Definitions
- the invention relates to a door closer, in particular a slide rail door closer, for a door leaf.
- the slide rail door closer has a piston guided in a housing, supported against a closing spring, and a pinion which is eccentrically mounted on the housing and rotatably mounted and meshing with a toothed rack of the piston.
- the DE 20 2008 005 721 U1 discloses a door closer with hydraulic closing delay.
- the door closer has a closer shaft which can be coupled to a door leaf, which shaft can be rotated from a closed position in at least one direction of rotation and which is connected to a cam disk mounted within a housing. This interacts with at least one pick-off element which is connected to a hydraulic damping device and is received in an oil-displacing hydraulic piston.
- the contour section of the lifting cam interacting with the pick-up element has an angular section which, based on the angle of rotation of the lifting cam, causes an increased stroke of the hydraulic piston to increase the oil displacement in order to delay the closing movement of the door leaf over the angular section.
- a door closer with closing hydraulics having a plurality of fluid paths with regulating valves for setting a closing speed of a door leaf in successive closing phases or door closing angle ranges.
- the setting of the regulating valves must be carried out individually for the closing phases in order to prevent the door leaf from slamming. This can be error-prone and time-consuming
- the invention is therefore based on the object of creating a door closer which allows the closing speed to be set quickly and easily for several closing phases, i.e. H. Door angle closing areas, made possible.
- the door closer is in particular a slide rail door closer for a door leaf.
- the door closer has closing hydraulics (for example damping hydraulics) for setting a closing speed of the door leaf.
- the closing hydraulics have a first fluid path with a first fluid flow regulating valve.
- a fluid flow flows through the first fluid flow regulating valve during a closing of the door leaf within a first door angle closing range of the door closer.
- the closing hydraulics have a second fluid path with the first fluid flow regulating valve and a second fluid flow regulating valve.
- a fluid flow flows through the first fluid flow regulating valve and the second fluid flow regulating valve during a closing of the door leaf within a second door angle closing range of the door closer.
- the shared use of a regulating valve through two fluid paths and the use of a switchable second regulating valve for one of the fluid paths enable a change in the closing speed of the door leaf through the second door angle closing area to be provided in an optionally switchable manner. This also makes it possible not to adjust the second regulating valve from a basic position. Slamming the door leaf within the first and second door angle closing areas can already be prevented by setting the first regulating valve. Because the setting of the second regulating valve is not absolutely necessary, the setting of the door closer can be carried out more quickly and easily. If desired, the second regulating valve can be used to set an additional closing delay within the second door angle closing range.
- the first fluid path cannot have the second regulating valve.
- the second door angle closing area lies within the first door angle closing area. In this way, for example, a closing delay through the second door angle closing area can be provided in a section of the first door angle closing area.
- the second fluid flow regulating valve is connected in series with the first fluid flow regulating valve in the second fluid path.
- a switchable closing delay can be set by means of the second fluid flow regulating valve.
- the first door angle closing area and the second door angle closing area have a common beginning.
- the second door angle closing area is smaller than the first door angle closing area. In this way, for example, a closing delay can be provided by the second door angle closing area in a section of the first door angle closing area.
- the hydraulic locking system has a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber.
- the first fluid path fluidically connects the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber to one another within a section of the first door angle closing area that does not intersect the second door angle closing area.
- the second fluid path fluidly connects the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber to one another within the second door angle closing area.
- a setting of the first regulating valve thus has an effect for the first door angle closing area and the second door angle closing area contained therein. Setting the second regulating valve, however, only has an effect on the second door angle closing range.
- first fluid path and the second fluid path can have a fluid connection between the first pressure chamber and the first fluid flow regulating valve, the fluid connection being formed by a first channel, in particular a bore (e.g. blind hole), in the housing of the door closer.
- the second fluid path can preferably have a fluid connection between the first fluid flow regulating valve and the second fluid flow regulating valve, the fluid connection being formed by a second channel, in particular a bore (e.g. blind hole), in the housing of the door closer.
- the first channel and the second channel can preferably be arranged next to one another.
- a closing speed of the door closer (and thus of the door leaf) within the first door angle closing area and the second door angle closing area is adjustable by means of the first fluid flow regulating valve.
- the first door angle closing range begins in a range between 180 ° closing angle and 120 ° closing angle (for example at 180 °, 125 ° or 110 ° closing angle) and / or ends in a range between 30 ° closing angle and 10 ° closing angle (e.g. B. at 15 °).
- the second door angle closing area begins in a range between 180 ° closing angle and 120 ° closing angle (e.g.
- the closing delay which can be activated in the second door angle closing area, can thus, for example, provide enough time to pass the door with luggage, a stroller, hospital bed, etc. without having to hold the door leaf.
