofils (33a) einen aufgesetzten Kasten (74) aufweist, der das hervorstehende Antriebsorgan (721), mindestens einen Teil der Betätigungsmittel (5) und das Sichtanzeigeorgan (75) bedeckt,
    und daß die Öffnung (76) im Kasten (74) eingerichtet ist.
  6. Tür oder Fenster gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sichtanzeigeorgan (75) einen mit einer Zahnung (7512) versehenen Rand (7511) aufweist, der mit dem hervorstehenden Antriebsorgan (721) in Form eines Zapfens des drehenden Betätigungsorgans (72) zusammenwirkt, um die gerade Hin- und Herbewegung des Sichtanzeigeorgans (75) zu erzeugen.
  7. Tür oder Fenster gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sichtanzeigeorgan (75) vom hervorstehenden Antriebsorgan (721) des drehenden Betätigungsorgans (72) getragen wird. um die drehende Hin- und Herbewegung des Sichtanzeigeorgans (75) zu erzeugen.
  8. Tür oder Fenster gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das drehende Betätigungsorgan (72) in einem oberen Teil des ersten Seitenprofils (33a) des ersten Sehiebeöffnungselements (3a) in der Nähe des oberen Querprofils (31) des ersten Schiebeöffnungselements (3a) eingesetzt ist.
  9. Tür oder Fenster gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet., daß der obere Teil des ersten Seitenprofils (33a) des ersten Schiebeöffnungselements (3a) eine Länge aufweist,
    - die dem oberen Viertel des ersten Seitenprofils (33a) entspricht oder
    - maximal 30 cm beträgt, und
    dadurch, daß das mindestens eine Schiebeöffnungselement (3) eine Höhe von mehr als 0,7 m, vorzugsweise von mindestens 2 m aufweist.
