Die in Fig. 7 dargestellte Betriebsposition ist eine Zwischenposition der Pressvorrichtung 3 aus beweglichem Pressbalken 21 und Gegenelement 22 während eines Pressvorganges. Die Bewegungsbegrenzung zwischen Start- und Endposition erfolgt durch den händischen oder motorischen Antrieb, siehe auch Fig. 8. Am Gegenelement 22 ist eine Zahnungsführung 36 mit Luftspalt 38 angeordnet, die zwischen sich die Zahnung 25 aufnehmend sind. Hierdurch wird mit Vorteil ein seitliches Verbiegen der Zähne bzw. Zahnspitzen beim Eindringen in das Verpackungsmaterial verhindert. Gleichzeitig führt die gewählte Breite des Luftspalts 38 dazu, dass das Verpackungsmaterial während der Perforation nur in geringem Maße eine Ausweichbewegung gegen die Perforations in den Luftspalt 38 hinein ausführen kann. Vielmehr liegt es auf den planen, aufeinander zuweisenden Seiten von Gegenelement 22 und beweglichem Pressglied 21 auf, so dass es besonders gleichmäßig perforierbar ist. Der Luftspalt 38 schützt die Enden der Zähne der Zahnung 25 vor einem Verbiegen. Diese Schublade 40 weist Auflagedrähte 41 auf, auf die ein Bediener den zu verpackenden Gegenstand samt selbstklebender Wellpappe legen, vorfalzen und mittels des Schubladengriffes zwischen das bewegliche Pressgliedpaar 4, 4' und die Gegenelemente verbringt. Nach der Pressung und Perforation kann der Bediener die perforierte und verschlossene Versandverpackung nach vorne bei geöffneter Schublade 40 entnehmen, wobei die Schublade 40 hier als Produktauslass 16 fungiert. Durch die nur bei geschlossener Schublade mögliche und erfolgende Pressung/Perforation der Versandverpackung ist eine hohe Arbeitssicherheit hergestellt, Verletzungsgefahr besteht keine, da der Benutzer nicht zwischen die Pressglieder greifen kann. Zwei aufeinander zu- und voneinander wegbewegliche Anschläge 42 ermöglichen eine Verarbeitung unterschiedlicher Versandverpackungsformate, wobei die jeweilige Weiteneinstellung der Anschläge 42 zu der Einstellung des Abstandes des beweglichen Pressgliedpaares zueiander korrespondiert. Selbstverständlich sind die Gegenelemente 22 in gleichem Maße aufeinander zu- und voneinander wegbeweglich, um diese unterschiedlichen Formate sicher pressen, verschließen und perforieren zu können. Claims (12)

  1. A device (1) for closing shipment packagings in the form of self-adhesive corrugated board, comprising a product supply (2) and a driven press apparatus (3) arranged downstream when viewed in processing direction, wherein the press apparatus (3) comprises at least one pair of movable press members (4, 4'), wherein a distance between the two press members (4, 4') is changeable, wherein for each movable press member (4, 4') a counter element (22) is provided such that movable press member (4, 4') and counter element (22) are designed so as to, when in use, impact a shipment packaging arranged between them in a mechanically pressing manner, wherein the press apparatus (3) is designed for simultaneously pressing two opposite sides of the shipment packaging, characterised in that the movable press member pair (4, 4') is formed of two swivelling press beams (21, 21'), wherein a serration (25) is provided arranged on at least one swivelling press beam (21).
  2. The device (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the counter element (22) is selected from the group formed of rotatable counter elements and immovable counter elements.
  3. The device (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that swivelling press beam (21, 21') and counter element (22) define a press gap (5) between them, in particular a width-adjustable press gap (5).
  4. The device (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that it comprises a cutting mechanism (7) arranged in particular on at least one swivelling press beam (21, 21'), wherein this is preferably designed as a cutting edge (8).
  5. The device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the serration (25) is arranged on a cutting blade (33), wherein the cutting blade (33) preferably comprises at least two elongated holes (34), which enable the cutting blade (33) to be offset vertically and horizontally relative to the swivelling press beam (21, 21').
  6. The device (1) according to claim 5, characterised in that the cutting blade (33) is arranged between the swivelling press beam (21) and a stiffening element (35) .
  7. The device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a serration guide (36) is arranged spaced apart from a counter element (22) such that the serration (25) can be guided with play between the two.
  8. The device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a closure movement of swivelling press beam (21, 21') relative to the counter element (22) is taking place against a spring force, in particular against the force of a spring (32) acting between press beam (21, 21') and counter element (22).
  9. The device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a distance (9) of one of two swivelling press beams (21, 21') from one another is changeable in that at least one swivelling press beam (21) of two swivelling press beams (21, 21') is axially movable in particular on a common shaft (10).
  10. A system for manually packaging individual products, comprising a device according to one of claims 1 to 9 and corrugated board blanks and/or corrugated board webs.
  11. The system according to claim 10, characterised in that the corrugated board blanks are chosen such that following manual packaging tariff-optimised packaging sizes result.
  12. The system according to claim 10 or 11, characterised in that the corrugated board comprises paddings, in particular in the form of bubble wrap, paper cushions, foam layers, plastic mesh, fleece or mixed forms of said padding materials.