- the door leaf is closed at a closing angle of 0 °.
- the closing hydraulics for setting the closing speed of the door leaf cannot act in a door angle closing area greater than the first door angle closing area, for example in a range between 180 ° closing angle and 125 ° or 120 ° closing angle.
- the hydraulic locking system is already effective at a closing angle of, for example, 180 ° and / or the first door angle closing range begins at a 180 ° closing angle.
- the first fluid path and the second fluid path have a common fluid path section which is provided upstream of the first fluid flow regulating valve.
- common channels can advantageously be used for the first fluid path and the second fluid path, so that, for example, fewer bores are necessary to provide the first fluid path and the second fluid path.
- the second fluid flow regulating valve is provided in the second fluid path downstream of the first fluid flow regulating valve. This ensures that in the second fluid path through the second regulating valve a switchable throttling of the fluid flow already throttled by the first regulating valve is possible.
- the switchable throttling corresponds to the switchable closing delay.
- the hydraulic closing system has a third fluid path with a third fluid flow regulating valve.
- a fluid flow flows through the third fluid path (and the third fluid flow regulating valve) during a closing of the door leaf within a third door angle closing range of the door closer.
- the hydraulic closing system also has a fourth fluid path with a fourth fluid flow regulating valve.
- a fluid flow flows through the fourth fluid path (and the fourth fluid flow regulating valve) during a closing of the door leaf within a fourth door angle closing range of the door closer.
- the third door angle closing area adjoins the first door angle closing area and / or the fourth door angle closing area lies within the third door angle closing area. There is thus no gap between the first door angle closing area and the second door angle closing area.
- a closing speed in a section of the third door angle closing area can be changed via the fourth door angle closing area.
- the third door angle closing area begins in a range between 30 ° closing angle and 10 ° closing angle (for example at 15 ° closing angle) and / or ends at 0 ° closing angle.
- the fourth door angle closing area begins in a range between 15 ° closing angle and 5 ° closing angle (e.g. at 7 ° closing angle) and / or ends at 0 ° closing angle. In this way, a gentle closing of the door leaf can be set in the third door angle closing area, whereas a faster closing speed can be provided in the fourth door angle closing area, so that the door leaf closes safely.
- the hydraulic locking system also has a housing that has a plurality of through holes.
- the fluid flow regulating valves for example, the first fluid flow regulating valve, the second fluid flow regulating valve, the third fluid flow regulating valve and / or the fourth fluid flow regulating valve
- the fluid flow regulating valves are designed such that the fluid flow regulating valves can each be adjusted from both end faces of the through holes. This increases the possibilities for mounting the door closer.
- the door closer can be designed in particular for a door leaf assembly on a door leaf hinge side, a frame head assembly on a door leaf hinge side, a frame head assembly on a door leaf counter hinge side and a door leaf installation on a door leaf counter hinge side.
- the closing hydraulics also have a rotatably mounted closer shaft with a cam disk, a hydraulic piston with a cam follower (e.g. a roller) that follows the cam disk, and a housing in which the hydraulic piston is guided between a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber , on.
- a cam follower e.g. a roller
- the closer shaft can be connected to a linkage of the door closer for connection to a slide rail of the door closer.
- the first fluid path has a first groove in the hydraulic piston which defines a start of the first door angle closing area.
- the second fluid path has a second groove in the hydraulic piston which defines a beginning and a length of the second door angle closing area.
- the third fluid path has a third groove in the hydraulic piston which defines a beginning and a length of the third door angle closing area.
- the fourth fluid path has a shoulder on the hydraulic piston, which defines a start of the fourth door angle closing range. The door angle closing areas are thus specified by a displacement of the hydraulic piston caused by the cam when the door leaf is pivoted.
- the first fluid path has a first radial channel in the hydraulic piston
- the second fluid path has a second radial channel in the hydraulic piston
- the third fluid path has a third radial channel in the hydraulic piston
- the fourth fluid path has no radial channel in the hydraulic piston.
- a door leaf (door leaf) 10 is shown schematically in a view from above.
- the door leaf 10 is pivotably connected to a door frame via one or more door hinges 12.
- the door leaf 10 can be opened and closed within a range of approximately 180 °.
- a door closer 14 and in particular a closing characteristic of the door leaf 10 can be set when closing.
- the door closer 14 can be designed, for example, as a so-called slide rail door closer.
- the door closer 14 has a closer body 16, a linkage 18 and a slide rail 20.
- the modular structure enables the closer body 16 to be combined with various slide rails 20.
- the closer body 16 is mounted on the door leaf 10 on a hinge side of the door leaf 10 with respect to the door hinge 12. In other embodiments the closer body 16 can also be mounted on the door frame (head mounting) and / or on an opposite hinge side.
- different closing speeds and delays can be set as a function of a door closing angle during the closing of the door leaf 10.
- the door leaf 10 can close quickly in certain angular ranges and close slowly in certain angular ranges.
- FIG. 1 four angular closing areas are shown schematically, for which different closing speeds and delays can be set with the aid of the closer body 16.
- closing hydraulics of the closer body 16 can be used to set a closing speed within a first door angle closing range A.
- a closing delay can additionally be set in a second door angle closing area B, which lies within the first door angle closing area A.
- a third door angle closing area C and within the third door angle closing area C a fourth door angle closing area D can be set.
- the hydraulic locking system of the door closer 14 can be designed in such a way that it acts, for example, from 180 ° or from 125 ° or 120 °.
- the first door angle closing area A can extend, for example, between 125 ° and 15 °. In the first door angle closing range A, a basic closing speed of the door leaf 10 can be set.
- the second door angle closing area B can extend, for example, between 125 ° and 70 °. It is also possible for the first and / or the second door angle closing area to begin earlier and / or end later, for example. If desired, an additional delay can be set in the second door angle closing area B. For example, enough time can be made available to pass the door with luggage, a stroller, hospital beds, etc.
- the third door angle closing range C can extend, for example, between 15 ° and 0 °.
- the third door angle closing range C can be set, for example, in such a way that the door leaf 10 can be closed almost silently.
- the fourth door angle closing area D can extend, for example, between 7 ° and 0 °.
- the speed at the end stop can be set here, so that it is ensured that the door leaf 10 actually closes, for example with elastic deformation of a door seal.
- the four door angle closing areas A to D are again schematically in the diagram of Figure 2 shown. It should be emphasized here that the door closer 14 of the present disclosure in particular enables the second door angle closing range B to be set only optionally. Without adjusting the second door angle closing range B, the door leaf 10 can close at a constant speed within the first door angle closing range A.
- the door angle closing area B can also be added as a closing delay if this is desired. Due to the only optional closing delay in the door angle closing area B, the basic setting of the door closer 14 can be carried out more easily and, above all, faster.
- the door angle closing areas A and B influence each other. That is, the setting for the closing speed within the door angle closing area A represents the initial speed for the deceleration within the door angle closing area B.
- a plurality of regulating valves are provided as follows with reference to Figures 3 to 7 is described in detail.
- the Figure 3 shows a longitudinal section through the closer body 16 in the closed state of the door leaf 10.
- the closer body 16 has closing hydraulics (damping hydraulics) 22 for influencing a closing characteristic of the door leaf 10 and opening hydraulics 24, not described in detail herein, for influencing an opening characteristic of the door leaf 10.

- the hydraulic closing mechanism 22 has four regulating valves 36, 38, 40 and 42 for regulating fluid flows.
- the closer shaft 26 is connected to the slide rail 20 (see FIG Figure 1 ) connected.
- the closer shaft 26 is rotatably mounted in the housing 30.
- the closer shaft 26 has a cam disk 44.
- the cam disk 44 can, for example, be heart-shaped.
- the hydraulic piston 28 is arranged in the housing 30 such that it can move back and forth.

- the hydraulic piston 28 has a cam follower 46, for example a rotatable roller, for following a cam contour of the cam disk 44.
- the hydraulic piston 28 is supported via a damping spring 48 on a cover 50 which is fastened to the housing 30.
- the hydraulic piston 28 has a safety valve (check valve) 52.
- a safety valve check valve
- the hydraulic piston 28 When the door is opened, the hydraulic piston 28 is moved in a direction towards the closer shaft 26 (to the right in Figure 3 ), the safety valve 52 opens and fluid flows from the second pressure chamber 34 into the first pressure chamber 32.
- the hydraulic piston 28 When the door is closed, the hydraulic piston 28 is moved in a direction away from the closer shaft 26 (to the left in Figure 3 ) moved by the cam disk 44.

- the through holes 37, 39, 41, 43 connect opposite longitudinal outer sides of the housing 30 of the closer body 16.
- the regulating valves 36, 38, 40, 42 can be adjusted from both sides of the through holes 37, 39, 41, 43. This increases the possibilities for assembling the closing body 16 and thus the flexibility of the door closer 14.
- the Figure 4 shows a dotted fluid path F (also referred to herein as the second fluid path), which connects the first pressure chamber 32 with the second pressure chamber 34 within the second door angle closing area B (see FIG Figures 1 and 2 ) connects.
- a start, a width and an end of the second door angle closing area B are predetermined by the positioning and length of a groove 58 in the hydraulic piston 28.

The second regulating valve 38 does not throttle the fluid flow in a basic position. However, the second regulating valve 38 can also be adjusted from a basic position. An additional closing delay can then be set within the second door angle closing range B by adjusting the second regulating valve 38.
